Alhambra Premium Skip-the-Line Guided Tour with Nasrid Palaces

The guided tour of the Alhambra was very nice and interesting. I would have lingered or given the opportunity to linger a little longer inside the some of the palaces given the vastness of ornaments and belelzze to contemplate and photograph. The stories told by the guide gave added depth to what was seen and I think the guided tour is a "must." All in all, acceptable price for 2 hours and 40 minutes of uninterrupted guided tour. De Engelstalige gids, Ruth, zorgde voor een interessante rondleiding, met humor en luchtig genoeg om ook onze 15-16 jarige kinderen te boeien. We zagen op voorhand op tegen een rondleiding van 3u, maar de tijd vloog voorbij!

The tour itself was great but a bit shorter than the three hours indicated. Only downside was in finding the guide in the first place. Found the meeting point okay but there were hundreds of people there and dozens of groups all crowded together to avoid the rain. After running around for ten minutes I had to call the support number in the booking confirmation to get directed to the group. And we weren't the only ones having trouble.

The tour was good. However, it was not a small group, there were more than 10 of us and the tour was bilingual (Spanish/French).

Beautiful place and the explanation of our guide "Ignacio" (Nacho), (Nahue agency), very good, always answered questions, pending that his group was not late or someone was left behind, asked if we were all right to climb stairs or ramp. congratulations Nacho

Guide Augusta was terrific, lots of interesting stories, about the Alhambra and other things. Hearing about the water supply and as enthralling. The decoration and structure are obviously fabulous

Outstanding visit and very knowledgeable guide. However, the price is excessive, taking into account that the official ticket costs about half as much.

What I liked the most was that the guide (Borja) was super prepared and gave us a lot of information. Very knowledgeable and knowledgeable about the meanings in the different languages. Supervising in both Spanish and French. And very good lexicon of English and Arabic. Understanding the different cultures and being able to explain to the maximum where each content originates from.

I didn't know it was a website outside the Alhambra. It wasn't clearly explained. Hard to find.

The Alhambra is a magnificent site, our guide Andréanne was very available and very interesting. The reservation process was very easy and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Alhambra is a massive complex of towers, palaces and extensive gardens, and the remarkable history of it all would've been lost on me if it weren't for our tour guide, Carlos. He really brought it all to life with his deep knowledge of its history --do the guided tour!

Our guide was named Chema - he was so tactful and skillful as he guided us around the congestion - he is extremely knowlegable and enthusiastic - and - he was very balanced in his descriptions of what happened over the centuries - especially in the Christian and Muslim interchanges - he was a walking textbook and he was careful to make sure all in the group were accounted for - we would use headout again -

Alhambra is unbelievable and beautiful. We had a wonderful guide, Pedro, and are thankful we got him. I would recommend using Headout!

The guide had to adjust her microphone several times as it was picking up too much noise around us to hear her well. She should have a microphone headset rather than a lapel mic. It should also have noise cancellation technology.

Es war schwierig, den Treffpunkt zu finden. "Ihr Reiseleiter hält einen großen weißen Regenschirm und wartet vor der Wandkarte auf Sie." Es war keine Wandkarte zu sehen und auch kein weißer Regenschirm. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Treffpunkt unter einem großen, fest installierten, beigen Sonnenschirm war. Ein kleiner weißer Regenschirm war schlecht zu sehen, weil er auf dem Boden lag und nicht hochgehalten wurde.

Easy to book, our guide Katerina was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made the tour very interesting and was a delight
