Alhambra Skip-the-Line Small-Group Tour with Nasrid Palaces

You should rather ask why we rated you no more than GOOD. Two reasons: 1. The meeting point was described as " in front of the mural" In fact it was not clear where our guide would await us. The spot should be signposted with Headout. 2. Our group appeared to be bigger than 20 and consisted of Headout visitors and others. It took too much time to identify everybody and distribute tickets.

Non mi è sembrato corretto. Un plauso a Sandra la guida che ci ha spiegato tante cose. L'unica nota positiva della visita. Per me il gruppo era troppo numeroso per la visita.

A MUST for everyone - even for those who are not interested in Spanish history. It's just a little difficult to get tickets - only if you plan your vacation well. Again, it is nice that only limited tickets are sold - so the site is not overcrowded. Everything is very well organized. The grounds are beautiful and very interesting. If you haven't booked a guided tour, you can access the information via an audio guide (QR code / cell phone). We were there in April - a great time - everything was in full bloom - a wonderful experience.

Meet and ticket distribution exactly as notified . Guide was very good . Itinerary probably just too ambitious for us and had the Nasrid Palaces been earlier in the tour we might have stopped before the end . Would have happily sat out the Alcazaba and taken a longer break - our fault we should have asked the guide . Perhaps you might consider that being offered as an option during the tour ?

The guide was great even in awful weather. But this was not the small group experience we paid for - two groups were merged together so there were 24 people! Because two groups from two timeslots were merged we also had to wait an hour after getting to the venue at our allotted time.

The tour was great given by a very good tour guide. She was amazing and the experience was amazing. The major issue I experienced was with the Google location link shared in the email. It directed us to wait a street away from the entrance. Which was nerve wracking. I wouldn't recommend head out to anyone.

Actually I did not like the ticketing experience that much. The google map location was incorrect, the Alhambra map was covered by a box. I had a real hard time finding the meeting place. But our guide Cynthia was very knowledgeable, I learned a lot about the history of the place from her.

palacios nazarides were very impressive, gardens of Generalife very nice, a little bit hurry in the Alcazaba due to entrance time of the palacios. Eduardo had an enourmous knowledge and explained everything very good

Despite the fact that it wa freezing cold and we had torrential rain and hailstones, the tour was really informative and our guide Ruth was really knowledgeable and explained things really well. Alhambra is amazing and our experience was enhanced by having someone to explain things in great detail to us. One thing that spoiled the day was that having spent quite a lot of money for the tour, we were charged 2 Euros each for the headphones we needed to hear our guide even though they took them back at the end. That is a rip off.

The tour guide (Ms. Martinez) was totally committed and put her heart and soul into her work. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions very well.

The Alhambra is stunning, but there were problems with our ear pieces crackling. This meant we had difficulty hearing our guide. In addition, he spoke too quickly which also hindered our understanding of the tour. I would not recommend this tour.

The guide was great and excellent information was provided. He knew the detailed history and was abe to answer all question we had. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Knowledgeable and friendly guide. The radio for listening to the guide with the headset did not work well, often there was a background buzz probably due to the guide's microphone cable.

Ignacio (Nacho) was excellent as a guide and was even able to make the tour interesting enough for my 7 and 11 year old children. Thank you all and Nacho for such a great experience.

Everything went great, it is a pity that, having booked two months in advance, they send you a message the night before delaying the time of the visit because of the time of entry to the Nasrid Palaces, but I understand that there are those who can generate a problem.

Indications for the meeting point not very clear, fortunately there's the white umbrella, not very visible... Pace a little fast, but the place was great and the guide (Laura in Qanglais) was top-notch.
