Tickets to Eiffel Tower Summit with Optional Seine River Cruise

Carmel was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her insights were very valuable and enhanced our enjoyment of the tour.

Had an exceptional ticketing experience... we were running late (Paris traffic) to our 12:15 Eiffel Tower tour and Paris Trips went above and beyond to ensure that we made it in. The group had already left, but they got someone to take us through the gates and joined our group. We would lost $430 worth of tickets and the disappointment from my kids, if they didn't make this happen. H/ever didn't realize this wasn't a guided tour but who needs a guide on the Eiffel?

The guided tour at the Eiffel Tower had to be done through my phone. I don't remember any mention that I would need some Bluetooth device for the tour. Didn't skip any line at the louvre mueseum

The Eiffel Tower was fun, however, the river was too high, so the cruise was cancelled. No partial refund or explained ahead of time, as being a possibility. Guest should be made aware.

The tour was very good, from the office they take you to the tower, super fast everything. The guide Gonzalo, explained very well and enjoyable, also very friendly.

Presleigh is an awesome guide! I learnt things from her that I did not learn in my previous 3 visits. Very patient, knowledgeable and high energy. Highly recommended!!!

Liked Simone she was lovely . Only issue I had was when we received my tickets from your shop it tells you the cost of them! It would of been cheaper if I went directly to the Eiffel Tower directly to purchase my tickets. Aa we paid you double There was no added bonus ie skipping que etc

Everything was perfect since I bought the tickets, it was very easy and a very good price compared with other agencies. The guide was on time and it was very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower. The experience was amazing. Thank you very much.

It was awesome and my family could enjoy both the river cruise and Eiffel summit visit. The best thing is the person who assisted me ( I guess Emily, apologies I forgot the name in the midst of things). She rushed to get my cruise voucher and the cruise took a little more than it was expected due to the delay in starting. While I came back, she was patiently waiting for me and quickly arranged to get my summit tickets and came along with me to ensure I was cleared upto the entry point to the lift. Kudos to her !!! It was an awesome experience and I would strongly recommend any one to go for this combo

Location easy to find which in a City I don't know is great. Multi lingual tour guide was very helpful throughout. A very good trip for a good price

We had to queue for a very long time despite having paid so much money. The tour guide said on the Eiffel Tower that he didn't need to tell us anything more as it was cloudy and disappeared shortly afterwards. Otherwise it was very nice.

I was super worried about this tour, because I booked it hastily without doing any research. After I had booked, I read a lot of bad reviews, but I was happily surprised. We found the meeting spot with no problems. There were no issues with out tickets, and our guide was fantastic.

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly, clear in her instructions (which she gave in multiple languages) and was helpful throughout. The Eiffel Tower was of course fantastic and the River Boat Tour and added bonus

In general everything was very good, only comment that the meeting place is a little strange, because it is on the street and I would have liked to have some signage because I arrived a little earlier and was nervous because there was nothing, of course the guide arrived very punctual and everything went well, but I think it would serve at least a sticker on the ground or on a pole as a reference that you are in the right place.

The time from meeting to the top was quite short thanks to the priority lane. The guide from Qualitours - Pepe- was excellent, very competent and funny. So the tour was worth the money, especially with this fine sunny autumn weather.

Our guide Samy was excellent, he gave us some very interesting information about the Eiffel Tower, and other sights in Paris.
