Taking in some truly breathtaking sights as we reached the summit. But most importantly for me, the best part of the whole trip was getting to propose to my amazing (Wife) at the top with such a view. 100% recommend as part of a bucket list trip.

The place where we went to the Eiffel Tower was very well organized and clean, the guide was very kind and friendly, the whole event was very well organized.

Had a great experience, and Hippo was a great guide. Would of been better if there was an option to get of the river cruise before turning round to experience that area and make own way back. Also a guide around the Louvre would of been helpful. On a plus note the staff in the office was very helpful and we had no problems accessing the bookings through the app.

It was the heaviest rain that Paris had seen in 100 years so we never even made it there because of the inclement weather and low cloud cover. Basically, it was wasted money, but none of this was your fault.

You are not actually getting tickets mobile to the Eiffel tower with immediate confirmation but instead a voucher that you have to go somewhere else (a tour operator outside in some Paris Lounge) to go with a guide. Misleading advertising and incorrect and incomplete information prior to purchase, which they later do not want to refund. Phone number was unavailable on Sunday, I could not reach anyone, and my support request email got answered only after over a month. Very very disappointing.
