Had a great experience, and Hippo was a great guide. Would of been better if there was an option to get of the river cruise before turning round to experience that area and make own way back. Also a guide around the Louvre would of been helpful. On a plus note the staff in the office was very helpful and we had no problems accessing the bookings through the app.

We only booked 2 days before we arrived in Paris. It was quick and easy to book. We've been a bit hit and miss with our Headout bookings and tours during our month in Europe, but the Eiffel Tower experience was great. We had clear instructions on where and when to meet. The tour was running on time. We still ended up having a bit of a wait under the Eiffel Tower because one of the lifts wasn't running. The tour guide was friendly and interactive. She shared great information. We felt like this one was worth the money.

You are not actually getting tickets mobile to the Eiffel tower with immediate confirmation but instead a voucher that you have to go somewhere else (a tour operator outside in some Paris Lounge) to go with a guide. Misleading advertising and incorrect and incomplete information prior to purchase, which they later do not want to refund. Phone number was unavailable on Sunday, I could not reach anyone, and my support request email got answered only after over a month. Very very disappointing.

It was awesome and my family could enjoy both the river cruise and Eiffel summit visit. The best thing is the person who assisted me ( I guess Emily, apologies I forgot the name in the midst of things). She rushed to get my cruise voucher and the cruise took a little more than it was expected due to the delay in starting. While I came back, she was patiently waiting for me and quickly arranged to get my summit tickets and came along with me to ensure I was cleared upto the entry point to the lift. Kudos to her !!! It was an awesome experience and I would strongly recommend any one to go for this combo

The Eiffel Tower is breathtaking, full stop. The views were magnificent. The guide was just ok and the crowds were thick as expected. We booked a tour to the top, but the local tour company (not headout.com) sent second level tickets. No way to correct the error in the moment so we just enjoyed what we had. Contacted headout.com about the problem and they asked for 24/48 hours to fix it. No response after 96+ hours so contacted again. CSR asked for an hour to fix it. No response after 24 hours so contacted a third time. They offered to refund the price difference and post a credit for future use on my account. I accepted if it was done promptly otherwise I would dispute the full charge with Visa. Both transactions were posted a few hours later so it's a done deal. I will give headout.com credit for not jerking us around on reservations. Made several reservations with other companies that canceled at the last minute. Even with the delay in solving the problem, I would still use headout.com in the future.

It was a quick process not standing in long queues which was helpful but coming down was an issue with long queues unfortunately for the lifts. The 29 year old lady ( can't recall her name) at the reception of Headout office was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to accomodate my family members for the Eiffel tower slots as we were running late for our 7.15 pm slot on 16th June. Sebastian (from Argentina) was my tour guide to/in the Eiffel Tower. We met at the location indicated in email confirmation sent by Headout. From there Sebastian took us one of the most iconic streets so that we can photograph/be photographed with the Eiffel Tower. (I highly suggest going on an earlier tour so the street isn't as crowded as it gets in the afternoon). Sebastian then took us to the Eiffel Tower entrance where you'll have to pass through a security check. Once through security, we waited under the Eiffel Tower. Whilst waiting for our allotted time to go inside, Sebastian filled us with facts about the Tower & was interactive with us, which made the wait quite short & 100% enjoyable. I thought I had the basics of the tower, in reality I had minimal knowledge & I left feeling very educated! Before going Inside the tower you'll pass through another security station. Once through you will take the elevator to the second floor where you'll see incredible views of Paris. Sebastian took us to each side & filled us with more knowledge about the city & the tower & pointed out the Statue of Liberty! After we had a Q&A Sebastian left us to our own devices. Some of us took the elevator to the summit to see a more incredible view of Paris. There are loads of gift shops on the second & first floors, as well as some food kiosks. Be prepared it is quite pricey. I highly recommend booking this tour & I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll get Sebastian as your tour guide!

The group had already left, but they got someone to take us through the gates and joined our group. In general everything was very good, only comment that the meeting place is a little strange, because it is on the street and I would have liked to have some signage because I arrived a little earlier and was nervous because there was nothing, of course the guide arrived very punctual and everything went well, but I think it would serve at least a sticker on the ground or on a pole as a reference that you are in the right place.

The tour guide was friendly and punctual. Everything worked out. The price for the guided tour to enter the Eiffel Tower is very high. Almost 90.- minus about 30.- ticket price gives in our case 50.- per person for about 30 min work. We were about 18 people, makes 900.-. Is an extremely good hourly wage. The final WhatsApp reached me only the day after, SMS would ev.better. In advance I got SMS with the message. "Attention their meeting place location has changed, look in their emails. But no mail came. We were in the tower, all good, but the tour guide was gone.

Very smart girl and very nice, she explained in detail the history of the tower, guided us at all times and even "defended" us from a scam attempt of some evildoers who were outside the tower trying to entangle us in some shady trap. The trip was amazing. I didnt know to go to the office first to pick up the tickets and went to the Tower first. When I got to the tower the man told me I needed to run back to the office about 3 blocks away and pick up my ticket with the tour guide. Luckily we made as the tour was just leaving and caught up. The rest of the tour was absolutely amazing. Seeing the different floors and having our tour guide make jokes was fun. It was well worth the trip.

The experience itself was absolutely magnificent, the guide Samy was awesome up the Eiffel Tower and made it extremely interesting without boring anyone. Everyone thought he was great. The Louvre was as spectacular as expected. You need a week in there. Just be careful when booking this. It's easy to make a mistake. You have to put the number of adults for each experience. It's not automatic that you get two tickets for each one!!

The "tour guide" was very annoying. It took an infinitely long time until it finally started. He was very busy with his 2 cell phones. The information with his folder was tough, you could hardly see the pictures richitg. Why you still have to show a picture of Hitler in front of the Eiffel Tower, no one understands. Just hand out the tickets and let the guests visit the tower. Would be enough. The view at night from the tower is breathtaking. But you definitely don't need the guide for that. Duration everything much too long with the Bla Bla

I was orginially just going to book the tickets direct for my family with the Eiffel Tower and not do the tour group - i generally dont like tours - but im so glad that we went with Headout and Meyli, I would have missed so much and not understood the finer details. The lady at the counter for registration and ticket issue was very unfriendly. I was about 1 h 15 min before the specified time (19:15) on site and wanted to inform me about the procedure. The lady turned me away very unpleasantly with the words, come back at 19:00, then they will explain everything. At 19:00 clock was then but the rush so great that only the tickets were issued. The information that the two events boat trip and visit Eiffel Tower do not take place together, was not communicated in time. This important information could be highlighted at the time of booking. A boat trip on the same day was no longer possible for us, because the Eiffel Tower tour started at 19:15 and we were not back from the Eiffel Tower before 22:30. Fortunately, we had not planned the boat ride and Eiffel Tower tour on the last day of our stay in Paris and so we were able to enjoy the boat ride on the last day. The tour guide for the Eiffel Tower tour did a great job.

Skipping the line at the Effiel Tower was definitely worth it the ticket cost! Well organised and friendly staff. The guide was knowledgeable however was only with us for a short time and I would have liked to learn more about it. There was opportunity to ask questions, but wasn't really sure what to ask. Also, it would be helpful if tickets could be downloaded and saved to phone wallet. This was the only activity that didn't have this facility which meant I needed to print / find the email. The tickets should have informed that the start time does not take into consideration the hour+ wait time to actually get into the elevators to ascend the Eiffel Tour. I chose the 7:45 pm time to be able to see sundown. We were in line until after 10 pm and didn't get to the top of the Tower until after 10 pm. The "skip the line" was only for the initial entry to the Eiffel complex and did not "skip the line" for the elevators up the tower.

Love and hate are stronger words than I use when it comes to activities like this. So I can't answer "what you love about your experience". I would say that the guide was quite good, until he left us at the 2nd floor. I had bought a package that included the top of the tower but the top of the tower was closed. It was extra expensive vs the 2nd floor tickets - which was the experience I got for my son and I. So, the experience was ok but unfortunateluy a disappointment. A quite expensive disappointment.

Our guide was great, freindly and very informative. The Host was extremely RUDE! We had trouble reaching the venue as there were two addresses listed. I called the helpline and explained our situation and was told all was fine as our tickets were for 2 hours in duration. We reached the venue 25 minutes late and the host demanded addtional money to proceed - 50 euros. When I tried to explain she stated that if I did not pay then no tickets. All normal, a short explanation and they charged us extra for the tour in Spanish. It was a group that the guide spoke English at the beginning, so they charged us an extra 10 euros to explain in Spanish, which we paid. But there were 4 other people who realized that they would speak English and Spanish and asked for their money back, and they were also explained in Spanish, which I found unfair.

There was more than one problem. Actually there were 2. There was no guided tour. The guide that greeted me dropped me off at the tower and left. The second problem is not your fault. My wife and I attended a tour for the Eiffel Tower Summit, Paris together with a boat cruise afterwards over the River Seine. The booking process was straight forward, exactly as described. We met our tour guide Gonzales at the History Club in Paris as per the instructions in the booking. We collected our tickets from the venue and were subsequently led in small groups to the Eiffel Tower. The guide made everything very easy, was organised, and importantly spoke English! I think without the tour guide we would have struggled to get a ticket and then know where to go, the stress levels would have been through the roof, but all that was aleviated through the tour booking. Minimal stress. The experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this company, it is genuine and everything is as described. The experience at the summit was beautiful. The cruise thereafter was perfect. We collected our tickets from the History Club in Paris. Again genuine, very decent price of 10 Euro's for both of us for a 1 hour cruise through the city of Paris. We loved the whole experience and are very grateful to our guide Gonzales, the History Club Paris and Headout. Thank you.

The office had no restrooms for clients, the group was too big, we had to run about a kilometer in the rain to the entrance, the info presented was nothing special, they took us to the second floor, talked to us on the open cold and windy platform for 10 minutes and then left us on our own.

Die Tour auf den Eiffelturm war wunderbar. Man erspart sich viel Zeit mit dem Ticket, unser Guide war lustig und hat viel Interessantes erzählt. Die Tour auf der Seine war nicht besonders interessant. Der Audioguide im Schiff hat wenig interessante Informationen geboten, minutenlang mehrmals gar keine. Wenn man innen im Schiff sass (was auf Grund des Wetters notwendig war) konnte man die Sehenswürdigkeiten am Ufer kaum sehen. Die Rundfahrt kann ich daher nicht empfehlen.

Despite advertised as skip the line we still spent over an hour in queues getting onto the tower and getting to 2nd level. Tickets advertised as an hour and a half tour, but in effect was an hour and half getting onto the tower and then left to own devices to explore. While it was good to have the time to explore the 2nd and top levels the timing information as advertised was misleading and meant that things we had booked for shortly afterwards we missed as still just starting to explore the tower.

A mio avviso abbiamo pagato eccessivamente i biglietti rispetto al costo reale alle casse. Inoltre abbiamo pagato la tariffa intera anche per bambini di 6 e 8 anni che alle casse costa la metà di un adulto sia per l'ingresso della torre che per la crociera. I ticket per la crociera si trovano anche alle casse senza tanti problemi di prenotazione. Alla torre abbiamo avuto circa mezzora di ritardo per la salita.

Lors d'un appel téléphonique de ma part la veille pour m'assurer du lieu et de l'horaire de rdv, l'hôtesse m'a précisé qu'il convenait d'être à l'agence 15mns avant l'horaire indiqué sur nos billets C'est donc, ce que nous avons fait. Sur place on nous a dit que notre groupe était déjà parti. Un Monsieur très sympathique a donc été dépêché pour nous accompagner au pas de course, à retrouver notre groupe directement sur place. Déposés au pilier Est, il nous a dit de rejoindre seuls le 2nd étage pour retrouver notre guide. Nous n'avons jamais retrouvé ledit groupe, sensé nous attendre d'après l'hôtesse et le Mr et n'avons donc pas bénéficié de la visite guidée. Ce fut une prise en charge pour le moins cavalière et décevante.

Si può prendere l'ascensore per la cima in un secondo momento (facendo altra fila). Comunque lo rifarei sicuramente, la mia bimba di 4 anni è stata entusiasta e ne è valsa sicuramente la pena!

Malgré le billet coupe-file, l'attente était tout de même considérable. Peut-être une conséquence du double contrôle de sécurité? Je ne comprends pas pourquoi un seul contrôle ne suffirait pas. À cet égard, l'insistance des vigiles à parler anglais même quand on s'adresse à eux en français interroge. Que reste-t-il de la francophonie? Die Besichtigung des Eiffelturms war gut und nicht ausgezeichnet, weil die Führung für den Preis gerne ausführlicher sein hätte können. Die Zeit hat dafür aber leider nicht gereicht, obwohl uns Hugo sehr gut geführt und betreut hat, was aufgrund der Menge an Menschen rundherum eine große Herausforderung war. Es war aber ein Segen, dass wir - abgesehen von den Sicherheitskontrollen - zügig durchgekommen sind.

Voor ons bezoek aan de Eiffel toren moesten we ons melden bij een bureau in de buurt van de toren. De gids nam ons daarna mee naar de toren. We hebben de eerste en de tweede etage bezocht en de gids vertelde ons allerlei wetenswaardigheden. We hebben er van genoten. Jammer genoeg waren er technische problemen zodat we niet met de lift naar de top konden. Headout heeft dit adequaat opgelost door een deel van onze ticketprijs aan ons terug te betalen.

It was definitely worth paying a little more for the summit ticket and knowing that was confirmed. Our tour guide, Maisa, was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Two reasons for not giving an "Awesome" rating: 1. travel office we met at before the actual Eiffel Tower climb was not the best, lady was a little rude, not friendly. 2. Headout never sent a follow up reminder email like "Get ready for your tour in 1 week, 5 days, etc". I would have appreciated more communication from Headout. Overall, the Eiffel Tower experience was amazing!

We had been to Paris before, but never to the Eiffel tower. To be honest, I thought it would be a bit boring. BUT..... we had Rafael as our guide. He was probably the best guide we have ever experienced anywhere, and that's saying something, especially as I was previously the Chief Executive of Cumbria Tourism and responsible for the English Lake District amongst other well known destinations. If there were queues we simply didn't notice because he had so many interesting ways to keep us entertained. The facts he gave were not the least bit dull and boring, even to a female such as myself. Him Indoors, being an engineer, was always going to love it, but I didn't think I would. The history, the quirky events from the past, his testing of our knowledge of the French language, and his testing us all on the landmarks we could spot made the time fly by. Seriously... the guy is a genius. I would hang on to him if I were you, and we will definitely ask for him if we visit again. We didn't do the boat trip because we didn't have time, but thank you Headout, you were awesome.

Wir haben eine geführte Tour gebucht. Es gab nur eine Erklärung im Wartebereich vor dem Fahrstuhl. Dort stand noch ein anderer Führer, der etwas erklärte. Außerdem war es sehr laut, sodass wir nichts verstanden haben. Unser Führer fragte noch ob alle was verstanden haben. Obwohl einige nein sagten, wurde nichts wiederholt. Wir sind dann zur 1. Plattform gefahren. Dort wurde gefragt wer ein Ticket bis ganz nach oben hat. Das waren die meisten, uns wurde dann der Weg gezeigt und das war's. Für so etwas brauche ich keine geführte Tour buchen.

The weather was a bit gray, but the 2 of our group of 4 made our way to the top of the Tower and found it wonderful. The tour guide was excellent in her descriptions and did her best to keep us together. We loved being able to skip the lines and know how to do security. Our group had done an evening boat ride the previous night, but since we had time, we are glad we opted for the extra $10 ticket for the daytime cruise that was offered to us at the time of our Eiffel Tower tour. It was very pleasant and the sun was shining by then. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who will be visiting Paris.

One thing that would be helpful is to note the tour time as 15 minutes earlier or state you must arrive 15 minutes before the tour. Before our tour, friends told us "Oh, skip the Eiffel Tower! It's too touristic! You can get a better view of the tower from so many places." I love them, and appreciate their local knowledge, but they are SO WRONG! First of all: We ARE tourists! Secondly, if what you want is to experience the steampunk glory of Gustavo Eiffel's genius up close--you must go there!! The intricate symphony of iron and rivets is a breathtaking and inspiring spectacle (notice I refrained from saying "riveting"). If you haven't seen the tower up close, I guarantee it is way better than you can imagine. It's totally worth spending three hours in line--but so much better if you don't have to. Add to that the help of a knowledgeable docent like Santiago, and you won't care if people think The Eiffel Tower tour is cheesy or touristic. You'll want to come back!

La verdad que la torre eiffel es hermosa y llegar al ultimo piso fue genial, no puse muy buena porque los guias pese hablar español en ningun momento nos dieron la reseña siempre fue en ingles pese a pedirle que lo explique en español explico un poquito y nada mas por lo cual fue una lastima no enteder. Cabe destacar que cosulte en el momento a la empresa que brindo el servicio de guia y me dijeron que pa español tenia que pagar 5 euros x persona es decir 15 euro lo cual no pague porque, no combran 5 euro mas para guiarla en ingles..

Foram impecáveis e disponíveis. Porém a nossa expectativa para um valor tão caro (pagamos 225€ por 3 px) era que a visita com guia considerasse irmos obtendo informação sobre a criação e história da Torre Eiffel ao longo da visita, nem que fosse só no início, e isso não aconteceu de todo, apenas nos "guiaram" quanto a elevadores mas não ficamos a conhecer nada sobre o monumento através da guia.

The summit tour and river cruise was great. The tour started promptly and the staff were great. Both the guides, Santiago and Hugo n a visited the group thro security checks and the logistics of going up via the elevators. They also provided great information along the way about the history of the Tower and history of Paris itself. Highly recommend this tour.

Ein Muss für jeden Touristen. Eine bessere Aussicht über Paris gibt es nicht. Wenn man einmal da ist, sollte man sich auch die dritte Etage nicht entgehen lassen. Wartezeiten an den Fahrstühlen sind ok, wo es möglich ist sollte man die Treppen nehmen, das ist deutlich entspannter. Wer oben einen Sekt trinken möchte sollte sich bewusst sein, dass dieser 17€ pro Glas kostet bei der Aussicht aber besonders gut schmeckt.

Die Organisation war einwandfrei und die verkürzte Wartezeit am Eiffelturm ein Riesenvorteil. Allein dafür hat sich der Aufpreis gelohnt. Die Tour mit Hugo war sehr gut und informativ, selbst wenn man einigermassen bewandert ist. Einfach mal eine andere Perspektive auf Paris und seine Geschichte - unterhaltsam aus der Vogelperspektive. As my first trip to Paris and with headout bookings, i had an awesome experience. I reached on time in headout office and was promptly greeted by the staff and after few minutes, Mr. Hugo came and gave a briefing about the tour and took us to Eiffel tower. He has a good sense of humour and very good knowledge when he showed us around Eiffel tower, explaining the history and the relevance of few landmarks that can be seen from the top. He guided us properly and ensured all were taken care of. Also, i felt happy i booked the tickets in advance with headout and that helped me out to skip lines and directly reach the tower, without any hassles. Had a very good experience with headout. The visit to Eiffel tour was really great. Everything went as advertised, on time, and guides from HistoryGroup were amazing, with really good information on Eiffel tower history throughout the visit, a funny quiz challenge, and also during the preparations (security controls, etc) for the visit. 5 stars for them (Beatriz and Billy)! Only "not so nice" thing to say about HistoryGroup is that their facilities should have toillette. Senna cruise experience was ok: the cruise itself was also really good, but to get there after finishing Eiffel tower visit was not easy and I think instructions could be improved. Additionally, the boat capacity is big, which leads to a long queue (but I guess in Paris there are long queues everywhere), with corresponding waiting time.

My family and I had an awesome time on this guided tour of the Eiffel Tower. I learned a lot about the Tower as well as the history of the City of Paris as well. I would suggest one thing, to add a list of items not allowed on our tour tickets. My wife brought a drink in a glass bottle and we had to get rid of it before we entered the gate. Knowing this ahead of time, she wouldn't have bought that drink, so we wasted our money on that.

The staff at the History Office near Eiffel Tower who gave us our ticket for entry was not accommodating at all. It was the Tour de France final day and most roads are closed and not accessible by taxi. Our taxe driver brought us down several blocks away so we had to find our way. We arrived at the exact time of the tour (instead of 20 minutes before the start of the tour as required) and explained to the staff why we are late. She did not listen to our explanation and instead gave us an entrance ticket for up to the 2nd level only, instead of what we paid for which is up to the summit of the Eiffel tower. It is a good thing that our tour guide, Thierry, listened to our explanation and was able to arrange for a pass for us to go to the summit.

The guide was not welcoming and treated us like cattle. He was disengaged. He provided factual information that's all. For that price, we expected a funny, engaging, enthusiastic and communicative guide to make our experience special. He was unenergetic and lacked any character in his descriptions or story telling. Others in the group left the tour midway through. Otherwise I would have sticked to the official ticket without a guide. We understand that it is high season however for 146 Euros - which is twice the price of 2 tickets from the official site I think that it is not worth it! Nevertheless, the Eiffel Tower is a magnificent building.

The only issue is they didn't ask for the language we wanted to have for the tour before the booking. Firtsly, Santiago was was a brilliant tour guide. Normally I would skip the tour and go off my on my own, but he was engaging, informative, and personable without being overbearing (as many tour guides can be). I could not speak highly enough of his efforts. He was just a joy to spend the time with. Aside from Santiago the process of meeting at Headout, taking the short walk to the Tower was effective and efficient and all of the staff were professional and friendly. It was a really fantastic experience. Highly recommended. And one last time Santiago was brilliant!

Ich bin auf diese Seite gestoßen, da ich sonst nirgend mehr Karten für die 3. Etage während unseres Parisaufenthaltes bekommen habe. Den Treffpunkt haben wir via Google Maps problemlos gefunden. Zum Glück waren wir ein paar Minuten früher da, denn kurz danach herrschte ein ordentlicher Andrang. Gemeinsam gingen wir mit dem Guide zum Eiffelturm und durch die Kontrolle, was recht schnell ging. Nachdem er uns noch ein paar Infos und Daten mitteilte, ging es zum Fahrstuhl. Auf der zweiten Ebene stiegen wir aus und erhielten Informationen zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris. Anschließend verabschiedete sich der Guide und zeigte uns den Weg zum nächsten Fahrstuhl. Um zur dritten Ebene zu gelangen, mussten wir ganz schön anstehen, dabei hatten wir einen Tag erwischt, an dem es wetterbedingt sicher etwas leerer war. Auch die Abfahrt dauerte sowohl von der dritten als auch der zweiten Ebene ziemlich lange. Ansonsten ein tolles Erlebnis, welches zu einem Parisbesuch unbedingt gehört.

Il suo inglese fluido e semplice, l'entusiasmo del racconto e l'empatia hanno reso l'esperienza entusiasmante nonostante avessimo già visitato la torre. HB group(history Group) the touring company didn't pick up the phone number mentioned in the tickets and the Headout team kept on saying someone will contact you but never happened. Once on the tour, the Guides were like ask any questions you have, and were very straightforward in saying this is more of Skip a line tour rather than a guided tour.

Bonjour, Rien à voir avec Headout mais nous n'avons pu visiter que les deux premiers étages. Le troisième étage (top floor) était fermé pour des raisons techniques. Wir waren der Meinung, wir hätten die Seine Fahrt im Preis mit dabei. Deshalb sollten wir noch vor dem Aufstieg zum Eiffelturm dies angeben. Im Voucher stand diese Option mit dabei. Leider mussten wir aber eine Zuzahlung erbringen. Hätten wir vor Ort gebucht, wäre es billiger geworden. Aufgrund der Sprachschwierigkeiten hatten wir als Deutsche keine Chance. Da wir dies schon im Vorfeld vermutet hatten, haben wir online bei Ihnen gebucht. Doch auch dies hat uns nicht geholfen.

The building that you go to meet and sign in--the lady at reception was seemingly quick to dismiss us when we arrived early, but that could have been due to them being busy. On the day, 23rd April 2022 at 10.45am, the top floor of the Eifel Tower was closed due to technical issues which was dissapointing but of course not your fault. A nice and knowledgeable guide, took us directly to the Eiffel Tower, a short way and during it gave interesting explanations about the history of Paris, in a pleasant and entertaining way. We entered the express queue, at the base of the tower, again a very interesting conversation about the history of the construction of the tower and its maintenance. We were given a detailed explanation about the floors of the tower and what to do first. Very helpful, from there we continued alone and had a great time. Much better than waiting in the usual queue, highly recommended !!

Everything went well. We purchased the tickets for 7:30pm summit to watch the sunset over Paris. We picked up our tickets at the address provided in the instructions, had a very knowledgeable guide and the trip all the way to the top of the Eiffel tower and back went smoothly. We could have stayed there until 11pm but it wasn't necessary since we got a plenty of time to see the whole city in the daylight and after dusk.

The tour was good. Detailed knowledge about the history of Effiel tower was given by Yazid, including some minor details. Children in the group especially enjoyed it. It started by meeting at the assigned place. While waiting in the line, Yazid kept on giving Paris and tower facts so that we don't get bored. The same happened at the second floor and at the top. We arriveerden zowat 15 minuten te laat op het afspraakpunt (probeer 's morgens een tiener maar eens vlot uit bed te krijgen) waardoor onze groep reeds was vetrtrokken. Heel snel een vlotte oplossing aangeboden gekregen waardoor we 20 minuten later al in de toren stonden. Onze gids (Violette) was heel enthousiast en maakte ook even tijd voor een persoonlijke babbel. Toen ze begreep dat ik voor mijn reisgezel diende te vertalen naar het Nederlands, gaf ze maar daar mooi de tijd voor. Ze gaf interessante uitleg en verhalen over de toren en de stad rondom ons. Ze beantwoorde vlot vragen en gaf met plezier ook dan wat meer uitleg. Ze sloot de rondleiding af met enkele praktische tips betreffende ons verdere bezoek aan de top van de toren en de manier waarop we best terug naar beneden keerden. Ik raad jullie gidstour zeker aan aan vrienden en kennissen mocht ik horen dat ze een bezoek aan parijs zullen brengen.

History tours was easy to find and closer to the tower. Gonzalo was a great guide and got us through the queues swiftly. We had to queue again to the summit which was about an extra 15/20 minutes. The summit was interesting to experience but the second level was certainly good enough for a view. Gonzalo was friendly, informative and answered all the kid's questions. He brought us around the second level and pointed out areas of interest. He offered to take family photos which was nice.

I should note that the time noted for the Eiffel tour is in no way sufficient for getting to the summit, as the queue is long. The expected time of the tour should reflect this when purchasing a summit ticket. In the end I could not take the time to go to the summit, and had I known I would have bought a floor-2 ticket

The directions that Headout provided led us right to the ticket office, which was near the Eiffel Tower. The people there had our confirmed reservation, and had tickets ready and waiting. Our tour guide escorted us (in a small group of about ten) from the ticket office to the Tower, where we skipped the line and went right to the second floor. Once there, the Tour Guide took our group around the floor pointing out various landmarks, and then escorted us to the elevator that took us all to the top. It was a great way to see the Tower, The included river cruise was also quite nice.

It was a lot of fun even though we froze. But the "Skip the Line" tour was great. There wasn't a large line since of the time of year, but on the walk to the Tower we got some London history and on the tower more information about it that we wouldn't have gotten if we would have gone on our own. It definitely is nice to have someone walk you through the process instead of trying to figure it out on your own, that made the experience even more enjoyable.

Yazid was our guide. In addition to being friendly, nice and entertaining, he knew a lot about the history of the city and De la Torre in particular. Moi et mon frère avions réservé des tickets pour visiter la tour Eiffel pendant nos vacances. Le jour j ,malgré une bonne organisation,il y a eu un couac dans le métro et nous sommes arrivés sur le lieu de ralliement presque en retard . Quelle surprise de voir en arrivant en courant,qu on nous attendait avec bienveillance. After buying our tickets online and then the tickets not being e mailed within the specified time scale , stated on your website , we read a number of reviews which weren’t positive, so we started to be concerned. This is the ultimate Eiffel Tower experience! Our guide, Adrielle, was very knowledgable and gave us so much information about the Eiffel Tower and its history. In addition to that he also told us about small local cafes that will give us the best food experience! The best part has to be skipping the long queue of people waiting to get inside, we zipped right past them! I went there with my girls for my Bachelorette trip, and we had so much fun! The view from the top was breathtaking and the light was almost as good as professional studio lights, for pictures. My girls surprised me with a tiara, sache and a bottle of champagne as we reached the summit and as I stepped onto the summit wearing the tiara, I felt like a queen- on top of the world. I can’t thank Headout enough for giving us such a smooth sailing experience!
