From Paris: Disneyland® Paris Tickets with Shuttle Bus Transfers

Easy transportation from and to Paris. My only wish was to have more helpful information about the parks. I.e if we were to add a park to the same day, where to go. Also, more detail about the area of pick up since we first took the wrong turn and found ourselves in the wrong lot. It would have been super stressful if we did not have enough time to find the correct one.

The experience was great! However the shuttle bus transfer was way too early at night! Night show at Disney is at 22:00 and the bus left at 21:00! Would recommend the ticket but not the transportation.

They don't stay for the light show and ask you to be there before so you can't take advantage of the whole tour, the buses are not labeled so it is difficult to know the meeting points if you are in the right place the tickets are up to more than a hundred euros difference and it is actually cheaper to go by Uber or subway.

Amazing Prompt and efficient and last minute when everything else was sold out !!!

We left the park very tired, we ran to get back at the appointed time and there was no bus! The bus that was supposed to pick us up did not show up. They asked us to wait 40 more minutes but we were already tired and cold. In the end we went back by Uber and we had to pay for it.

The worst thing that could happen to me, in Paris there was a problem with the train and we were late for the bus and could not catch it, even so I arrived with a cab to Disney paying an exorbitant price. But for the happiness of a child you do anything!!!! The surprise I had when I arrived left me speechless about the tickets. I was not allowed to enter with my daughter because the tickets were given to you on the bus. Between me and the customer service people we tried to talk to the company in charge of the tickets but without success. Arriving from Spain to Paris to take your child to Disney, which is the illusion of all children and being at the door and not being able to enter after paying a significant amount of money is very disappointing. In short, a horrifying experience.

Three of the four tickets provided to enter Disneyland has already been used by other customers months before our visit date. After standing in a line for almost an hour we were denied entry and had to wait over an hour for you to provide three valid tickets for entry. We had to deal with two disappointed and distressed young children and ended up have much less time than expected in Disneyland having to deal with you to get valid tickets. Very poor customer service!!
