We were running a little late for our show. We were contacted and the headout worker was so nice when we arrived. The process to get our ticket was safe and easy. I would recommend headout.

Information given at purchase was 100% accurate with what occurred the night of the performance. I appreciate that.
Would be most helpful if customers could view seating chart when purchasing tickets. That caused some anxiety not knowing which exact seats we were buying.
