The guide was really knowledgeable and I am convinced she's earned her fees.
But unfortunately for clarity, it was not a skip-the-line ticket. There's no ticket needed or fee to enter the cathedral. You just line up early before they open. Had I known there's no entrance and booking needed, I would've just gone by myself and did my own search. I didn't think spending on the experience was necessary.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Tour ended up being an hour and a half. Not upset since we got good value for our money but it did not make much sense that a 30 minute express tour was advertised for 9:30am when they don't even let people into the cathedral until 10:15.

Booked for 11.30 suddenly changed to 12.30 - very inconvenient but we'd paid so stuck!
Excellent your guide but like most we assumed ticket included fast entry. Didn't expect long queue to get in!!!

Buying tickets was easy. We went with a small group. While we were waiting in line, the guide gave us an enjoyable, great presentation not only about the Duomo but also about the interesting facts about it.

This is not a skip the line ticket - you are just lining up early with the rest of the crowd. This was my main issue with this tour - they are deceiving the buyer which really soured the experience for me. You are paying for the guided part and that part was so-so. It was 12 euros each and we bought two tickets so it wasn't a huge loss. Overall I would not repeat the tour, I would watch or read about the site myself and just line up on my own.

Your took 45 mins to enter into the Cathedral and we had to join the general public line. Tour guide provided good jnformation. The full tour took more than an hour. For this reason I suggest the word ' Express' from the tour title and description.
