Prague Castle Entry Tickets with Optional Mobile Guide

The meeting point was easy to find and the guides on site were very friendly and able to answer questions. The audio guide was absolutely enough for us. You learn a lot about the history and the site and can move through the complex at your own pace. All in all, very worthwhile

A very friendly, professional welcome. In French too, with a smile. The hostess gives you a little map to help you find your way around. Would do again. Would recommend.

In principle, very good. Practical, hygienic. On the other hand : - I was unable to download - I had to share the connection with another person. - not everything was on the audio guide - it "ate up" our foreign phone bill, not to mention the battery! => we should have had more explanations about how to use it. The constraints when we are foreign compared to the use of our phone. Sincerely

Ticketing experience was exactly as promised. Made the tour experience easy and staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The ticketing was a zoo and we were misdirected and had to stand in line 2 times different places. But the castle and cathedral were simply amazing.

audio guide, was difficult to follow and rigid in the sequence. did not allow for skipping items or moving out of order

The guides were very helpful though the audio guide appeared to go contrary to the flow of traffic in the attractions. It seemed to be left to right as opposed to right to left. Very informative regardless. It could be cleaer that all you needed was the booking reference number as I was looking for a qr code.

Nothing to say about the Palais Royal, it was very good. The cruise lasted between 45 and 50 minutes, and we couldn't hear the explanations in English. Waiters were very insistent in pushing consumption.

It was not easy to find the contact person(s), who were not located directly in front of the cathedral portal but at the side in a corner of the courtyard. For older visitors like us, it would be a great relief to be able to print out the tickets at home - fear of not being able to use a cell phone on site!

The audio guide language wasn't great. Not easy to follow. Didn't always make sense, frequently unable to identify what was being talked about. And the "queue jump" was misleading. There was no queue at the ticket office and the queue to get in the church was not the queue to be jumped. Misleading.

Overall positive experience, but the initial introduction leaves something to be desired, you can safely skip it and start with the visit. However, I would recommend taking better care of the quality of the audio guide in Italian as many things are mispronounced (surely because done with artificial intelligence).

We first had to make a big fuss about the information on site in order to understand that it's a parking lot in the courtyard and that we should look out for girls with blue and white umbrellas. Maybe you could just put that in the location information. Basically the staff were very friendly and helpful! We also found it annoying that the audio guide didn't include all the designated numbers and therefore seemed incomplete. We would have liked to have known this beforehand, as well as the reason for it. Otherwise, we found it very advantageous to spread the tour of the individual buildings over two days. This would have been too tight on Palm Sunday and the associated long queues.

The Castle is impressive but the attention of the guides is even better, the only bad thing is that I booked for 6 people 4 adults and two children and they only gave me entrance tickets for 2 adults and 2 children.

Very easy to find collection point( blue and white umbrella) for tickets. Introductory guides were informative and knowledgeable about the attraction,and the best way to enjoy it. Thankyou
