Herculaneum Skip-the-Line Tickets

Herculaneum is a stunning place to visit, with a reasonably clear map to follow. The booking experience with Headout was flawless and pain-free.

Free Lockers for rucksacks which makes walking round easier. We didn't have guide but plenty of interesting things to look at throughout and didn't feel we missed out. 4 hrs is plenty of time to see it all and take it in. Well worth a visit. Not far from ercolano scavi train station to easy to get to. Well worth a visit

On the day I visited the Herculaneum, it wasn't very busy, so you didn't need fast-track entry. Otherwise, I can only recommend Herculaneum. Even though it's smaller than Pompeii, you can easily spend 2-3 hours there.

Excellent information around the excavations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The way into the excavations was beautifully set out. A fascinating day out.

The guide was very good for once, and we didn't have to deal with unpleasant officials. BUT WE PAID FOR A GROUP OF 10 AND THERE WERE 34 OF US. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO COMPENSATE US?

Although we had a ticket with fast track entry, we first had to get the audio guide and then have the tickets printed out. Each time we had to queue. It wasn't full, so it wasn't too bad. But uncomplicated is different, e.g. a working ticket on the cell phone

We enjoyed seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, but the meeting point where we were to pick up tickets wasn't correct. They directed us to the ticket office, so we wasted a few minutes figuring that out.

Convenient that the ticket was electronic. We could go right in without having to wait and the site is really fantastic. Worth a visit. Only point of improvement: at the entrance there were far too few toilets.

The whole trip was very enjoyable and a great experience. Seeing the ruins of Herculaneum was very interesting and thought provoking as to life prior to the eruption of AD79. The audio guide was very useful as we walked around and covered many areas in great detail. A must visit.

Herculano es un sitio con mucha historia al que no me arrepiento de haber ido. La compra de billetes a través de headout fue sencilla, lo único que no sabía que debía descargarme la aplicación para ver mis billetes y me tocó hacerlo en la puerta de la atracción

The visit to Herculaneum was wonderful - it is an amazing site and we greatly enjoyed it. The ticketing app headout is less impressive - although it claimed to let me get the ticket in pdf this did not work and the ticket could not be read on the phone screen. It did work but it was very unclear.

Everything was clear during the purchase and it made us calm we would enter the Herculaneum without waiting or even not be able to enter because od the ful capacity.

Being off season there was no line to skip, but the idea a of a reservation was comfortable. Great site (Herculaneum that is).

An easy-to-use, intuitive application with excellent reservation tracking. The welcome on site is impeccable, the staff very relaxed and attentive. We took full advantage of the limited number of visitors at the end of November (queue-cutting tickets proved unnecessary). A visit to the Naples Archaeological Museum and some research beforehand made our discovery of ercolano much easier. We were fascinated by the quality of preservation of the remains and loved the access to a large number of houses. Smaller than Pompeii but very rich, Ercolano complements its big sister and, in my opinion, is more accessible to children.

Low crowds. Comfortable van. We needed to get a cab for the pickup as the cruise ship parked in a slip a bit from the pickup area.

I would recommend this tour you will need to get there either by taxi train or bus It is amazing to see the buildings the painting and frescoes which have lasted nearly 2000 years Be prepared to walk as it is set into the side of a hill and wear comfortable shoes

There are 2 addresses on this reservation, you have to go directly to the ticket office with the reservation on the app. This is not explained on the app and we looked for the meeting point with the team for a while before realizing we could go straight in.
