Venice Walking Tour with St. Mark's Basilica & Doge's Palace Guided Tour

Martina is an attentive and passionate guide who described Venice and its history through her Venetian eyes. She shared her knowledge and anecdotes throughout our visit.

Tix easy. Guide Marina great. My only suggestion. I wear hearing aids, as did a few others on the tour. May I suggest the guides wear a better mic that secures to the ear and the mic is on a boom so it is against their cheek. Then the sound level is constant and not dropping when they turn to point something out or answer a question. Thank you, John

Our guide was very interesting and, above all, full of anecdotes on many subjects. We recommend this tour.

The ticketing experience was great. It was easy to get tickets and reserve what we wanted to do along the tour. Separating the walking tour and the guided tours ended up causing some confusion and our group for the guided tour was too large for the tour guide to manage in the crowds in the Basilica. She did an excellent job, but the company placed too many people in her group (she complained about it before we got started) and it distracted from the tour in several situations along the way.

I loved my experience. I believe my tour guide's name was Katarina. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and made sure the group stayed together so no one was left behind. Ten out of ten for Katarina specifically.

Our guide was knowledgeable and easily able to answer questions. He carefully explained details in the artwork that my untrained eye did not see at first.

Avant toute chose, je tiens à souligner l énorme professionnalisme de Stefania, notre guide française du jour. Elle a été d une grande clarté, précise dans ses présentation, à l écoute, douce et nous a présenté avec passion les joyaux de Venise (Palais des Doges et la basilique Saint-Marc). Nous avons tellement apprécié les visites que nous n avons pas vu le temps passé (3h tout de même). Quel bonheur !! Ma compagne et moi sommes heureux et enchantés d avoir pris ce combo de visites avec Stefania. A faire aveuglément !! (Ma compagne et moi avons la 40ène).

Achat sur headout sans souci. Prix un peu élevé pour une famille avec 2 enfants mais on ne regrette pas l'expérience (plus de 3 heures). Une visite guidée est incontournable pour profiter pleinement des lieux. Je recommande.

La visite était très bien et la guide en anglais tout à fait performante. J'avais réservé une visite en anglais pour bénéficier d'un tour en gondoles. C'est en tout cas ce qui était annoncé sur le site de Headout. Mais Headout n'est qu'un vendeur de billets, pas le prestataire, qui est alilaguna. Or Alilaguna n'était visiblement pas au courant de cette histoire de tour en gondoles... Et donc nous n'y avons pas eu droit. Il serait bien que les informations passent mieux entre les compagnies et que le consommateur ait ce pour quoi il a payé.
