Second time of visit Opéra Garnier- early arrival was fantastic. Easy entrance and queuing wasn't long. Booking was easy and quick.

The Paris Opera was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was so much more spectacular than we could have imagined. The history and ability to walk through were incredible and we were particularly intrigued with the tie ins to the Phantom of the Opera. Unbelievable, would recommend 100%

This avtivity is worth the money. Great experience at opera garnier. In the morning there is a big line of people but it goes really fast.

Very beautiful site to visit. Only small regret, not having found the guided tours when booking, it would have been a plus.

The Opera Garnier is simply beautiful, rich in detail. It's impossible to visit without an audio guide. Chagall's painting is beautiful. Everything is enchanting. Set aside two hours of your day to contemplate such beauty.

My husband and I really appreciated not having to wait in line. The staff were very friendly and competent. The first time, my tablet wouldn't start (a bug) and then 5 minutes later there was no sound. Both times I was able to return to the people who distribute the devices without any problem. They changed my tablet with apologies for the inconvenience and smiles. It's so rare to meet people who don't slow down or sigh when something goes wrong. The Opera Garnier is magnificent. Thanks to the tablet, the visit is very interesting for the elderly, as the sound intensity is sufficient. I'll be recommending this tour to our friends as soon as we get back to Auvergne.

We were able to enter to make our visit. Just need to be more specific in the information to redeem the boleros purchased by the platform, is a bit complex platform.

Opera Paris is very beautiful!!! It's worth going there to see it!!! I bought the tickets online and everything went smoothly with no queues!

The location is outstanding, and the visitation system with headset and mini screen is easy to use and very nice to listen to. Rated 10

Opera Garnier something breathtakingly beautiful! And having booked with you made it easy for me to get to the place and save time. Everything was excellent. Recommended.

The wonderful discovery of this emblematic place, you can imagine yourself at that time :blush: the audio guide is very useful to better understand the history of the construction. On the other hand, the reception was very limited: we asked for information and the way they answered was unpleasant..... On the downside, too many people taking selfies, ridiculous as can be and blocking people who are really visiting!

Booked for 2 pm and had to queue !!!! No guided tour, so audioguide at 8€ Excessively expensive Finally, far too many people, perhaps there should be a limit to the number of people on the site at any one time.

The Opera House was stunningly beautiful. And having our tickets pre-booked made it easy to get in when we arrived. We are so glad we toured the famed theater!

Visit to the Opera Garnier. A wonderful discovery. The only snag was that the meeting point was indicated as being in the middle of the crossroads opposite the opera house... whereas all we had to do was follow the arrows for access via the left wing... but hey, the weather was great!

With e-tickets, you don't have to wait in line to buy tickets anymore. You can show your ticket right from your phone screen to get into the venue quickly.

Headout was more than I expected! We booked the tickets easily and with some discount (compared to the line tickets) and we were in the museums while the lines were huge! Recommended!!!

Timming respected, discovery with friends from Toulouse of a masterpiece. The only drawback was not having been able to discover this magnificent theater from the baskets for even a few minutes.
