Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica Guided Tour

I found the tour enjoyable, though at times a little fast-paced. The guide tried to help us avoid the big crowds (even though this is almost impossible in the Vatican). I really enjoyed being guided and having her explain things to me, it made the tour come alive :+1: On the other hand, I did have a problem with the fact that St. Peter's Basilica was closed that day for the tour. So I paid for a service that didn't take place...

Everything was wonderful and the guide Emmanuel is to be congratulated!!! The only thing is that there could have been a map explaining how to get to the meeting point for those who want to walk, like us. Thank you :pray:

We had a 3-hour tour with Ricardo of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Unfortunately not in St. Peter's as there was a Catholic holiday. Ricardo is a very entertaining and informative guide with lots of humor. Highly recommended to hear many extras!

We are so glad we purchased this tour, espically the skip the line part. My parents are older and standing in line to get in plus a 3 hours walking tour would have been too much. It was well organized and easy to find. We had the best tour guide Envi. He was so knowledge and enthuastic about telling all the info of the Vacation Museum. The only reason I have not rated this higher is due to the sheer volume of people in the museum. Which is out of the control of the tour company or guide. Last time I was there there you were able to sit on benches enjoy some of the art. This time no benches. Too many people. I say this only to give warning to be prepared for the crowds.

Headout is great for the tickets. Even though I had one problem with entry of Colosseum in Rome but the headout team immediately helped me and arranged me a new ticket. So I recommend headout for the ticket arrangments.

The information that the guide was able to give, however booked an expensive tour so as there was quicklime to basillica which never happened. I know it was a holiday but kinda ruined what I had paid for

I was supposed to have a free ticket with my companion ... only mine was validated and the audioguide was not possible.

Beautiful experience because if you do not buy in advance and with preferential admission, with so many people it is impossible to enjoy it.

Well organized tour, with very knowledgeable tour guide. Tatyana gave us many insides and details about historical facts, perceptions and circumstances surrounding various art pieces. Highly recommend it as a choice for Vatican tour.

Independently of the fact that we were able to get a ticket that saved us three to four hours of waiting (out of season), we had a super guide who was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The guided tour was very well organized. The meeting place and timetable was all top notch. Our guide Maria Teresa is a very passionate guide and did her best. The Vatican tour is a bit rushed, you do not enter in all the chambers (only the main ones). So if you want to see everything you should visit on your own.

Our guide, Valentina was fabulous. She shared her expertise from the perspective as an art historian, and also her passion as a citizen of Italy. There was so much to see and learn. The three hour tour was an introduction to centuries of history. If only there was more time to visit.
