Hola Barcelona Travel Card Pass: 2 to 5 Days

Everything was okay. The only thing that was a downside was having to print the confirmation e-mail to pick it up. I feel nowadays everything is done with the phone and not necessary to waste paper on something like that.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Von der Abholung der Tickets an der Touristik Information, der Hin und Rückfahrt mit dem Flughafen Bus zur Placa España und den vielen Fahrten mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kreuz und quer durch Barcelona war alles einwandfrei.

Everything was very clear with the colors in the metro. The busses were its more difficult. The timing of the metro and busses was perfect. A little of minutes to wait for the next one. Thanks for the nice experience. We will come back to Barcelona :-)

You can really visit the city as you like, and with the metro, streetcar and bus network, you can get anywhere you want. We recommend it!

There would have been an "excellent" if the ticket had been valid for 72 hours and not 3 calendar days. The negative thing for me was that a ticket for Park Güell, for example, can only be booked with a guided tour. A ticket for your own explorations has to be paid for separately.

Handy, that hola card for 4 days. I had missed that it was not valid on the A1 Taking the subway to the airport went smoothly. By bus 46 into town actually too. Just takes considerably longer. Used the tickets for the subway. Went like clockwork. The tickets stayed neat, didn't wrinkle. Don't think fat I was cheaper than if I had bought separate tickets, but it saved a lot of time and that's worth something.

Ticket for 3-days: Very easy to pick-up the ticket at the airport. Best way to travel around Barcelona for a weekend without limitations

One ticket for all public transport is the best approachto tourism. For tourist less head ache. Certenly back to Barcelona.

The pass was okay. Unlimited entries and exits in case you get the wrong line, bus, tram. I printed the voucher and exchanged it at the airport in T2 at the big office next to McDonald's.

Not waiting in line for tickets I've bought it on line and recovered it from information point at the airport. The lady was absolutely lovely and helpful. The pass Helo Barcelona It took me all over the city in tram and bus, ans you can get back in the airport with the same pass. I kindly advise it

The barcelona travel pass was great to have. The only negative is once bought online you have to find one of the travel card booths in the city to issue your passes, we thought it would be a barcode straight to our phones that we could use immediately.

Schade dass das Ticket nicht für den Aerobus gilt. Und es ist absolut dumm unpraktisch dass man das Ticket zunächst ausdrucken muss um es dann bei einer offiziellen Stelle einzulösen. Reisende haben normalerweise keinen Drucker zur Verfügung!

Barcelona is a great city with a perfect mix of public transportation and you can easily get to your destination. The Barcelona Travel Card helps with this.

We received the 5-day tickets directly at the airport. It was easy to find the ticket counter. Barcelona has a very well-developed metro, streetcar and bus network. It is advisable to have a sturdy cover for the tickets. It could be that the tickets get a little bent if they are constantly carried in your jacket pocket and no longer work properly. Our non-functioning ticket was then replaced. Super service!

Good bus connections that get you from A to B quickly. Unfortunately, the route suggestions in the app were often not necessarily the ones with the shortest walking distance. There is room for improvement.

It was not made clear that the ticket I purchased hads to be swapped for a physical ticket from an office at the Airport that closed at 8.30pm fortunately I arrived at 8.20pm but had I been 10 minutes later I would have been left without a ticket!

It was just fine, easy to buy tickets and easy to pick them at the information desk at the airport. Good idea to travel by public transport with Hola card!
