Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum Access with Audio Guide

The Headout booking experience was straight forward and worked well. For a "shoulder attendance time" the Collosseum is far too crowded, overbooked, and filled with tourists. Palantine Hill was a very pleasant surprise. Again, the ticketing was straight forward, there was lots to see, it was interesting and the crowds were missing (early in the day) and the visuals were wonderful. Comprei os ingressos para o Coliseu, Monte Palatino e Fórum Romano, foi fácil de selecionar o dia e horário. Para entrar, apresentei os ingressos on line numa das entradas do Fórum Romano e fizemos todo o passeio incluindo o Monte Palatino e as atrações exclusivas a qual o ingresso dava direito. Chegando próximo do horário marcado, fomos para a entrada do Coliseu, aguardamos um pouco pois estávamos adiantados, logo após uns minutos, entramos e visitamos o Cliseu.

Bello il colsseo , palatino e fori così così .. ho pagato una cifra dpropositsta per il costo reale del biglietto e non c'era l'audio guida

Reservamos la entrada al coliseo y foro palatino ya que no quedaban en su página oficial. 2 adultos y un niño 90€ caro pero asequible. Llegamos a la hora al punto de encuentro y nos informaron cuál era nuestro horario de entrada, ya que no es a las 9am, el de los chicos de delante era a las 16h y el nuestro a las 10:15h. La entrada tb incluía un free tour que salía de piazza navona a las 10am cada día, el problema es q nos íbamos ese mismo día. Fue como lo esperado.

El lugar es increíble sin embargo esperamos practicamente una hora para que nos dieran los ticket que segun lo agendado y lo que salia en la aplicación era a las 9:30 am y nos dieron entrada al Coliseo para las 14:00 sin derecho a cambio, muy mala la atención!!

It took a lot of effort to get the tickets in time. But support was helpfull and managed to arrange it. On site the tickets turned out to be a one time entry ticket. They were sold as 24h tickets so we were disappointed that we could not re-enter the forum.

Reservacion facil y lugar accesible para redimir los boletos. Se necesita tiempo para poder ver los distintos lugares asi que recomiendo redimir los boletos temprano. El unico lugar que tiene hora especifica para entrar es el Coliseo.

Super pour nous. Nous étions 4 on a visité le Colisée sans problèmes ! Avec le coupe file c'est vraiment au top. Mon fils étant autiste qui d'habitude n'est pas très patient pour le coup ça a été tellement vite qu'il n'a pas vu le temps passé ! Il y avait juste du monde au forum romain et palantin pour la file d'attente mais il pleuvait alors voilà mdr. Sinon c'était vraiment pratique ces billets . Ils ne regargdent même pas la carte identité . Juste les billets c'était vraiment au top ! Merci headout !

It was very simple to access the stadium with the instructions on the website. Overall enjoyed every moment of the tour except that we booked the afternoon ticket and we couldn't make it on time to see the Palantine site.So suggest nook an earlier time slot. Nachdem wir endlich den Ausgabeschalter für das Ticket am Marmatinischen Gefängnis gefunden hatten, erhielten wir ein Zeitfenster von 1,5 Stunden später für das Kolloseum. Wir mussten jedoch fast eine halbe Stunde beim Einlass für das Forum Romanum warten, da viele vor uns falsche Tickets hatten. Daher hatten wir nur 1 Stunde Zeit für das Forum. Zu wenig !!

Maravilhoso. Lugar fantástico. Me levou ao passado. O problema foi encontrar onde retirar o ticket. Mas tudo bem . Valei a pena.

Unfortunately, the entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is not described in the app, which makes it a little more difficult to find. With the audio guide, it would be useful to mark the places on site where which point of the audio guide should be played.

The beauty of the sites and the kindness of the welcoming staff. An overview with the points described in the audio guide indicated would have been welcome.

Ease of use, customer service via chat fast and accurate, convenience of electronic ticket, audio guide very helpful for visiting, directions and instructions very precise.

Vedere il Colosseo da dentro aiuta a immaginare come fosse durante gli spettacoli. I contenuti dell'audioguida sono interessanti, anche setutti particolarmente approfonditi, comunque ben organizzati in diverse mappe. C'è stata all'inizio qualche difficoltà con le credenziali d'accesso. In generale il costo del servizio al netto del biglietto d'ingresso mi pare piuttosto elevato, consierando che si tratta 'solo' di scaricare i contenuti sul proprio telefono, dovendo contare sulla propria batteria ed eventuale proprio power bank, che in giornate di turismo a Roma sono già duramente messi alla prova.

Ottima esperienza. Zero fila nonostante i migliaia di turisti. Entrati al Colosseo e ai Fori in tempi brevissimi. Unico neo che non ho potuto usare il biglietto per i Fori Palatino e Romano entro le 24 ore pur non avendo completato la visita.

The Colosseum is incredible but we were frustrated not to have access to more places. The tickets don't allow you to do the whole Colosseum tour. On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with the transaction via your site.

Very good! The tickets were valid with no problems. The access is not as chaotic as it seems. You have to be at the entrance 5 to 10 minutes before the entrance to get in. Any longer than that and they won't let you in, so don't stress about lining up too early.
