The museum houses some of the best works of Impressionism, there are no long lines (visited on a Saturday lunchtime), I also attended a show with dancers I was unable to download the audio guide I had purchased, probably because of the slow network, I recommend doing that first!

Paris is without a doubt a wonderful city. From Montmarte, with its artistic alleys, to the Louvre Museum, to the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, every corner smells of art. Even the Orsay Museum located in the train station with paintings by Van Gogh, Renoir, the glass roof and its precious clock, an iconic symbol of French art, are part of this spectacular city . Skipping the queue and entering at the chosen time embellished the visit.

Impressionists, especially Van Gogh! At the beginning of our visit, you have a painting of a woman's private parts...not necessary! The restaurant on the fifth floor was very good and the service was magnificent, not to mention reasonably priced.

Love the museum! Beautiful display of beautiful art! The pieces displayed were just gorgeous! Security, management of people coming in and out all around was very good. Easy to buy tickets online and easy to follow signs at the museum. You could find all you need there, coffee, water, food, toilets and of course gifts or souvenirs. Would definitely recommend!

It's a museum I really wanted to see again. I hadn't been there in 10 years Buying your ticket in advance makes logistics much easier. No waiting around. A little crowded, but that's normal in August, and all the better for the museum. I was very pleased with my visit. I stayed for 3 hours.

Buying the tickets with fast track was easy but d'Orsay museum is an insult to art. I think the limited number of visitors should be allowed to make it slightly pleasant. People racing through the museum in order to take pictures of the most famous paintings and the rooms were way to crowded. It was really unpleasant.

Hello! Everything was great, except for the audio guide experience. I downloaded the app that was noted in the confirmation email (global audio guide), and while the email said no code was needed, when I opened the app I was promptly asked for a code. I tried using the booking ID from Headout but that didn't work, and there was no other number in the email that I could reference. The staff at the audio guide desk at the museum said they were unaffiliated with both companies so I had to purchase audio guides for everyone in our group which was disappointing and an added cost that I thought would be covered with this ticket. As such, I'm wondering if it would be possible to get reimbursed for the cost of those devices? Merci! ~Krista

Purchased the unguided tour so we could go at our on pace. Easy entry with the fast pass tickets. Selected the 3:30 pm tickets to avoid the morning crowds, with the knowledge that the museum closes at 6 pm. However, we weren't able to enjoy key aspects such as the cafe as we learned at the host stand that it closed at 4:45, nor the rooftop terrace as it closed at 5 pm, along with the souvenir shops. They start exiting guests at 5 pm so we were disappointed and felt our visit was cut short. Would have been nice to know these aspects BEFOREHAND. Recommend a morning time slot even though will likely be more crowded, just so you can enjoy the while museum if you'd like.

The cathedral is beautiful. Our tour started late because there weren't enough audio guides and our guide had to go get more. Once we got in line, the people at the gate wouldn't let our group in. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes. Our guide did his best but some in the group were very annoyed that the immediate access was not accurate and that was why we got the group tickets in the first place. Would have liked more info on the reconstruction instead of religious stuff.

Museum visit was fine BUT the arrangements for purchase and delivery of the tickets was not Although we have a smart phone we use it rarely so I purchased the tickets on my laptop. As the tickets are not available untill 24 hours before the event we were already in France before this so I could not get a printed copy without paying my hotel. Neither were the tickets in a useful format (eg PDF) for transfering easily from laptop to phone. In the end I had to take a screenshot of the tickets and then transfer that image to the phone - very awkward and not everyone whould know how! System appears to discriminate against those who don't have or use a smartphone - at the very least your website should have a warning for those who do not use a smartphone - there are still quite a lot of them about!

Although we had downloaded the audioguide on the Global Audio Guide application, listening on our cell phones proved impossible (we could only read the explanatory text). What's more, when we asked about the sequence of works / rooms, Musée d'Orsay staff informed us that the order indicated on your audioguide did not correspond to the reality on site. In short, we threw the money we'd paid for your audioguide out the window. For all future visits, we will deal directly with the museum concerned, and not with an intermediary like you.

The museum is an excellent venue. I really enjoyed being able to visit the terrace cafe on the 5th floor, and seeing the variety of art/famous artists. I appreciated the timed ticket so I could skip/not worry about a line. I dislike that this audio was for use with my phone as I bought the tickets online ten minutes before arriving via my hop-on/off bus and didn't realize I would need my earbuds, not to mention ruin the drain on my phone battery it would have taken to listen. So I wasted money with this option as I could not use it at all.

Due to strike of museum staff Museum was not fully open open, therefore could not view highlights, 2nd dett er l of excursion (boat trip) was at least half hour walk from 1st derl away. Guide on boat was not understandable. All this on top of the fact that tickets were ordered and paid for a long time in advance (1.5 months!), but did not show up in my mailbox. The museum itself is wonderful, though overcrowded in August. However, the Headout experience was deplorable! Nothing worked... I bought 2 tickets for the Musée d'Orsay with a discounted cruise on the Seine: I had to ask for the tickets, which I never received! It worked by chat for the museum entrances, but they forgot to enclose the tickets for the boat. When I got to the boarding gate, I tried to get them by chat as for the museum, but the robot didn't understand the question! So I decided to call by phone, except that Headout doesn't have a hotline in France! Luckily I speak a little English and got an understanding and professional interlocutor who explained their error and solved the problem. Finally "cherry on the cake" as they would say; I asked for a detailed invoice: they sent me a payment receipt that was strictly useless... I strongly advise against Headout

The experience of the places we visited was very good and interesting , but getting the tickects in advance in the mobile was a night-mare and not easy . Besides not to be able to get the tickects of Rodin's museum directly on the phone was very stressful and not fair to have to down the app for the tickects of Rodin's Museum. They did tell us there were not audio guides included in the tickects . Apparently the languague used was disguising. I was told that meant that the service was available and that we had to pay for the service . I. One word "the administrative part was useless and stressful , too much waiting for getting g the tickects. From my pin t of view no need of the app - that I understood is a paying one . I sorry but I will not use it and I will not recomend it again . 😢

We expected a seamless experience with was. It the case the gate in the instructions was incorrect even thought we have fast line free access. Upon entry to audio guide didn't work until attempting to call customer service and doing online chat. Finally we got it to work and then loading took forever and some items were missing altogether. It was unfortunate to have such an experience. The lady in charge of handing out the audiograms inside the museum refused to give us the audio guides, even though they had been paid for, and told us that we had to come and pay on the spot and not buy from Booking/headout and that we'd simply been ripped off by the app. Frankly, it was a very, very disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend at all. Beyond not receiving the audio guides, it was humiliating!

I understood I had to download the audio and then saw people were given headphones. I needed a wheelchair for my husband - the elevators were very small and hard to find (bad signage). The museum was terribly overcrowded. It was literally impossible to see the art, particularly on the 5th floor. Crowd size and flow must be better managed.

Paid for a ticket with audio tour but your company misled me because when it said with audio tour it didn't mention anywhere I needed to bring my own headphones. No Support team told me it was explained in the email after the purchase. I would never made the purchase if I had known because I was at the museum and did not have headphones. Your company sent me a credit which I don't want because I can't know what I am buying until after I make a purchase from you. A purchase your no support team lied can't be refunded. I was not able to access the museum because due to a flight cancellation I was not in Paris on the scheduled date I called to ask for a change of date since I had already paid and was denied a change of date despite having manifested the reason that I could not be there on the first scheduled date because the flight had been cancelled it is truly a shame that for reasons outside the will of the customer it is not possible to make a change bad service
