The time slot entry system was the best! I didn't have to wait in long lines and the Museum is very punctual with the assigned time slots. Just by showing my ticket on the phone, I was able to enter the galleries without any problems. I took the recommendation to start with the impressionist room on the 5th floor and then went to the 2nd floor. I had a tour of about 4 hours that allowed me to see works I had always wanted to see up close.

There is no such thing as a fast track ticket to the d'orsay. There is a seperate line for people who have booked an entry time. So you still have to queue but it was a smaller queue. . Just a heads up for others booking this ticket.

The fast track has proved very successful. As we already know and appreciate the artists and the museum, quick access was important to us. A guided tour or audioguide was not necessary. The presentation of the current exhibitions was ok, actually very good. The Impressionists are arranged in a somewhat "jumbled" way, there was no recognizable strategy.

Loved fast track tickets to the museum, but audioguide was a bit of disappointment. We bought 3 tickets, but we were able to use only one audio guide at the museum, since code is same on all tickets, but can be used only once. So we had to get extra audio guides at the museum. Ticket for the museum worked fine. It was just not clear at the time of purchase that I had purchased not only an audio tour for the museum d'Orsay but an audio tour for a number of sights in Paris that I would not necessarily visit. It was also not clear that I had to download and listen to the audio tour itself on my phone. The Dutch translation of the audio tour also left something to be desired. I also found the audio tour too expensive (as much as the tickets themselves, while audio tour museum cost only 6 euros). If I could do it over, I would have only bought the tickets through you guys (without audio tour).

The ground floor impressionistic paintings were wonderful, especially the huge ones with a historical context. The entrance to the museum went very well. There was a huge crowd in the Van Gogh gallery but there were several of my favourites there. The lunch at the restaurant was very good with courteous prompt service. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Buying the tickets with fast track was easy but d'Orsay museum is an insult to art. I think the limited number of visitors should be allowed to make it slightly pleasant. People racing through the museum in order to take pictures of the most famous paintings and the rooms were way to crowded. It was really unpleasant.

Easy tickets and easy entry! When it said audio guide - I thought it meant the official one. Instead you have to download another app and the quality of the audio guide is not very good. I ended up reading the signs more then using the audio guide. Still worth it for the tickets!

Our guide Hamish knew his stuff and explained the selected art pieces quite well. Comment which you can pass on to the Orsay. The headsets were not good at all - they were static-y, even being a short distance awar from the guide - the audio did not transmit at all.

The museum houses some of the best works of Impressionism, there are no long lines (visited on a Saturday lunchtime), I also attended a show with dancers I was unable to download the audio guide I had purchased, probably because of the slow network, I recommend doing that first!

Hello! Everything was great, except for the audio guide experience. I downloaded the app that was noted in the confirmation email (global audio guide), and while the email said no code was needed, when I opened the app I was promptly asked for a code. I tried using the booking ID from Headout but that didn't work, and there was no other number in the email that I could reference. The staff at the audio guide desk at the museum said they were unaffiliated with both companies so I had to purchase audio guides for everyone in our group which was disappointing and an added cost that I thought would be covered with this ticket. As such, I'm wondering if it would be possible to get reimbursed for the cost of those devices? Merci! ~Krista

Purchased the unguided tour so we could go at our on pace. Easy entry with the fast pass tickets. Selected the 3:30 pm tickets to avoid the morning crowds, with the knowledge that the museum closes at 6 pm. However, we weren't able to enjoy key aspects such as the cafe as we learned at the host stand that it closed at 4:45, nor the rooftop terrace as it closed at 5 pm, along with the souvenir shops. They start exiting guests at 5 pm so we were disappointed and felt our visit was cut short. Would have been nice to know these aspects BEFOREHAND. Recommend a morning time slot even though will likely be more crowded, just so you can enjoy the while museum if you'd like.

The cathedral is beautiful. Our tour started late because there weren't enough audio guides and our guide had to go get more. Once we got in line, the people at the gate wouldn't let our group in. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes. Our guide did his best but some in the group were very annoyed that the immediate access was not accurate and that was why we got the group tickets in the first place. Would have liked more info on the reconstruction instead of religious stuff.

Paris is without a doubt a wonderful city. From Montmarte, with its artistic alleys, to the Louvre Museum, to the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, every corner smells of art. Even the Orsay Museum located in the train station with paintings by Van Gogh, Renoir, the glass roof and its precious clock, an iconic symbol of French art, are part of this spectacular city . Skipping the queue and entering at the chosen time embellished the visit.

The fast track tickets were wonderful to have! The Orsay was so very crowded that without them we would have been in line for hours. We chose not to use the audio guide we purchased. Again crowd size limited our ability to stop, look and listen. In the future I will book sooner and get a tour guide. Thanks to head out- the only one to get us last minute tickets into the Orsay !

I made the reservation 30 min in advance, we went straight in and no lines. What I didn't like is that they say it closes at 6:00 pm when in fact it is 5:30 pm so the time we were able to be inside was even less than expected.

We skipped the question. The museum is amazing , a pure feast for the eyes . We spent about 3 hours looking at the thousands of beautiful things in a beautiful building . We stopped in the coffee shop too and enjoyed a well earned rest and good cakes. The museum staff were very helpful. If you are pushed for time I would book a tour but if you are flexible I would just explore it by yourself.

there was no fast track so i was charged extra for somthing that didnt excist and had to wait with everyone else... however these where the only tickets i could get for the morning so i paid more for the chance to actually get in at that time when tickets where sold out so it is what it is but i wouldnt advertise these as fast track and charge more for that benifit as you join the same que as normal ticket holders.

Our visit to the Orsay Museum far exceeded our expectations! The building itself, a repurposed train station, was a highlight of the visit. However, of course seeing the world renowned artwork was a dream realized. The price of admission was reasonable, we were admitted into the museum as per the time on our ticket, and also enjoyed a relaxing time getting refreshments in the cafe halfway through our visit.

I followed instructions and went to the meeting place, but could not see anyone from the tour company. Staff then out me a queue, but we we got in, the QR code was not acceptable and we had to buy new tickets. I could get any help from the cat via the app and no-one answered the phone.
