The passage was ultra fast and the control staff were very professional and understanding. I had forgotten my knife in my pocket, so I told them before going through the detector and they explained to me that they were going to accompany me to the cloakroom to drop it off... and of course pick it up when I left.
As for the museum, it was just a delight and always full of emotion to see the masterpieces before us. In short, a very good afternoon.

Not having to wait in the long queue was great. The Museum has so many famous paintings. If you're a French Impressionist fan this is the place to go.

Getting the fast track ticket allowed me to enter the Orsay within 10 minutes on a very busy day when the Louvre was closed during my only day in Paris. Despite the high volume of visitors, I enjoyed taking my time to view the impressionists which were wonderful. Fast Track tickets is a great way to avoid time standing in line. 😀

It was a great experience, it's a pity that I didn't get to see Monet's sunrise reflection, but I also saw a lot of paintings that I learned during my school days, so it was a lot of fun!

Ich hatte auf 10.00 Uhr gebucht, mußte aber dann in der Schlange warten. Bei der Buchung ging nicht hervor, daß ich nicht zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit gebucht hatte.

I followed instructions and went to the meeting place, but could not see anyone from the tour company. Staff then out me a queue, but we we got in, the QR code was not acceptable and we had to buy new tickets.
I could get any help from the cat via the app and no-one answered the phone.
Thankfully Headout fully refunded our tickets, and I appreciate that.
