9/11 Ground Zero Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets

We had the most amazing Tour Guide, Ray, and felt we experienced 9/11 through his eyes and his stories he shared with the group. The "untold" real stories and seeing the BEFORE & AFTER pictures brought tears to my eyes. Also, going on the guided tour prior to going inside the museum made me appreciate what I was actually seeing in the museum and memorial. I will continue to keep NYC in my prayers for continued HOPE & HEALING.

Jaclyn was our tour guide and she had a wealth of knowledge about 911 and the 911 tribute. She was very good and made the entire tour very interesting.

The guide was very personable, informative and provided a great experience for an obviously somber subject. Lot of detail that would have been missed or unknown otherwise.

Very organized and details were clearly spelled out. Our tour guide Daniel was very clear in his description of the events of that day with a projexted voice so everyone could hear what he was saying. I would recommend your tour to anyone.

Our tour guide shared his personal story which made it more authentic. He also shared the history of the area and the significance of the standing buildings. I had a previous tour but felt this one provided more details of things I haven't read or saw on the news. Exceptional experience we would highly recommend.

I have been wanting to see the fountain, memorial, and re-build of the towers sine they first opened but have not had the opportunity until now. I am so thankful I did the guided tour, Jennifer was fantastic! To hear first hand accounts from a local was amazing! The entire tour was extremely powerful. I will definitely be back.

Knowledge of our guide, both about the events of 911 as well as helpful hints in navigating the memorial site itself. I do not however recommend taking the tour in the rain, it was hard to hear our guide and we got really wet. Not our guides fault at all but worth mentioning.

We had a skip the line guide Richard Nalley. He was so informative in setting us up for the museum tour. The museum itself was just chilling. I plan to go back again.

Our guide, Jacquline, was the best guide we've ever had. She was clear, waited for the group to gather before she spoke, included a bathroom break and places to sit along the way. She was passionate and knowledgeable.

DanielM was so informative and friendly. I would recommend this tour to everyone. BUT this Company is not at all reliable. . Our second tour guide was a no show and we couldn't reach a person to help us. A refund is questionable.

We're from Korea, and we stumbled on some 911 documentaries some years ago. Ever since then, we--including my 13 year old son-- wanted to learn more about it. When we planned on our trip to NYC this summer, visiting the 911 memorial and museum was our first pick. We joined Richard's tour and it was awesome. I particularly liked his personal account of that day in the very beginning. And then his leading us to all the sites and adding his detailed explanations really helped us understand what really happened on that day. Thank you, Richard! Also, although we were really running behind our schedule and didn't have much time to appreciate the memorial and museum, the memorial was just perfectly built and the museum was also a must see.

The tour was so informative and our tour guide, Brian, was fantastic. He shared his own personal experiences and shared his stories. He welcomed any and all questions and was very engaging the entire time. We were planning on visiting the memorial and a friend recommended taking the tour and I am so glad we did.

Russel was quite knowledgeable and very sensitive to the subject matter. I learned so much from the experience and walked away with a new respect for New York and New Yorkers!!

Without a rented electric mobility scooter, I could not have taken this tour. I've wanted to see the 911 Memorial before I became physically challenged. In spite of the rain and thankful for the poncho I brought with me, Alice was a superb tour guide and made the experience so wonderful and pleasant for me even though this about such a great tragedy. I found the names from Flight 93 that I was familiar with though I did not know them personally. There was so much detailed thought and symbolism put into this memorial and I was deeply moved by it all.

It was very easy to register on the day, our tour guide was very engaging, knowledgeable and maid sure his group was safe and stayed in group I would highly recommend Brian a great ambassador for your service

Jon, our guide, was very good at sharing his knowledge of history and protocols of visiting the 9/11 Memorial site. And a few useful tips for shopping and dining in the area, and orienting the group to where we were located in Manhattan. I got a lot out of my time, definitely recommend.
