The Heineken experience was not what I expected, too much of a show.
The cruise was fine but there was no snack box.

Everything was OK, but I would like to make a comment about my boat trip.
The Lovers boats are very cramped.
On my cruise, 3/4 of the boat was occupied by a school class, the teenagers were very loud and it was difficult to understand the guide.
However, the captain did ask them to be quiet several times.

Hello we paid for a box with dirty apéritives to choose from nothing was offered or given to us on the boat that is to say we paid and we had nothing, it is badly indicated where we left that is to say we arrived we left and we didn't even know for sure where they wereod nor information where we were going to get to the museum
