Fantastic play, booked very easily, took a pic of all the tickets and had a very smooth entry! Will for sure use the service again

Fantastic show great singers and stage and costumes. We thoroughly enjoyed it apart from having some one in front moving their head around and not having the best view .

Ticketing was easy, the show was amazing!! Only complaint would be the absolute lack of space in the seat, I am only 5'7" and I couldn't sit straight, there was no room for my knees, so had to sit sideways. Luckily no one was beside me so i was able too. Otherwise the theatre etc. was fabulous.

Fabulous musical/play. Loved the service. Staff were helpful, cheerful and no task was too bothersome. Thank you for the memory.

Very easy and intuitive to use the Headout app! The show 'Wicked ' was very good. Costumes were amazing especially the Emerald City number! Great singing by the 2 witches and loved Glinda quirkiness!

I just want a ticket. I don't want another app, I don't want to have to login 8 times. I bought the ticket - send me the damn ticket. Don't make me jump through 85 hoops. Almost could not get into my show because the stupid website kept timing out. You understand you're being used by tourists. Not all of whom have UK internet/cellular providers. Don't make this more complicated. Make it easier.

I really liked the theater, the seats are placed so that you can see the stage without disturbing the people in front of you, and the play was spectacular.

I was impressed how quickly I entered the theater and found my seats. The show started on time and the performance from the actors was exceptional.

I could see the whole stage, great views of the entire play. I was spectacular. My 11 year old daughter was transfixed.

It was an exceptionally easy process. Plenty of emails to inform you of pertinent information. We saw Wicked and it was stunning. The cast is outstanding.

I had seen the production in Australia anit was wonderful to see it in London as well. Seeing a production at a West End. Theatre is definitely a bucket list item

Entering was easy and neither complicated nor stressful. Showijg the QR code tickets was also easy and there weren't any technical difficulties. Inside the venue you could buy snacks and drinks and were even allowed to bring it inside the actual event hall. The musical I watched (Wicked) was amazing and I'd definitely recommend watching it!

Purchase of online tickets was an easy process. Scanning our online tickets and going into the theatre was very fast. Didn't need to print them. Our seats as expected for the price we paid. Loved that there was also a shop selling merchandise within the stalls so we didn't have to queue long to purchase items. Similarly at break time we could purchase something very quickly as there was a selling point close to us. Didn't realise we could also pre order snacks. Will have that in mind for next time. The show and cast were excellent. Overall a great experience and definitely the highlight of our short 3 day trip to London.

The main cast were amazing, very much including Garlinda's high-level comedic flair. The theatre was beautiful and all the theme-things were sweet. Too bad the acoustics of the hall did not carry the sounds cleanly to Stalls Q...

The whole experience was amazing, all staff were very polite and professional, the show was incredible and the service as a whole was excellent. And we will be sure to return!

Everything was amazing! The actor who played Elphaba sang beautifully, and it thrilled me. It was my first time I actually stood up for the standing ovation in the end.

Great singing, wonderful costumes and an exciting plot. Simply superbly done. Admission was very quick and easy.
