There was little queuing at the catacombes and to go to the river Seine which was a 20 minute bus ride away from the catacombes had no pressure about it as one could go on any boat tour that left every half an hour until night time.

I was really thankful for the recorded information we could listen to as we traveled through the Catacombs. Took my family through - 54, 49, 22, 16 and 16. We ALL learned something about this important underground location.

Very simple to purchase the tickets , would be better if you could add them to Google wallet, had to faff about with the email getting screenshots to avoid delay at the entrance. The experience of the catacombs was excellent, but probably wouldn't do it again. Be warned 130 spiral staircase on the way down and 86 on the way up. Ground in the passageways is a little uneven in places and low roofs.

It was good that we had already booked our tickets online. Admission was very organized and we were let in at the exact time we had booked. The tour was with an audio guide and that worked very well.
The catacombs themselves are worth a visit.

The best of using headout is that i could book a ticket for Catacombs many weeks in advance. And the Catacombs and Seine River Cruise were impressive.

Interesting your and nice neighborhood. App and ticket messaging is a bit complicated. It met my expectations.

Awesome experience and highly recommend!
However, the ticketing was difficult. I had to download a pdf for each ticket separately and then take a screenshot of each one separately and then scan those. Would be much better if all tickets were on one pdf or you could scroll through them.

It was very tedious with the tickets and it was unclear for a long time whether it would work at all
If the tickets are only confirmed on the same day at 09:00 and then the idea is to be on site at 10:45, it is not possible depending on the route.
When we were there, everything went as expected.

I thought that the information presented in the catacombs was well done, and the audio guide was very helpful.. One suggestion: please warn people that they will need to walk 130 steps down and 130 steps up. That's it. For the rest, the visit was excellent! I will definitely recommend the visit to friends and acquaintances, with the caveat about the steps. :-)

The tour was well organised and easy to participate in. Complimentary headsets gave interesting and informative information. If you suffer with asthma, i would recommend ensuring you have a ventolin.

Entry on time and well organized. A possibility to deposit backpacks and bags would be nice. All the staff were very friendly.
The individual stations are very well illustrated and explained in detail via the audio guide. You have to take your time and let the site sink in. Very impressive and an absolute must.

Easy to find, queue wasn't too big, the experience itself was interesting seeing all the bones, very different from a usual tourist attraction, not something I could do again I think once is enough

Very interesting and different site to visit in Paris. Easy to find and a short hop on the Metro from central Paris. Well organized entry and would recommend the audio guide to get the best from the experience.
