I’ve been skydiving twice with your team, and my first experience was absolutely amazing—unforgettable, smooth, and filled with excitement. I felt safe and supported the whole time, and I truly appreciated how everything was handled. My second jump on June 5th 2025, however, was a bit more challenging. I had a sunburn and mentioned it to my instructor, but I was still asked to take control of the parachute despite expressing that I was in pain and couldn’t move my arms easily "You have to do it!" she said frustrated. I understand that it’s part of the experience, but it was physically very difficult for me at that moment. While I tried to stay positive and smile in the video and photos, I wasn’t really enjoying it due to the discomfort. I hope future instructors might be a little more flexible in situations like this. I still appreciate the effort and professionalism of the team overall.

I fulfilled my dream and went skydiving over Palm Jumeirah—thank you so much for this incredible experience! However, I gave an average rating because I was treated disrespectfully by the staff member who gathers the participants before the jump. She insisted that I go to the store and buy different leggings, claiming that mine were too short. I want to point out that my leggings were knee-length, and my friends had jumped with your company just a month ago wearing the exact same length without any issues. Despite explaining this, she kept insisting that I buy new leggings, which I didn’t need at all. This was a waste of money and put me in a bad mood right before my jump.

The experiance was super good. The booking using Headout was smooth. Just ensure you enter the correct details as oer your photo ID and its taken care off. I personally also sent an email to SkyDive Dubai Suppport email id which I got from their website to reconfirm the booking. Over all the Skydive Dubai was best and they follow utmost safety precautions to ensure 100% safety. My trianer Riche and photographer was Brian were very good too. My photos and standard 3 min edited video was awesome. If you want a social media edit video of 1 min it can be purchased when you visit there on the day of Skydive as addon. I personally purchased the social media edit video of 1 min and you can also purchase selfie video on the day of dive upon arrival ( I did not purchase it). I would recommend social media edit video of 1 min if you want to post it online on Instagram / facebook / whats app. The satandard edited video comes in Horizontal format however the social media edit video comes in vertical format which is best for viewing on phones on social media apps. My experiance was super good from booking using Headout till the dive.

We never got to experience the XLine Dubai. My wife received imaging results of a tumor in her leg on the 26th and we took the next flight out on the morning of the 27th direct from Dubai back to the United States. She saw her physician the same day we returned to Los Angeles and got a biopsy of the tumor the very next day on the 28th. I called the customer service number on the 26th and explained the situation and I was told there was nothing that could be done to refund our money. I am very disappointed with the response I received.

While booking my skydive I specifically selected palm beach drop zone but headout agent messed the thing. Skydive people didn't allow me dive into palm beach they said your booking is for desert zone. Because of headout agent issue they didn't allow to dive. So, my overall experience was very bad. And Its been more than 2 days I didn't received my refund yet.

Headout provided poor service. Originally there always an issue with your website where I couldn't book my son. You failed to rectify the issue despite many numerous emails. This was the best experience of my life. 🤩 Everything went very smoothly, after arriving to the location I was instructed and prepared for the skydiving. There's a cafeteria where you can have some snacks while you wait for your turn. My trainer was Alex, he was really nice, professional and made me feel very safe. My photographer was also very friendly. I recommend this experience 100%.

I really like X Zip line .... because it was my first experience..... nd i really enjoyed that ride but this is so small ride like eye blinking nd ur ride was finished but all over good nd helpful staff i really like that ........ but the second one top of buraj khalifa it's normal not that much exaciement ...... better u can stay down nd enjoy fountain show rather than go top to buraj khalifa...... because it's not that much fun nd all ..... all over i like it 👍💞💞

The staff were excellent and friendly. Francesco my instructor is very welcoming and guided me what to do and he is awesome. The drop off place (Marina) is an excellent point of skydiving. Really amazing! Bit expensive tho but worth experience. The photographer Kuba was also excellent but he was a bit rushing. He interviews quickly and focused directly to relevant questions on the event. He was a bit tired maybe repeating same interviews with other divers. The experience itself is second to none, absolutely fantastic. Highly professional skydivers who make you feel safe. The venue is well organised. My only criticism is about the transfer, the transfer was included in my ticket but after the booking there was no telephone no or email address to arrange it. We were staying at an apartment nearby, 20 minutes walk and we were there, so it didn't realy bothered us .

Smooth and easy booking process. Very slick, professional and efficient operation. You feel in good, safe and welcoming hands from the moment you walk in. 'Adrian' was fantastic. Very calm, collected and assured. His voice and demeanor oozed control and confidence. He provided re-assurance in a gentle and sometimes humours way throughout each of the process (from the harness briefing , on the plane and upon landing) without being over protective and over the top. I definitely recommend. On the areas to look at: - I am not a fan of the upsell on the day. I would make the offer for the extra social package at the booking process. One step. - I was in the 3rd group so I oberseved 2 waves leaving before me. There is a varying degree of engagement and authenticity between the videographers. Some are really engaged with the jumper and some run through the motions with less zest.

The one slight negative was I thought the booking staff were not very welcoming which was a shame as they are the front line team for customers and it was very demotivating. The skydive experience itself was amazing and i had the best experience of my whole life, although i requested something to the team which should be something doable, i brought my camera with me and i wanted to film the preparation before the experience but they told me no, i was preparing a beautiful video to share it on my social media platform with more than 85k audience. This is a bit sketchy cause normally you should support this type of initiatives and marketing wise, you should let people use their cameras inside ( before the skydive). Or you should metion in the booking before that we cannot bring cameras and that E should ask for a permit in advance. Other than that, i asked the team for a longer video shot of the skydive so that i can be comfortable during the editing of the video.

Everything was great from the ticketing experience to waiting for the dive. The staff of the Skydive Dubai were very friendly and helpful. I would like to give special credit to my skydiving instructor ( Carlos) and videographer (Franco) who were very supportive and cooperative. They kept motivating me so that I dont get scared or nervous. I would highly recommend this place for skydiving. Kudos to you guys!!

It was great thrilling experience. Instructor was amazing n gave all the instruction beforehand in very easy way. He made my dive very smooth n unscary that i m thinking to go solo. I liked the fact the the whole process was well organized, and that the staff was very helpful and professional. My instructor Chow and my videographer Monica were fantastic! They were really warm, calm and friendly, and all the instructions were explained clearly. It was my first time skydiving and it couldn't have been any better, especially because of Chow who ensured that everything went seamlessly, in the best way possible. Now, after doing it with the wonderful folks at SkyDubai, I will 100% recommend this center to my friends and will do it again!

I always wanted to go skydiving since I planned a trip to Dubai. The booking was made online and it was easy. I was impressed by the facility and the staff over there helped with the formalities. Was a bit surprised to see so many people going for the dive. The average waiting time is 90 minutes but they have an amazing viewing deck where you can see other divers land. My instructor and co diver Ross was an amazing guy with vast experience in skydiving . I really felt safe . The airplane took us to the height of around 13000 ft and we dropped off from there. The views from up there were simply amazing! What is even more astonishing is the way the photographer has captured all the action. Hats off to him. The images and videos are beautifully made. Overall, it was an amazing experience and it is hard to describe just in words. These guys know their job and are very good at it. Thank you for the moments I'll cherish for the rest of my life. Highly recommended!

Ticketing was on line & experience was good . We were to report 20 minutes before the ride which was at 4.45 pm . We reported just 5 minutes before . The guys in that slot of 30 minutes did leave infront of us from the office in basement of dubai marina mall . Some how we were denied the ride in that slot . Good thing is the staff managed to put in the next & last slot for the day ... Even though we reported late , we were not disappointed as we were accommodated in next slot . Hence its awsome experience of whole experience including the ride itself & last but not the least the pics & video we got it .. which is too good .

Sehr schnelle und einfache Anmeldung und los geht's mit dem Bus zum Startpunkt. Mit dem eigenen Handy können hier Fotos gemacht werden. Auch ein Fotos macht nochmal Fotos. Dann gibt es die Weste, ein kurzes Video und man wird eingehengt. Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher. Die Fahrt ist mega und die Aussicht genial! Das Video und die Fotos kamen 1 Tag später per Mail. This zip line is unreal, amazing! I've done zip lines before but nothing on this scale, by far a highlight of my holiday and the best zip line ever!
