Grévin Paris: Wax Museum Ticket

Headout mentions ''tickets on mobile'' on its web page, but you should be aware that tickets MUST be printed out, as they are in fact just VOUCHERS. So be careful if you're on vacation and don't have a printer... This is only indicated once payment has been made. We ended up with exchange vouchers on our phone that were refused at the museum, so we had to pay a second time at the ticket office, and of course deadout didn't want to refund us. So be careful, these are not tickets but exchange vouchers to be printed out.

Nice experience in Paris at the Grévin museum and cruise on Seine, we really enjoyed the bout tour, and buying together this offer was a good deal for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids. Thank you!

The interior is superb and well laid out for viewing the wax figures. On the other hand, it's incomprehensible that you have to queue even though you've reserved your tickets (more than an hour's wait). Why not set time slots, as is the case in many French and foreign museums?

A beautiful place and lots and lots of very similar characters to see. Great photos, kids and adults alike will love it! The staff are absolutely adorable, a really good time with the family or even alone!

We loved the comedian at the entrance to keep us waiting, and the riddle by Fantomette for the kids! It would be nice to have (true) stories in each area...

Everything worked out very well, but it was stupid that you don't get a QR code on your cell phone, but have to stand in line at the cash register to get the tickets you paid for.

The ticketing experience with Headout was great and very smooth. I really enjoyed how fast I got the tickets and the discount applied for the combo was worth it. Very easy to navigate and pay for the tickets.

Pour commencer , je dirais que la prestation des différente personne du personnel était très bien fait et on bien jouer leur rôles. Ensuite ,le spectacle de l'illusion a été bien réalisée c était très beau ,magnifique. L idée de scanner des QR code à différent endroits pour faire des photos était une très bonne initiative et une très bonne idée pour garder un moment mémorable de ce musée

Nice visit, good care for my son with a disability. On the other hand, I think that prices should be adapted according to children's disabilities and level of understanding. My son paid a 3-year fee because he's 6 years old but has the comprehension level of a 1-year-old baby and the abilities of an 8-month-old... I find this unfair and absurd!
