It was a bit of a last minute decision to book on our recent trip to the O2 for a concert, Really chuffed that I did. The day had been a bit grey and drizzly but what do you expect on the 24th November. I had watched a couple of the earlier groups going up from my hotel window thinking they will probably close it down if the weather stays like this & It certainly doesn't look like a fun thing to be doing today. Even as I arrived at BASE CAMP in the drizzle I kind of thought or maybe hoped it would be called off. Apparently it's never called off. Turns out I was the only person booked for 4 pm Absolute result. By the time I got sorted with the harness, coat and gloves the clouds had cleared and the beautiful London skyline was beginning to light up. So off I set on my solo climb with Rebecca my guide who was absolutely brilliant company. The view from the top on a clear November evening Is really amazing. I had loads of time on the top platform to take it all in and Rebecca even put the snow machine on for me in the snow dome. I would like to say it was the highlight (see what I did) of my trip to London, but as we were going to see Radiohead inside the O2 that evening, it comes a very close second. Actually standing on the top was a great way to get the blood pumping for a fantastic concert. Loved every second of it.

Our tour guide Rebecca made our experience great fun and full of interesting facts -thank you. You deserve to be mentioned first though all the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a fabulous trip and the views were amazing. Enjoyed a delicious mulled wine on the top from the snow dome too. Would definitely recommend.

Cha cha our host was fantastic, unfact the whole up the 02 team were so lovely. Great views even with the evening fog, lots of information on focal points at the top, health and safety of it all was fantastic, nice to be able to have a drink at tye top (you pay before you go up there, Ithought it was reasonable considering. I would highly recommend the experience and we will be doing it again, thank you to the whole team

Firstly, your staff were incredible!!! Having had a Stroke on my head and Spine, I really can't put into words how understanding and accommodating they were, so THANK YOU!! Alex was the groups guide, I loved his sense of humour and how he brought the group together. My daughter didn't waste any time and left me for dust, but I knew she was in safe hands. I was chaperoned by Karl and Tan because I needed extra support. Their teamwork and willing to help and support me were amazing. They helped me accomplish an achievement, which 6 years ago would have been impossible. I've saved the best until last, Karls mum Kirsty, she had surprised Karl and took on the climb. Having travelled far and not used to London public transport, not telling Karl she was booked in for a climb was really special to be a part of. Thank you Up at the O2 for helping me

The walk was very well organised with plenty of preparation and the necessary kit. All the staff were welcoming and helpful but most outstanding was the guide, Aaron (I think) who right from the beginning showed that he was there to ensure that our experience was safe and enjoyable. We were a fairly small group, probably due to the atrocious weather conditions. Aaron was supportive throughout the climb and very knowledgeable at the top when explaining landmarks. He showed real care and professionalism when one of the party was struggling on the descent and ensured that she had a positive experience.

The welcome and introduction were completely lacking in inspiration or much information. Our guide gave us very little information, even when asked at the top, whereas the guide before us we could see was giving a very animated and entertaining talk to their group. We were lucky it was a beautiful day as that made the experience great from a personal standpoint. But overall disappointing.

Great experience. Didn't have to wait long to get going and the walk wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There was no rush to get to the top you could do it at your own pace. The instructor was very nice ; checking in with everyone on the way up and down. The views were great and it was nice to just sit/stand and take them all in. Would definetly recommend.

Really enjoyed this activity! Had such great fun with my childhood bestie – skyscrapers, heights, and lights all the way, with perfect weather to top it off. Everything was swift and smooth, from prep to housekeeping, and our host Max was super cool, calm, and collected throughout the evening. Huge thanks for a truly wonderful experience! The space and facilities were clean and tidy, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the footwear – the steel toe caps eventually started to hurt, so we had to make our way down the O2 backwards to ease the pressure. Ouch! Aside from that, it was an unforgettable adventure. Cheers!

We arrived early and spoke to the security who advised us to go up to the Oblix for a coffee. Once there the wonderful staff gave us a window seat and instead we ordered brilliant cocktails. When time we went up the Shard and on the 69th floor had coffee and cake whilst looking at the superb views of London. We then went up to the 70th floor where the facade stops and the sway feels like you are on a boat and it was all fantastic!

The view going up, on the top, and coming down was surreal. We did the Twilight time and we got to see it all in both daylight and nighttime which was fantastic! Both activities were superb and paying the extra money for fast track for the London Eye was definitely worth it. The O2 Climb was our favourite because it was such a different activity. The staff were great and made it fun. I'm nearly 80 but our guide assured me plenty older than me had made it so feeling reassured I harnessed up and reached the top to enjoy the view and the achievement. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the landscape which made it more interesting. The plaques are informative but could you install some binoculars for our use as we can't carry them with us?

It was an opportunity to erase an experience from my bucket list. Our guide Liam was helpful, friendly and very professional. 10/10. My calf muscles are bigger than they have ever been. In part I found the walk tougher than I anticapted , especially walking backwards on the decent. However, it is was it is I am glad both of us served our fellow pensioners well.

The care about the safety of the everyone who attended, made conversation and happy to help whenever it was needed. The photo's were nice, despite one of the staff having issues with the camera at the beginning. Everyone was having a fun time. The trek up the O2 was challenging, but in a fun way. I got to see the city all lit up. Once at the top i could take in the view with a nice glass of champagne, while taking plenty of photos and videos for the memories to last. Granted i wasn't expecting the journey down to be as challenging, though everyone was having fun and giving there own emotions. All in all, i'm really made up i did it and still have the memories and can add it to my growing list of experiences so far...

It ended up being one of the best family things we’ve done this summer. The weather was spot on - sunny with a nice breeze. Getting into the safety gear and climbing boots was super easy, and stashing our bags and shoes was no trouble at all - they were waiting for us at the end of the climb once we’d taken off the harnesses. London is so busy (which we aren't used to!!) and we arrived with a 5 minustes' delay despite planning for being on time. The Team was very welcoming and arranged a fast track for the 3 of us and we were able to join the group we booked for. Thank you! It was only when standing at the start of the climb (after being booted and harness-suited) that I realised the first part at least was a bit steepish, but, once you start, I found it just fine. Yeap, it isn't a race either. Considering how hot the weekend had been, our climb was a doddle because it cooled down and the breeze made the whole event very pleaseant. The view is great, lots to talk about, especially if you'd been to places you can actually see from there. It was all very satisfying and quite clever regarding how safe it is to made for visitors on the way up and down. The steepish descent was similar to the initial ascent - not as bad as it first looked. I felt surprisingly tired afterwards, which wasn't a biggie: lots of places in O2 to refresh afterwards! Highly recommended!!

Everything! The climb itself was great, and the views from the top incredible. Our instructor Liam was excellent; he gave us an informative safety briefing injected with a bit of humour to stop it being boring. He was also chatty and helpful throughout the climb, and very willing to take pictures for the guests. Being able to buy drinks to have at the top was a nice touch.

Max was our walk guide, he was really clear and business like in our safety talk. Once we began our climb he was knowledgeable and entertaining, ready to help if needed. At the top of the O2 he did an interactive talk on the views around us, aimed at some school children but educational for adults too. His knowledge of the surrounding area and beyond was fantastic as well as anecdotal. He kept that stream of facts up right to the ground. Overall a brilliant experience, one I wasn't 100% sure I'd enjoy as someone who doesnt like heights, but it was fantastic. I'd go again.

The process was very simple and well-organized. Fill out a waiver, put on boots and a jacket/gillet with zipper pockets so your phone doesn't go tumbling 52m to the ground, strap in, and start climbing. We didn't move too fast, nor too slowly, we stopped for breathers and to check out the sights, and the view from the top was incrdible. (We were lucky to have perfect weather!) Cheryl was super nice, hekpful, informed, engaged; everything you could ask in a guide. Would do again, 5 out of 5!

I'd booked this to do with my sister, but she had ti cancel the day before we were due to go. I asked acouple of other friends but they were working & it was short notice for them to arrange the day off. I nearly didn't go, but im so gald I did. Mg time slot was 12.25pm, the weather said rain at around that time. So I got there early, hoping I would be able to go up earlier, it was no problem. There were only 5 in our group, our guide was Matt. He took time to chat to each of us as we were going up. The worse part was the steep bit on the way down. The photo packages were good value, which I bought. Thanks Matt for a great experience. I would recommend it & I'll do it again.

Unfortunately I need3d my booking rescheduled due to the day being a birthday present for my son who got rushed to a and e in the early hours of the 19th, so when we arrived and got to the start he refused to go up and made my dad sit it out with him. Had he of been 100% with his health i very much doubt this would of happened and now he regrets not going up. But I didn't like the guide saying to him we was safe with rails either side to then see that actually only in the .middle you can't blame him only being 12

Nothing. The day before I was injured and unable to use the 3 tickets I had booked. 2 weeks before I had also booked but ended up with Covid so again unable to attend. I have wasted a lot of money but it is no-ones' fault.

We didn't have the experience as I happened to check the terms & conditions and found that my husband was over the maximum weight allowance, so he was upset he couldn't do it, it had been booked for his birthday on that day , and was extremely dissapointed. I phoned to inform youselves, but policy states there are no refunds or rechedules, but was given a 25% credit . I phoned on 11th June, and I do think this is unfair to loose my money. Will not be recommending your service.

Very well organised. Great welcome and instructions from the team. A real positive is that you are instructed by a team member from initial safety briefing, to kit room, to photos, to ascent and descent. Including a very interesting "tour at the top". Our guide was Cheryl and she did an excellent job! Not just with our group but also the other participants. Well done O2!

Your website malfunctioned and booked me the wrong day. I called and email IMMEDIATELY to try to change and you would not allow me any change of ticket. You claimed this was because of the 02 but they allow changes to their tickets for a simple 15 fee including on the day of. I am shocked at the lies and incompetence and stinginess of your organisation. I called repeatedly to try and resolve this and was met with no help. I will not be using your service ever again.

Tickets were easy to book and useful to have on the headout app, as I can't always access tickets in other ways. The climb over the O2 is a brilliant experience, well organised, with friendly and well-informed guides. I felt safe at all times. It was great fun! I was apprehensive as it seemed like not much to do for quite a bit of money. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our climb host was great and kept the enthusiasm up throghout. The views from the top were great as we had a nice clear day. One of our party is afraid of heights but was ok with it as it is a sloped climb and there are no sheer drops you can look down from. It's an experience that I found tough enough to be rewarding but not so tough I was getting angry as to why I'd decided to do it!

Our tour guide was great! She was very informative and made sure we were all happy as we were climbing. She kept checking back to make sure everyone was comfortable. I found the experience amazing!!!!! Really glad I did it. Found the first part difficult until I got into a rhythm. The views are amazing. Our guide was extremely helpful. It was great sharing the experience with my daughter and sister. It was for my daughters 30th birthday so treated her to champagne on top of the O2. We all loved.
