It was a suprise 10th anniversary trip for my wife, i thought up at the o2 would be a great way to start the trip. We LOVED it!! Friendly, relaxed, great customer service all round, in a great location. My wife LOVED it! Brownie points for me 😀

Firstly, your staff were incredible!!! Having had a Stroke on my head and Spine, I really can't put into words how understanding and accommodating they were, so THANK YOU!! Alex was the groups guide, I loved his sense of humour and how he brought the group together. My daughter didn't waste any time and left me for dust, but I knew she was in safe hands. I was chaperoned by Karl and Tan because I needed extra support. Their teamwork and willing to help and support me were amazing. They helped me accomplish an achievement, which 6 years ago would have been impossible. I've saved the best until last, Karls mum Kirsty, she had surprised Karl and took on the climb. Having travelled far and not used to London public transport, not telling Karl she was booked in for a climb was really special to be a part of. Thank you Up at the O2 for helping me

The walk was very well organised with plenty of preparation and the necessary kit. All the staff were welcoming and helpful but most outstanding was the guide, Aaron (I think) who right from the beginning showed that he was there to ensure that our experience was safe and enjoyable. We were a fairly small group, probably due to the atrocious weather conditions. Aaron was supportive throughout the climb and very knowledgeable at the top when explaining landmarks. He showed real care and professionalism when one of the party was struggling on the descent and ensured that she had a positive experience.

The welcome and introduction were completely lacking in inspiration or much information. Our guide gave us very little information, even when asked at the top, whereas the guide before us we could see was giving a very animated and entertaining talk to their group. We were lucky it was a beautiful day as that made the experience great from a personal standpoint. But overall disappointing.

Great experience. Didn't have to wait long to get going and the walk wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There was no rush to get to the top you could do it at your own pace. The instructor was very nice ; checking in with everyone on the way up and down. The views were great and it was nice to just sit/stand and take them all in. Would definetly recommend.

Really enjoyed this activity! Had such great fun with my childhood bestie – skyscrapers, heights, and lights all the way, with perfect weather to top it off. Everything was swift and smooth, from prep to housekeeping, and our host Max was super cool, calm, and collected throughout the evening. Huge thanks for a truly wonderful experience! The space and facilities were clean and tidy, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the footwear – the steel toe caps eventually started to hurt, so we had to make our way down the O2 backwards to ease the pressure. Ouch! Aside from that, it was an unforgettable adventure. Cheers!

Great fun! Went with my 73 year old mother, my 11 year old daughter and 9 year old son. the climb was easy enough, and the safety equipment in good condition. The Staff were really Friendly, and Theo especially helped my nervous 9year old throughout and made him feel much more relaxed and confident. Would definitely recommend

We arrived early and spoke to the security who advised us to go up to the Oblix for a coffee. Once there the wonderful staff gave us a window seat and instead we ordered brilliant cocktails. When time we went up the Shard and on the 69th floor had coffee and cake whilst looking at the superb views of London. We then went up to the 70th floor where the facade stops and the sway feels like you are on a boat and it was all fantastic!

Everything was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Lily, especially, who was our guide up on the climb and made us all feel very comfortable chatting away to us. The view going up, on the top, and coming down was surreal. We did the Twilight time and we got to see it all in both daylight and nighttime which was fantastic! Definitely would do it again at Christmas time when the snow globe is there

Both activities were superb and paying the extra money for fast track for the London Eye was definitely worth it. The O2 Climb was our favourite because it was such a different activity. The staff were great and made it fun. The views from both were great (lucky with the weather!) and booking them together was good value and made it easier as tickets were together on the app. Highly recommend!

I'm nearly 80 but our guide assured me plenty older than me had made it so feeling reassured I harnessed up and reached the top to enjoy the view and the achievement. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the landscape which made it more interesting. The plaques are informative but could you install some binoculars for our use as we can't carry them with us?

It was an opportunity to erase an experience from my bucket list. Our guide Liam was helpful, friendly and very professional. 10/10. My calf muscles are bigger than they have ever been. In part I found the walk tougher than I anticapted , especially walking backwards on the decent. However, it is was it is I am glad both of us served our fellow pensioners well.

The instructors were knowledgable and enthusiastic. They mad the experience fun and exciting. The care about the safety of the everyone who attended, made conversation and happy to help whenever it was needed. The photo's were nice, despite one of the staff having issues with the camera at the beginning. Everyone was having a fun time. The trek up the O2 was challenging, but in a fun way. I got to see the city all lit up. Once at the top i could take in the view with a nice glass of champagne, while taking plenty of photos and videos for the memories to last. Granted i wasn't expecting the journey down to be as challenging, though everyone was having fun and giving there own emotions. All in all, i'm really made up i did it and still have the memories and can add it to my growing list of experiences so far...

It ended up being one of the best family things we’ve done this summer. The weather was spot on - sunny with a nice breeze. Getting into the safety gear and climbing boots was super easy, and stashing our bags and shoes was no trouble at all - they were waiting for us at the end of the climb once we’d taken off the harnesses. London is so busy (which we aren't used to!!) and we arrived with a 5 minustes' delay despite planning for being on time. The Team was very welcoming and arranged a fast track for the 3 of us and we were able to join the group we booked for. Thank you! It was only when standing at the start of the climb (after being booted and harness-suited) that I realised the first part at least was a bit steepish, but, once you start, I found it just fine. Yeap, it isn't a race either. Considering how hot the weekend had been, our climb was a doddle because it cooled down and the breeze made the whole event very pleaseant. The view is great, lots to talk about, especially if you'd been to places you can actually see from there. It was all very satisfying and quite clever regarding how safe it is to made for visitors on the way up and down. The steepish descent was similar to the initial ascent - not as bad as it first looked. I felt surprisingly tired afterwards, which wasn't a biggie: lots of places in O2 to refresh afterwards! Highly recommended!!

Max was our walk guide, he was really clear and business like in our safety talk. Once we began our climb he was knowledgeable and entertaining, ready to help if needed. At the top of the O2 he did an interactive talk on the views around us, aimed at some school children but educational for adults too. His knowledge of the surrounding area and beyond was fantastic as well as anecdotal. He kept that stream of facts up right to the ground. Overall a brilliant experience, one I wasn't 100% sure I'd enjoy as someone who doesnt like heights, but it was fantastic. I'd go again.

The process was very simple and well-organized. Fill out a waiver, put on boots and a jacket/gillet with zipper pockets so your phone doesn't go tumbling 52m to the ground, strap in, and start climbing. We didn't move too fast, nor too slowly, we stopped for breathers and to check out the sights, and the view from the top was incrdible. (We were lucky to have perfect weather!) Cheryl was super nice, hekpful, informed, engaged; everything you could ask in a guide. Would do again, 5 out of 5!

I'd booked this to do with my sister, but she had ti cancel the day before we were due to go. I asked acouple of other friends but they were working & it was short notice for them to arrange the day off. I nearly didn't go, but im so gald I did. Mg time slot was 12.25pm, the weather said rain at around that time. So I got there early, hoping I would be able to go up earlier, it was no problem. There were only 5 in our group, our guide was Matt. He took time to chat to each of us as we were going up. The worse part was the steep bit on the way down. Very easy to book in advance. Easy to find 'base camp' from tube station. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Our guide, Max, was excellent. Clearly explained what to expect, was patient and supportive throughout and his knowledge of London was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Our guide, Max, was great from the beginning, he was well organised and enthusiastic. The experience wasn't rushed and we had enough time at the top to take in the views and hear some interesting facts about London and the area. So helpful to be provided with coat and shoes. A good way to spend a morning as a family doing something different. Would recommend to others.

We didn't have the experience as I happened to check the terms & conditions and found that my husband was over the maximum weight allowance, so he was upset he couldn't do it, it had been booked for his birthday on that day , and was extremely dissapointed. I phoned to inform youselves, but policy states there are no refunds or rechedules, but was given a 25% credit . I phoned on 11th June, and I do think this is unfair to loose my money. Will not be recommending your service.

Your website malfunctioned and booked me the wrong day. I called and email IMMEDIATELY to try to change and you would not allow me any change of ticket. You claimed this was because of the 02 but they allow changes to their tickets for a simple 15 fee including on the day of. I am shocked at the lies and incompetence and stinginess of your organisation. I called repeatedly to try and resolve this and was met with no help. I will not be using your service ever again.

One of our party is afraid of heights but was ok with it as it is a sloped climb and there are no sheer drops you can look down from. It's an experience that I found tough enough to be rewarding but not so tough I was getting angry as to why I'd decided to do it!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Headout. Due to a fire at a train station on the way to the venue, all trains were suspended, and so I was unable to attend the Up At The O2 Experience. This was entirely out of my control. Despite explaining the situation to Headout, they refused to issue a refund, citing a strict no-cancellation policy. I was told I would I would receive 25% in Headout credits but as I no longer reside in London, their offer of 25% credits is completely useless to me. To make matters worse, it took days for their support team to reply to my emails, showing a lack of urgency and customer care. I expected more understanding and flexibility in such an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Headout’s customer service and policies. I hope others do not have to go through similar issues.

This was an outdoor opportunity to have great views of London and iconic landmarks. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Our walk guide, Liam and his lady assistant (Rachel ?) were realy helpful and enthusiastic and gave us lots of information during the walk up and down, also at the halfway stop at the top. Staff friendliness - from immediate helpful welcoming greeting at the reception desk - to our guide and the other guide who helped ours with packing away the end. Nice to see a team working together - communicating- mucking in together. Good atmosphere. I ordered through my phone and there were no restrictions listed before the pay button so I clicked through and paid for the event. I then received an email which included restrictions that meant my partner could not attend due to weight restrictions (warning to all rugby players) I immediately contacted Headout to have the ticket refunded and they told me I could have £5 back and that was it. They were incredibly rude did not care about my neurodivergence or the fact that I could not afford to lose the money for an event we could now not attend - they just said they were regulated in America so UK rules do not apply and I would not be getting my money back.

A superbly organised and well executed experience, they had all needs and more covered....from easy eticket, online disclaimer which can be done at base Camp, safety demo, safety footwear, gloves, jackets, drinks &music at the top, accompanied by friendly knowledgeable staff with safety conscious outlook (thanks jedabed !!) photos before and after, storage of bags (we had a roller case!) and then delivery of your bags safely locked in a tour specific locker to your end destination on the other side of the dome. I really enjoyed the experience. The staff member I was with I think his name was Dan was very sweet and accommodating. He made sure all safety procedures was in place and was very nice and understanding. The climb was really fun and relaxing. The view from the top was amazing and Dan acted really well as a tour guide too spotting out different landmarks.

Very friendly staff who were happy to help you after the quick video got our harnesses and ready to climb the o2. The view you got was amazing not rushed to get to the top had time at the top for photos and the decent was a long way down to ground level a very good shop to purchase soveniers you get a whist band for the photographs whixh they had taken and before you go the shop they take a few more photos with the green screen

The climb was fantastic! I climbed with my daughter for her 25th birthday, we visited the dome 24 years ago when it was the millennium dome so it seemed a very fitting activity. Our facilitator Karl was brilliant and really knowledgeable, he brought the vibe and was very supportive of those in the wider group who were nervous. Will definitely recommend to friends. We would love to climb again in summer and experience a sunset. The sunset yoga looks fabulous.

We had an instructor Robyn what a lovely young lady vibrant and attentive. Made my 10 year old boy feel confident in his climb with reassurance so thank you! It was a fun activity with nice bit of knowledge at the top from Robyn. Also great staff upon entry I should mention a very welcoming entrance. Great example of a great team throughout.

I loved the experience of climbing over the O2 in twilight. We came down to London a couple years ago, and climbed over in the daylight, but in twilight, it adds an extra aesthetic. The climbing leader was very nice, and we would do it all again real soon.
