Up at The O2 Climb

Took my 9 year old Grandson matt was amazing towards him & the rest of the group, he treated every individual special. Made our climb very memorable 💖

Our guide marrick was amazing he did an excellent job keeping a upbeat vibe and explaining the view with professionalism and humour!👍

My wife & I took my 8 year old nephew, we had already been up before but this was his first time and he really enjoyed it! He was the only young person in the group and the climb leader Bo made sure he was at the front, which Fletcher loved. Bo was really enthusiastic and explained everything really well. We had a fantastic climb with our brilliant guide Etienne, who made it fun and informative. Our 12 year old niece particularly enjoyed it. We had fantastic weather and the whole experience was outstanding.

It ended up being one of the best family things we’ve done this summer. The weather was spot on - sunny with a nice breeze. Getting into the safety gear and climbing boots was super easy, and stashing our bags and shoes was no trouble at all - they were waiting for us at the end of the climb once we’d taken off the harnesses. The whole setup was smooth and really well organised.

What a wonderful experience we had today climbing the 02! Aaron our tour guide was part of our wonderful experience! We felt safe in his hands and couldn't help us enough. Extremely knowledgeable and professional in his job. He made us feel at ease with his wittedness! The views are incredible and wished we could have spent longer on the rooftop!

Staff were very helpful and made the trip really safe and lots of fun. They sang happy birthday to my daughter at the top which was really special.

Up the O2 Climb was absolutely fabulous. We were well briefed our guide was friendly and very helpful. The climb was a challenge but with a great view at the top.

The sheer enthusiasm of the staff who clearly enjoy accompanying tourists to the top of the 02 is plain to see. Plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere and ask questions while being kept informed of relevant facts. The 02 arena itself is a venue you could easily spend all day at. All in all, a fantastic highly recommended family day out.

Very friendly staff and enjoyable climb with a knowledgeable & friendly leader, Liam (& Emily). An enjoyable experience. But felt pressurised into buying exoensive drinks at the start. I understand that less fit people might find the climb hard... But that sales technique needs reviewing.

The views and the equipment to keep us safe. The guide was helpful and chatty and the booking was easy. We had a great time.

London is so busy (which we aren't used to!!) and we arrived with a 5 minustes' delay despite planning for being on time. The Team was very welcoming and arranged a fast track for the 3 of us and we were able to join the group we booked for. Thank you! It was only when standing at the start of the climb (after being booted and harness-suited) that I realised the first part at least was a bit steepish, but, once you start, I found it just fine. Yeap, it isn't a race either. Considering how hot the weekend had been, our climb was a doddle because it cooled down and the breeze made the whole event very pleaseant. The view is great, lots to talk about, especially if you'd been to places you can actually see from there. It was all very satisfying and quite clever regarding how safe it is to made for visitors on the way up and down. The steepish descent was similar to the initial ascent - not as bad as it first looked. I felt surprisingly tired afterwards, which wasn't a biggie: lots of places in O2 to refresh afterwards! Highly recommended!!

All set up in a professional way, tour guide kept us entertained all the time. Going up on a windy day was an experience itself and views from the top were just amazing.

Everything was made so easy and delighted that our guide Mark informed us that we could use the cable car for half price by showing our climb tickets. Mark was a delight to climb with and very informative/knowledgeable. Thank you
