My family and I really enjoyed the experience overall and were amazing by the Bridge's craftsmanship. We wwre sorry to hear that 10 people lost their lives in the making of the bridge but thought that was an impressive number since there weren't any harnesses or supports during the time of construction over the 8 years it took to complete. We all agreed we wouldn't be able to do the job these men do especially the scuba divers. I would highly recommend this tour to others and would do this tour again with my family.

It was a really cool feeling to be in the Tower Bridge. The view up there is breathtaking. The photos I took from being up in the tower was beautiful. I felt like I could really take London in . It was really amazing (a bit nerve wracking too) to walk across the glass floor and that for me that was the highlight. Seeing London from that height was such a unique experience. Definitely worth visiting

Easy to book, and a good price! The experience itself was really enjoyable. Our hotel was next to Tower Bridge, so a visit was a must! Great views and especially fun to walk across the glass walkway (maybe scary if you're afraid of heights). A visit to the engine room was also very interesting, so definitely recommended for your visit to London!

The staff were great from managing the queues to helping me sort out a problem with ticketing. The staff at the top of the North tower were very helpful in answering my questions on the history of the bridge. Tower Bridge is one of London's most impressive landmarks. The architecture is unique and combines history with modern technology. The view of the Thames and the surrounding city from the bridge is particularly beautiful. Tower Bridge is particularly impressive at night, as it is beautifully illuminated and creates a very special atmosphere. Tower Bridge is also very interesting from the inside - the exhibition and the glass floor are real highlights. An absolute must for any visit to London and perfect for photos!

It was a really impressive experience to see how the bridge opens, through the glass walkaways. The waiting time to get inside the bridge was around 10 or 15 minutes - so it was fine- i expected more. The only thing was, that the engine romms were closed, this evening - so we had to come back the next day. But ist was worth it! The engine romms were really intetesting and there was a lot of information - also for the kids!

Easy entry with pre booked tickets, choose of lift or stairs, 236 steps but with stopping areas. Try the stairs as there is a lot of historical facts on the way up and down. Brilliant view of London from the walkway and looking through the glass floor to the traffic below. The old engine room was immaculate, brilliantly well kept. A great way to spend an hour .

I went with friends who were very interested in the science and the mechanics. It was great, my friend who has mobility issues found there were enough seats for him to take a rest when he needed to. The staff at the entrance were very kind and welcoming, my grandsons and I had been seriouly delayed by a situation on the Underground and we were nearly an hour late for our booking at 11.10 am. We were welcomed in from the pouring ain, our bags checked and tickets accepted. We had a very enjoyable and interesting tour of Tower Bridge and it was a great way to spend a very wet and windy day.

The combined ticket was great. The times were right, which was particularly important for us as we had some time to plan our own trip with the tour group on the day of arrival. We were lucky that the weather was fine. Tower Bridge was impressive. The glass panel in particular, which provided a view of the Thames from above, was a highlight for me. It wasn't too crowded, so you had peace and quiet and time to really take it all in. Yes, and what can I say, the Shard was the icing on the cake. A fantastic view at sunset across to the illuminated London. It was a dream. The staff were friendly everywhere. We spent almost 2 hours and couldn't get enough of it. I would come back anytime. Absolutely recommendable.

When I was booking this ticket I was in impression that there is a viewpoint on openair. However it was not the case. It's covered with metal and glass and there is almost nothing to see through. It was not interesting and I wouldn't go if I knew exactly what to expect. The bridge is more interesting from earth then from bridge itself. The organization was okay, we get there a little bit early and no one could explain us when is our turn to go to the bridge.

The program is very interesting for all generations. Venue is nice and spectacular. Ee werr there when the brigde was lifted and could watch thhe whole process through the glass floor. It was very exciting. The staff is child friendly and helpful. The staff took care of our disables relative as well. We planned to stay for an hour but we stayed more than 2. :-) I recommend it to all generations!

At Towerbridge it was unclear where to wait and the staff ignored the questions or we were shoved to the side again !!! At The Shard it said we would get three photos with it; indeed three poses were photographed upon entry but the free photos were just three the same; the other photos cost 13.75 P/st; too bad !!!

The exhibition is beautifully designed and extremely informative. There is a passport for children on which they can collect stamps. A small cat guides you through the exhibition, which is present everywhere but not at all distracting. The pictures and information in the exhibition are wonderfully presented and you have a really great feeling of being right in the middle of the construction of the bridge. There is a glass floor at the top of the transverse corridor, I didn't dare to go up there at first, but you also have a great view from up there. I can say that the tour was much better than I had expected.

Great factual information about the construction of the bridge which is made more real with accounts and videos from people and their families who have worked on the bridge. Awesome to walk across on the glass walkway. Helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to answer questions. The engine rooms are also well worth visiting to find out about the different jobs that were done and the machinery originally used to raise the bridge. Definitely recommend this and the low cost helped to put this as one of our favourite London experiences.

The London Bridge trip was all really good. There was nothing to fault apart from the wait outside in the queue on a rainy day when tickets already purchased. We had views of things we never thought we would get. I thought the engine room / shop would not be worth seeing as mainly for tourist purchases but I could not have been more wrong and would encourage all to include this as well.
