I was impressed with everything, although I have seen many reports, it is not the same, very clean and very good attention from the staff, thank you very much.

I wasn't expecting that I must wait again to redeem the tickets paid online so we waited the same amount of time as the people who bought their tickets at the entrance ticket station in the very same day.

Audio guide constantly interrupted! When it restarted, you had to go back to the beginning. Not great. Obligation to return the audio guide to the place where you picked it up, so you have to redo the whole huge site in the opposite direction to return it. Exhausting and impractical!

I would prefer to get a real ticket with a QR code to be really sure that I will directly be able to enter. In the end everything worked well, but I worried and had to ask locally several times where to get the tickets... A more transparent and clear communication would help, like: 1.) You will purchase/purchased a VOUCHER. 2.) Just go directly (skip the line) to any entrance ticket gate, show the voucher/teservation number, and get your ticket... .... KR Silke

Pompeii was a fascinating journey back in time! The vastness of the site offered a ton to explore, with plenty of walking and learning along the way. While the crowds were smaller arriving later in the day, it also meant less time to soak it all in. Tip for future explorers: try to get there earlier for a more comprehensive visit. Using the Headout app to book my ticket was fantastic. The process was simple and straightforward, making the whole experience stress-free. Huge plus for Headout! I'll definitely be using them again when I return to explore more of Pompeii.

The directions on the ticket were clear enough until it was time to get into the various entrance lanes. It wasn't easy to know which line to choose. So we were turned away when we got to the ticket office, even though we'd already been in the first long queue. The lady directing the queues (at the end, not at the beginning where it would have made sense) wasn't very nice. After negotiations, the man at the counter "accepted" us. Unfortunately, he converted my Pompei Plus voucher into a Pompei express. Which I didn't notice until much later, when I wanted to visit the Villa des Mystères.

A fan of volcanoes, I came to Naples mainly for Vesuvius and the Phlegrean Fields! The pick-up from the agency and the shuttle service were excellent! I would have liked to have stayed longer and had a guide, too bad!

It was a fascinating experience. I loved seeing the ruins, finding out how the people lived back then, and just learning about the history. It was very surreal seeing the casts, but interesting too. I also loved that there were cats dotted around the place, and the wildflowers growing all through the ruins.

I bought the tickets to avoid waiting in line and I had to wait in line anyway, both for the tickets and for the audio guides.

the information on how to exchange your ticket and obtain the audioguides is not at all clear, and we had to go to 3 different places to finally get into the site. Too bad...

We thought that the price of the ticket included also the Diomede villa and the Necropolis...surprise was when we were told that the price paid was not for that but for the commission of your web site.

Ticket purchase easy. Site not well marked for ticket arrival and audio guide pick up. The site is amazingly well preserved and recovered.

The whole Pompeii experience was amazing. It's a must see attraction when visiting the area. The only thing I would do is download any apps before entering Pomp. The food and drinks were a reasonable price and facilities were clean.

The combo for both the Herculanum and Pompeii sites was perfect. Quick access to both sites just with the app without having to print tickets. Delighted

We liked the possibility of finding our way around in real time on the audioguide. The only downside is that the audioguide doesn't take into account closed cities... and it would be great if it could show us the city's must-sees...

Why an app of you have to retrieve tickets at the spot, still cueing? Just to get our data? Fair enough, the alert fonction and hints is working, but still surprises that you have to download an app w/o storing tickets inside

Easy to book. We had deliberately chosen to explore everything on our own without a guide. It was a good choice because you then have all the time you need to stay somewhere just a bit longer. The ticket booked online must be exchanged at the ticket office/entrance so expect a short or long queue. In our case on a Wednesday it took about fifteen minutes so it was manageable. Bring plenty of food and drink and good shoes. With 3-4 hours everything is seen. Less suitable for younger children.

The shopping was comfortable; the only thing, when we got there, was the waiting in line to pick up the tickets to enter the enclosure.

Pompei is a site not to be missed on a visit to Pompei. However, for my part, we had booked the audio guides but we had to enter via the porta marina as we were on the amphitheatre side, so we went as far as the porta marina for the audio guides. Having entered the site at 4pm in order to do as many things as possible, I preferred not to take them, otherwise we'd have to do the whole site in reverse to return the audio guide where we'd taken it. Otherwise, it's very well indicated.
