It was a great experience. We met at the meeting point with our guide a few minutes before our reservation time, which had us nervous. But the entry time to the tower is 30min after the scheduled time, so we arrived safely. Matias, our guide gave us an excellent introduction to the history of the Eiffel Tower and escorted us to the top. He was very careful to give us time for the kids to go to the bathroom, etc. Very good guide and the Tower...amazing!!!! It was worth it!

Well organised and easy to follow instructions. We got to the top of the Eiffel Tower and back down again! The tour guide (Matias) was very friendly and informative. There was still a lot of queueing involved (considering the price of the activity). It said the duration would be about 90 minutes but it took us that long to get to the lift at the bottom. I would allow 2.5 hours for this activity if you want to spend 10 mins at the top and 10 mins on each floor.

The host was on time and very knowledgeable,she guided the group through security. She was nice and helpful to 2 seniors in the group

We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower with the lift to the summit. However, I booked the tour to take the stairs to the second level and was disappointed that we were forced to take the lift instead.

Our guide, Danyel was great! He was timely when it came to meeting. He was knowledgeable and relayed interesting facts to us. He was patient and caring with one of the group member's who faced some medical challenges. The tour, from beginning to end, was amazing! We had great views on the path leading to the E.T., and unbelievable views from the 2nd level, as well as the top! Everyone in our group commented on the fact that the tour to the top was worth every cent. I've been to the E.T. on numerous occasions, but this was my first time going into/ up it. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting the E.T. to go up in it. I also want to point out that the tour allowed us to avoid long wait times, which was a priority of ours, so we valued this aspect greatly. If you have reluctance to book this trip because you're wondering if it's legit, I can verify that it is really is. I had some serious reservations about spending the money up until the instant that Danyel showed up in front of the restaurant at our meeting time and was relieved immediately.

The guide met us at the appointed spot, walked us into the tower proper, provided thickets and left us. Not very helpful especically when it came to leaving the property. But the Eifel Tower is awesome.

It was fabulous!!!! Firstly - we did exactly what we had wanted but because u had arranged it we got to skip ques and do what we wanted 💖

Very good tour, unbelievable feeling over Paris. One negative thing is: the thicker what you got in application is not the ticket for the Eiffel Tower. This is only a ticket for a meeting point to meet your contact who will give you the ticket. It is a little difficult process. Tickets for landmarks (such as Louvere) is directly available in the application. Why not the Eiff Tower entrance? It is a complicated and unnecessary walk to collect the ticket in person. Upload it to the Application and draw attention to the fact that it must be printed!

The guide girl (Laura) was so kind and helpfull, talk fluenly and with perfect accent in diffrent languages. She made the experience nicer.

The guide was very thourough and easy to follow. It was a little confusing about where to meet because we arrived before the guide and were not sure we were in the correct location. Perhaps clarify the meeting spot is in front of the resturaunt.

My daughter have dreamed about the Eiffel Tower for more then 10 years and yesterday was very special for her and for me also. We had lovely time and hope that we can come again.

Very attentive guide. Excellent place with wonderful views of Paris. I did well to celebrate my 50th birthday with this experience.

Everything was super organized. And our guide Danyal was very friendly and explained everything to us in detail.

Everything worked out wonderfully, but you can also buy the tickets yourself and drive - comes out the same.

Wonderful sights and interesting history of the Eiffel Tower, being able to stay in the structure for as long as you want is nice. It was a memorable experience, I would like to go back again some day. The line to get onto the elevator of the Eiffel Tower was very long. The meet point was slightly confusion, it would be better if it were very cleary stated that the meet point was at the cafe and not at the Effel Tower, it is mentioned but it leaves room for doubt.
