Combo: Notre-Dame de Paris Exhibition Tickets + Eiffel Tower Summit Hosted Tour

Our visit to the Eiffel Tower was a memorable experience! Anjali was an excellent guide – knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole tour engaging and enjoyable. The queues were longer than we expected, but overall everything was well organized. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Anjali as your guide!

I think the Eiffel Tower visit is definitely worth it. The beautiful weather, the nice host, good mood and generally we had a wonderful time.

Ana was brilliant at organising her group together and getting everyone into the grounds. Had lots of interesting info as we queued and the gave a detailed history about the tower and all the tourist sights we could see. Highly recommend.

The only downside was only elevator was operational so it took a while. Otherwise the whole experience was awesome.

Bellow Eiffel tower it's endless waiting ques, by elevators as well... and it that crowds, when we finaly got to elevator to second floor, our guide disappeared and it was impossible to find either him as well as our group in that crowd. Actually the group was then broken. Don't know if the guiding part is ment for waiting time before you come in, or the guide was supposed to acompany us all the way to the top... in general, nice experience, he was trying to cheer us up while standing in line

When we got to midpoint of the que prior to our guide actually purchasing and providing us with tickets, the Summit was closed so our guide subsequently purchased tickets to second level only. Based on the fact I had paid above the cost of summit tickets already for two people and was only refunded £31 which was the cost of one persons ticket, I think it is discusting as you had already had a profit and only had to pay for second level tickets as you were informed in advance. I have complained nicely and not received a responce. We took at face value having to Que for 2 hours when we had expected to beat the ques hence agreeing to pay well over the price we would have paid if we had just qued ourselves.

The accompanying guide was incredibly nice. He took us to the second floor with a small group, so to speak, with good facts. After that, we were free to do as we pleased. It was just a shame that we still had to wait at the ticket counter. If I can't book the Eiffel Tower directly again next time, I would choose headout again.

Actually the guide only entertained us in the entrance queues telling us curiosities of the Eiffel Tower and gave us the tickets, little else, once inside his job is over.

The guide was perfect. The women that guided us made the time spent in a row so interesting since she was explaining us the history of the Aiffel tower on such interesting way. Hence, although we spent 2 hours jn the row it passed so quickly thanks to our guide. We don't remember the name of the guide (black women with open hat).

We were able to get to the top of the Eiffel Tower, which had been closed a little earlier, thanks to the tour guide's good knowledge of the route and a bit of tact. A wow view over Paris at night, from a height of "300 m". We were also given a lot of knowledge in passing. Thanks to "Professor JD" for that!!!

Our tour guide JD was very friendly helpful and Knowlegable. The summit was closed due to the lift closed but he waited for over an hour to make sure we got to the summit. He is a credit to the company.

Great experience, good tour guide, a note when booking about the long waiting time in the queue over 90 minutes

It would have been helpful to know that our 11:30 tickets were not tickets to enter at that time, but tickets to enter the queue. Thankfully we didn't have a tight schedule and we could wait until the tower opened, but we would have appreciated knowing our tickets simply increase our chance of getting in and weren't true entry tickets. The tour was well done, full of interesting info.

Our Guide Mina was great, she entertained, educate and took great care of all of us. She was very enthusiastic and ensure that everyone was well taken care of . Really a super good service and hassle free. It was really welcome to be guided with the huge amount of people that evening at the Eiffel Tower . Thank you so much.

We made it to the very top of the Eiffel Tower, just as we had requested when we booked. It was a great experience. Unfortunately, it was not communicated in advance that the whole group had to go to the top. As the queuing times can be very long, it is not possible for everyone in the group to wait that long (e.g. with children). The tour guide MUST point this out when dividing the groups and the groups must be formed accordingly. Our guide did a great job of finding a good solution for everyone (big thank you!). But it would be much easier and fairer for everyone if groups were formed accordingly so that only those participants who really want to go all the way to the top have to queue for longer.

The tower is impressive the guide named Fortune er super friendly, fun and dynamic. The day I went only one elevator was working so the queue was very long and waiting time of 2 hours to go up if you pay in advance should already have the tickets purchased and we had bought at the top but that day was closed. If they made the refund and although I understand that it is not in the hands of headouto but of the authorities but they should have informed before.

JD our guide made waiting in line a little party. Lots of info in a fun way. 300mtr from the summit. My grandson loved it.

Of course was great to visit the Eiffel Tower, but I thought that buying a ticket in advance would mean less waiting time to get in (we waited more than an our for the elevator) and I thought the guide would tell us a lot more than he actually did.

Additional value for having someone just accompanying through the entrance and in the line questionable, compared to just lining up to buy ticket at the venue as we had to stand in the same line and paid more than double price.

Enjoyed seeing tower up close and far. Had a good time watching others enjoy themselves. Went to the top and it was amazing 🤩
