Combo (Save 22%): Tokyo Tower + Tokyo Joypolis Tickets

We had a great time. I was not expecting much from an indoor amusement park but Joypolis had a lot to do and all of the rides and experiences were very well done. Its a great place for couples and friend groups as many rides pair you with another person. Also staff and actors at the park were very friendly and enthusiastic!

Overall purchase was successful. I booked online but from the venue as the in-person queue was long. My issue was that your processing of the purchase took a long time. Around 30min. I managed to get entry based on the booking number even though the tickets hadn't arrived.

The combo package was a great idea i would recommend ot to anyone visiting japan make sure to get the noodles outside of team labs

We upgraded to a guided tour of the top level. There were 2 of us and only I of us was given the audio device for the information included in the guided tour. Not only that ... there was only one ear piece - not even 2 so I didn't get to hear anything.. I should receive a refund. Had there been 2 ear buds we could have shared. Unacceptable to,pay for a guided tour and be given one.

it was all round good experience, a little bit difficult to access the tickets, had a hard time trying to get at code up. was a little annoying that i had to download an app in order to see the tickets

It was a fun and relaxing way to see the sights of Tokyo on our first day in the city. Staff were very friendly and spoke English so it was all an easy process. We visited Tokyo tower and had no issues hopping back on the next bus once we had finished our visit.

Seemed pointless to book on line and then have to wait in a queue for a physical ticket. However our child had a great day and the queues were not too long.

Purchase was online and process is easy. Redemption was seamless since the booth is outside the ticketing area and as simple as scanning the QR code. All done within 5mins. Passport was great since we can do unlimited rides for all rides. My teenage kids both had great fun!

Had a lot of fun after a long time.. It was my partner's birthday , ticket was free.and we could get the other ticket for a discounted price.

So easy to buy tickets on line in advance. Good directions inside to get to the elevator to go up. Great views from the observation deck.

It's convenient that we didn't need to queue up for the tickets. We can go to the admission line on the left directly. It's raining slightly on the day we went to the Tokyo Tower, yet the view from top is awesome! Recommended!

En general tienen buenos juegos, les falta quizás extenderse un poco mas por las largas filas. Personal muy amable y atento.

The view was amazing and the location was not too crowded as I would have thought it be. The line to ticket was simple to understand and efficient.

The discount was good but could have been better if we had been able to take the pass for 2 adults and an extra child in the same order. Joypolis is fantastic lots of good attractions for the price I'd recommend

The three bus lines were great! The wait times were too long, buses need to be more frequent.
