Pompeii Skip-the-Line Tickets with a Guidebook

The fact that your office was 100 meters from the entrance, and your staff were so friendly and efficient. I think you should have mentioned though, that the staion is less than a 10 minute walk to your office. It would save a lot of hassle!

The ticket pick up location was easy to find. We got the audio guide, guide book and map. We went in at opening, 9am, and it was perfect. We stayed around 3hrs and after the girls at the pick up location were able to recommend somewhere to eat. Strongly recommend this.

Very practical paper guide. The only drawback was that the agency where we obtained our tickets was a 20-minute walk from the station.

We booked the guide book and map tour so we could go at our own pace and explore how we wanted. However, the guide book excluded a massive region of the Pompeii site so there was no guidance or reading available so we couldn't access the experience in the way that we wanted to. I felt very disheartend to not be able to enjoy and learn about the history of the area we were in. There were many grammatical errors and spelling mistakes in our guide book (we had the English translated version) The map was unclear and hard to follow, especially diffcult as we didn't have a clear guide from our book either Overall, not happy with the experience as we were not informed about sections of information missing, if we were we would have booked somewhere else. Not clear advertising.

Everything was awesome and memorable..so large archaeological place and all the exhibits were held in such a good condition!!

No skip-the-line tickets were needed. The normal ticket office was empty. The guidebook is only moderately accurate. Numbers in the book do not match those on the map. Numerous spelling mistakes.

We purchased skip the line tickets and were running late by over half an hour due to traffic. We had no issues collecting our tickets, staff were informative and understanding via WhatsApp and in person

We arrived early and were surprised how easy it was to confirm our tickets. The visit to Pompei was amazing despite the rain.
