Ability to get the ticket online is fantastic! However, it would have been even better to get a online ticket directly, rather than a voucher that needed to be exchanged, since only few places in Venice allow for this exchange. In any case the staff was very helfpul!

beautiful venice, very high prices but if everyone pays it, there is no brake. if you go a little outside the tourist area the prices are more 'normal' . supermarket in the church, wonderful!

Convenience and multitude of stops throughout Venice. Great way to see the sites and figure out where you want to go. Note if you don't know routes things change during evening high tides. But everyone was always helpful in finding next waterbus stop On some water buses they had PA system announcing stops and that would have been helpful on all

Once Imlocated the yellow machine into which I entered the ticket numbers, the process worked great and we had four rides for each 24 hour pass. Turned into a great bargain. I did have trouble locating the yellow machine at Fundsmente Nove C because it was located across a wide walkway from the actual ticket booth, with people standing in front of it and there was no overhead sign. Eventually we found it and from there is was a smooth ride, actually smooth four rides. Thank you

Easy readable time tables and water buses to time. Brilliant info on online site describing which service goes where. Easy to print off our tickets and then convert them on machines for the 3 day pass. All staff very helpful

Very easy way to transfer Venice. Maybe it would be better to announce every station by the microphone when we arrive there

The staff at Santa Lucia excellent. Most of the boat men and women also efficient and patient when dealing with the hordes of tourists. Only problem was a day strike but even this was ok as much in Venice is walkable.

It's a very special ride in a vaporetto, I'm always amazed at how expertly the drivers manoeuvre and how well everything is organized and runs. Even in rough seas, you feel safe in the stable boats and have short distances everywhere. I would recommend the season ticket to anyone who is in Venice for longer. Sometimes it's also a great alternative if your feet are already aching and you still want to experience something. It's also great that you can print out the tickets you buy online at the ticket machine.

Le fait d'avoir un pass en illimité est appréciable, par contre le fait de devoir le valider une fois arrivé à Venise est absurde. Il a faut payer le premier trajet jusqu'à Venise, faire la queue pour valider les pass pour pouvoir l'utiliser à volonté.

Tha Aliguna Venice airport transfer was very easy and the staff in the Alilaguna office we're very helpful. The ACTV ticket was a bit different. The staff in the ACTV office in Marco.San Zaccaria weren't so friendly and just directed me to the payment machines. Please note, there is no need to type the transaction code. The machine quite easily read the QR code. No reflection on you. I would happily use your company again.

Das Wasserbusnetz ist gut ausgebaut. Die Taktfrequenz ist auch sehr gut. In der Rushhour sind die Boote allerdings höufig überfüllt. Mit einem Mehrtagesticket ist die Nutzung sehr bequem.

Très simple et très pratique. Avec le bon délivré par le site, allez à une borne située à proximité de l'embarcadère pour retirer les tickets et embarquez... Nous l'avions pris pour 2 jours mais à refaire nous le prendrions pour davantage de journée.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di non trovare troppa gente, e grazie all'abbonamento per il vaporetto siamo riusciti a girare molto più liberamente... un po' destabilizzante all'inizio, ma appena capito il meccanismo è un servizio molto comodo

What a great way to get around Venice. We were so glad we bought a multi day pass. It was convenient and made it possible for us to fill time by simply cruising around the lagoon. The pass is definitely worth the money.

We had vaporetto passes fot 3 days. It took us everywhere we wanted to go. It is very nice that passes are valid for 72 hours from the moment they were activated.

Was easy to book tickets at home (Sydney) before leaving. Instructions simple and clear. Off plane, easy to find office to convert printed off pre book into actual tickets, finding correct line easy (three different coloured lines, depending of get off points- we were Orange, for Rialto). Help getting bag on water ferry ( we're old!, otherwise easy). Just missed a ferry but wait not long. Easy alight at Rialto. And good price compared to others and easier/quicker than bus to bus station and then to find vaporetto station.

Très pratique même si la réception du pass à la borne est un peu compliqué ! Par contre le Pass est en carton et non en plastic dur, on le perd facilement. C'est ce qui m'est arrivé. Impossible d'obtenir une carte de remplacement même pour un jour. Le personnel au guichet n'est pas compréhensif.
