City Sightseeing: Seattle Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Enjoyed seeing the diversity of the city. The drivers were nice. I was not a big fan of the prerecorded messages that were played. Other hop on hop off tours I have taken in various cities had the driver share information during the tour which was more interesting. The prerecorded messages would also reference a "building on your right" for some significant reason, however we never knew which building. Seemed kind of impersonal and canned.

The wait between buses is not acceptable. Spent most of my time waiting for next bus. More than 1 hrs at one stop

The staff were great, and the route covered a lot, but we spent the majority of our time waiting for buses.

We booked the hop on hop off in Seattle. Biggest problem was that we went to an identified stop location (#6) but the bus did not show up. We eventually walked to a different stop and boarded. Found out the stop was moved but there was no signage to indicate this and the app information was not updated. The tour not as good as others I have been on and only ran for 6 hrs (which did not give us a lot of time to hop off and back on)

The bus was terrible, not enough seating. The bus driver wore a blanket over her legs,,,as a retired police officer I found this to be a hazard. We had to stand for all but 2 stops. It was good to see the sights but I would not recommend your company. Also, the agent at the stop had no clue when the next bus was coming...we waited over 1/2 hr

This is my 3rd time booking a hop on/ hop off trip (Boston and San Fran were fabulous), but the first time using Headout to do so. Accidently booked for Sat/Sun, but I flew out Sun morning, so I asked if I could use for Fri/Sat instead. When I was told I couldn't because buses don't run on Fri, I asked to reduce the ticket to one day. It was approved by the rep on the phone and via email by the Sales Manager of City Sightseeing Seattle, but the Customer Service rep from the Worldwide Customer Service declined the partial refund. I have now replied asking for another manager/supervisor intervention and approval. This is tremendous effort to put forth for a one day pass. I will be more careful to book differently next time.

Drivers were very nice and personable. Not easy to figure out what the closest location to our hotel to pick up the bus was. Broken down bus resulted in a very long delay one day.

Very easy to get tickets, the drivers were wonderful, loved the commentary and a great overview of Seattle. Highly recommend!

We purchased 48 hours, but only used the bus for one big circuit through town (simply due to other things we picked to do). We got seats on the upper deck and the weather was glorious. Our driver provided a bit of a harrowing experience with rolling over many curbs and at one time hit a sign along the entire side of the upper deck hitting each and every support bar! We did quickly figure out that we needed to keep looking ahead due to the beautiful trees that over hang the street. We didn't rent a car, so this was a great way to see the center city.

Good service. We were able to see sites of Seattle we didn't know about. The audio was good. The seats were good. It was a good first time experience. I will recommend it.

Buses were always late minimum of 20 min. Wait periods were like 45 minutes, never on schedule . Waisted time waiting. Please consider changing the bus frequency to every hour .

Easy to get tickets on line.Driver was so entertaining!! Frustration when timing was out of sync so ended up having a long wait at the end of the day.

Hop on Hop off is the best way to start your city visit! My tour of Seattle was informative and fun! My only wish was that an actual human guide the tour rather than a recording. I still enjoyed the 17 stops filled with plenty of information and sights. Thank you!
