From Tokyo: Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi & Lake Yamanaka Guided Tour

Would have been better if I had more time on mt fuji also at the onsen 3000 sen for 30min in a pool isn't good value for money, so I didn't go in.

It was good that I was able to purchase the tour even with only 1 day before the date I wanted. However, we were not able to see all the locations and finish the tour at the time described in the itinerary (we had to reschedule our next appointment because we were late) Because of GW holiday, I think that delay is expected but could be prevented or improved, not only by constant reminder of the tour guide to be on time, do not be late or you will be left (It was really emphasized throughout the tour), but also by adjustment of the meetup time (7am instead of 8am) or buying the entrance as a group tour (included in the tour cost) to save time.

There were people came from at least 11 different countries on the bus, but the tour guide spoke in English and Mandarin. What happen to other countries? The tour guide should speak only English. Not adding Mandarin and forget every other countries. This is not right.

The tour was very organized and reasonably priced. The tour guide, Andrew, was great. He is friendly, funny, and knowledgable. I definatly recommend this tour.

Arrangement was very good and our guide, Mr. David was awesome. His communication and social skills are fantastic and managed the tour very well. Heads up to Mr. David. Would love to have his company when we would visit Tokyo next time.

Very well organised and great communication from guide. We were lucky with the weather so had some great views of Mount Fuji from where we were taken. Only 4 not 5 stars since the itinerary seemed to change halfway through, it seemed there were several itineraries sold for the same trip. We missed out lake Kawaguchi and we went to an English garden layout which wasn't really in bloom yet. However, we enjoyed the day.

The guide David was the best. Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic and it took a long time to get to the places. Tour information is not clear and leads to confusion

Our guide was amazing. When we got to the pick up location, a lot of other guides were there and initially we couldn't find David (our guide). Once he arrived, he stated his name, he even had a name tag displayed. This made it easier to identify him, as there were many other guides with the yellow flag. He gave clear instructions and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. My concern, and I realized after purchasing my tickets that there was an issue with the actual tour. The time spent at the first stops were long. There was nothing there to see really because the flowers were not in full bloom. At lake Kawaguchi, we didn't have much to do either because the sakura were not in bloom. When we got to Arakurayama Sengen Park, we had less than 1 hour to climb over 300 steps. Plus we had a 30 minute walk back to the bus. I found that to be ridiculous and I strongly believe there should be some adjustments. Most or everyone were looking forward to getting to the top of the park, so that was disappointing. Now if I want to see it, I'll have to make another trip and that's still not guaranteed. Thumbs up to David but I believe the time could be better managed.

Our Tour Guide Davus was so much fun, knowledgeable and kept the trip on time. The combination of his stories, the experience and the fabulous weather meant we had an amazing day. Thank you!!!

We were so lucky with the weather. We had awesome views of Mt. Fuji from multiple locations. Our guide Chow was super organized and considerate.

It was a great day out. Unfortunately the fog stopped us from getting a good view of Mt Fuji but we were still able to get a small glimpse through the fog at one point. The tour guide Josh was fantastic with heaps of knowledge and interesting facts. I'd recommend the tour.

The guide seemed very competent mand was informing well about the tour and what we were going to see. Also the guide was very friendly.. The bus was right in time at every stop all the day.

Nothing much. I'm impress with our guide. But the lunch is not that good and the time for each place is a bit short to enjoy the place.

The gude was kind and knew a lot about the place to inform us. I like that they accomodate to give me a vegan option for lunch. The views are amazing and you have to wish for some luck to have good weather.

I honestly didn't expect much because this tour is very cheap, therfore the guide was very basic, disorganized and the bus old. What I am disappointed is that we spend a lot of time on our second stop where there was not much to see and less at the last and most important stop: Chureito Pagoda. People should not be allowed to do lunch scheduled by this tour or cruises and we could have spend more time where it really mattered. Everything was very rushed

We were taken to great spots, got to relax in the bus, told a lot of cool history facts, and had a lot of alone time to adventure.

The service itself was good, bus was comfy, tour guide was friendly and helpful, toilet stops, clear communication and offer to have lunch peordered at the middle stop. However, the morning meeting point was chaotic with at least 5 tour groups all meeting at the same place at the entrance to the train station which meant there was a large crowd of people blocking the pathway for commuters. This could easily be resolved with some signage and a more orderly check in system (it was raining heavily so perhaps more chaotic than normal as people sought cover). The only frustrating thing about the tour was that we were clearly told in the morning to be back at our designated pick up spots on time or else get at taxi at your own expense. Fellow customers ignored this rule and returned 25 minutes late to the second pick up leaving us with 25minutes less than we should have got at the final stop which left that part of the experience feeling rushed.

The versatility, the option of the program gives the guests the opportunity to choose and pay only those. One suggestion for improvement: The tour guides of the groups wear their names on their chests, large and clear, so that guests can recognize which group they belong to.

Our guide David, made the trip really fun und we had the perfect amount of time on every station to enjoy the beautiful view.
