Combo: Universal Studios Japan 1-Day Pass + Osaka Castle Tickets

I loved the Harry Potter experience. The flying dinosaur attraction put the adrenaline to the maximum and the attractions like Mario kart race and Damon slayer are another level. Very good experience, there was no place for that day in the official page of the park and with headout if we could enter the park, I will definitely use it again and I highly recommend it. Thank you headout team.

Very easy, safe, and reliable transaction! Got my tickets very quick and did not have to line up the same day while I was at the attraction! Highly recommend buying tickets here!

Ticketing experience was really great! Train journey from Kyoto so easy on the Keihan Railway! The Castke itself is beautiful with amazing history!! Much more of a museum these days though! The gift shop was great as was the rooftop bar even though it closed early (5pm). The grounds are so impressive and we got excellent photos from Floor 8 of the Castle!

The Harry Potter ride was very special, it's a wonder how they packed all that in that space. Beside the crowds there was very good atmosphere. A great park to visit.

Massive park but was dissapointed that you can't get into Nintendo world, the water park area was closed and another ride was closed for maintenance. Basically paying money to look in shops and walk around. Harry Potter world was the highlight

The Flying Dinosaur roller coaster was awesome. Harry Potter world was amazing. Seeing so many people dressed up as their favourite movie/gaming characters was brilliant.

Super Nintendo Land is the best part of the experience. Everything is gamified in a smart way and it feels like being in videog game just going through all the activities available. Only shadow: Mario Kart does not synchronize well with the wristbands. 2 times out of 3, my score was not registered.

Being a senior person found the tickets very hard and timeconsuming needing to copy, then, up load, had to require assistance from persons at entrance. For us, it would have been easier and quicker to purchase at gate.

Headout helped to buy tickets when universal Japan wouldn't accept my overseas credit card, and still straight through using QR code. The super Mario world was still the best part even though it was so so crowded and we spent 90% of the 3 hours there waiting in lines. It just looked so cool 😎

It is a top destination in Osaka, given that the exterior is in wonderful condition and the interior has an interesting exhibit that includes woodblock prints, samurai armor and silk screens from those times. The drawback is that the interior ia not preserved at all, so the building itself is only an attraction due to that exterior. Having been to Himeji castle the days before visiting Osaka, the contrast was radical. Although Himeji was probably harder to ascend due to the old staircases being very steep, it was beautiful to alao witness the interiors of a Japanese feudal castle in their original state.

There were all kinds of pieces shown in castle. From letters of influential people to animations of them. Along with written description of items displayed, there was also audio avaliable. At the end, there was beautiful view from the top of the castle.

Very informative. A beautiful castle in a beautifully set park, especially in Spring with the cherry blossoms. Booking first is great way to not have to wait in long queues.

When we arrived to Osaka Castle the line to purchase tickets was over 45 minutes long but with the headout Skip-the-line we were able to get our digital tickets scanned and have immediate access to the castle. Highly recommend purchasing your tickets a few days prior to give enough time to have purchase confirmed.

I wish I could remember her name, but there was a lady in guest services who went above and beyond to make my first trip to universal and Japan an amazing experience. She was not the English speaking staff member on duty, but she did everything in her power to help me out. We communicated very well and she solved my inquiry. She even gave me a sticker that said something like we make a great team. She was so lovely. I tried to go back and thank her but I didn't see her when I was leaving.

Ticketing experience was great - same as our previous use of your system for Sanrio Puroland tickets the week prior - easy to use and quick response

Love what you offer! Really a wonderful experience but sadly the queues are soooo long, it means so much of your day is spent in line, you don't get to experience everything. Hard for those without express tickets. And for those of us from overseas, we won't get to see all there is on offer.

Loved the Harry Potter ride. And the despicable me ride. The water world show was the most enjoyable thing I did that day. Would definitely recommend the express pass if you are short on time.

There were a lot of tourists and line is effin time-consuming but I did enjoy every ride . My favorite is Minions 🥰

I loved Osaka Castle. The grounds around it (no admission required) were stunningly beautiful with blossoming plum trees in so many colours as well as a few early sakuras. The Castle itself was magnificent outside and had nice and impressive museum exhibition inside the castle. There also was a samurai surcoat, helmet and katana photo opportunity inside which was a cool souvenier.
