Eiffel Tower Tickets: Summit or Second Floor Access with Seine River Cruise

Ondanks de tickets duurde het twee uur voordat we op de toren waren en hebben we dus evenzo lang in de rij gestaan. Dus niks versnelde toegang terwijl we wel de hoofdprijs hebben betaald en de gids de tickets kocht voor een aanzienlijk lager bedag.

I have paid 420 Euro which i felt 2 times higher when i went to effiel tower. i dont know why so much of charges added for gudied tour is the reason? guide accompanie wiht us only 30 -45 minutes .

Our guide, he was great fun and gave information in a way you would remember. I liked that! He was very honest - I accidentally gave him €50 when it should have been €10 he came running after me to give it back. I thought that was very honest and kind. Our guide Muhammed on the day made the tour very interesting. He encouraged group participation putting everyone at ease. The queues were long but Muhammad was able to explain the reason for delays and kept everyone updated going as far as offering those more senior in the group the option to sit on a bench until line was moving again. Thanks for making our experience a great one.

No problems at all with ticketing. I enjoyed our guide. He was informative with the towers history and maintenance and gave us all the info we needed to get into the tower and where to go once inside. I really liked there being no time limits or restrictions for the group to stay together once inside..

Fantastic tour of Eiffel Tour last evening. Expected some queue but it was a smooth journey from ground floor to 2nd floor by a big lift, then to the top of Eiffel tower. Zac was a great guide with lot of knowledge and enthusiasm. His efforts were much appreciated.

We spent more than an hour in the line, it was very cold, the guide didn't use those audio guide so he was shouting and we couldn't hear him very well. We wasted time under the tower with cold wind that we could hace used in the line. Then when we got up we couldn't get to the top, it had just closed. The guide was nice but it was really expensive for what it was. It supposed to skip the line and it was the opposite.

We got through two security checks and the line smoothly. Our guide was entertaining and funny. Pre-booking is the way to go to ensure a spectular experience

The guide (a somewhat older man) gave us interesting information about the history of the construction of the Eiffel Tower as well as some figures. I had also booked for a Seine cruise, but the clerk in the History Group office should have explained to me how to get from there to embarkation and which boat to take, as there are several shipping companies on the Seine. I had to figure it all out on my own.

The experience of visiting the Eiffel Tower and enjoying the wonderful view was very good. However, it was necessary to get to the Headout office first, which was quite a distance away. There was a waiting time there, which later led to the guide having to "run" with the group to the Eiffel Tower at double time. Anyone who couldn't keep up was out of luck. We asked her about this and asked her to slow down a little. She then told us that this was necessary in order to get to the Eiffel Tower on time. It makes you wonder why we were only able to leave so late. The tour itself was good. The guide knew a lot and involved the participants. When we wanted to take the booked trip on the Seine afterwards, it wasn't possible because the ticket wasn't valid. Nothing could be clarified via the app because the supposed live chat was only a help bot. After making several attempts to resolve the matter, we went back to the office. There we found out that they had neglected to give us the relevant access card for the Seine River cruise in the morning. Only then were we able to enjoy the trip on the Seine.

Our guide Nataliia was very professional! She helped to enter the tower and told us interesting stories. Million thanks to her!!!

Excellent ride on the river and then the visit to the tower, we went up to the 2nd floor and then to the top, a very good experience.
