Combo: Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Elevator with Seine River Cruise

Simple online booking, although very negative reviews for headout can be read on the net. I risked it anyway, due to positive experience and YES!!!!!!!, the booked guided tours Eiffel Tower to the top and boat tour on the Seine were a mega experience. What I would particularly like to mention is that after booking I received super good instructions on how everything would proceed. Right down to the last detail and what can I say, that makes a city tour relaxed. Great knowledge and interaction from our guide who spoke perfect English. Long queue but kept us entertained as well as history lessons as we moved along Group was a manageable size.

We were very well guided to climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower, with good explanations. Finally the cruise on the Seine we loved not only for the beauty of the tour, its duration 1 hour and a half and all the historical account that our guide gave us.

The combo is so fantastic. The view on the summit o Eiffel Tower is incredible, and the Seine River cruise is so romantic.

Easy to reach meeting point. The guide explained in understandable English. In the case of a Spanish tourist having difficulty with the language, he went to meet her. You can stay as long as you want and tour it at your leisure (we stopped on the 2nd floor) The cruise on the Seine is worthwhile, it is a very useful city seeing also for organizing where to visit.

Labeled "Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Elevator", it was more like a "Hosted Tour" with some splashes of "Guiding". We did skip some lines, and had a generally good experience, but we expected a lot more guiding than what we got.

Our guide was sensational !!! She has a great deal of specialist knowledge and was able to convey this in such a cheerful and upbeat way that it was fun to listen to her. She made the tour so much fun with her manner and the quiz was great fun.

We thought that the tour would be guided the whole time. It was written in the mail that it is a guided tour that lasts 2 hours. Nowhere was it written that the tour guide would leave us at the Eiffel Tower, and no one said that you could then stay at the Eiffel Tower as long as you wanted, that you could simply do the boat tour at some point, e.g. days / weeks later, that we would not arrive back at the boat tour on the Seine where the stopping point is where you left the boat tour. Suddenly we docked at another boat and had to get off because the tour supposedly ended here for us. We had to walk back a long way to get back to the starting point. There was a link to the navigation to the meeting point for the ascent to the Eiffel Tower but no navigation to the boat dock. No more guidance. We lacked all this information. Therefore we were very disappointed and would not book a tour with them again and would not recommend them to others. Quite the opposite . We paid just under €100 per person for it. I think you can provide all this information about how it really works. Then we wouldn't have had to be so annoyed and we would have saved ourselves a few kilometers on the way back. We loved it, it was very dynamic, started on time with a brief but very interesting explanation. The best thing is that we could choose the time to take the cruise and so we did not feel pressured and enjoyed everything to the fullest.

I broke my foot several days before and I was not allowed to go past the first or second level because of it. The rest of my family travelled to the top. Our guide, Mathias from Argentina was terrific and very nice. They wouldn't allow me to go to the top because they were afraid of an evacuation that I wouldn't be able to take the stairs, but meanwhile, they told me to take the stairs down one level and there was no other way to get down. Plus, I had a walking boot. As a result, my husband got separated from us and we had to wait an hour to reunite the whole family because I couldn't stay with them.

Martin our guide for the Eiffel Tower was great. Told the story with enthusiasm and made it a great learning experience. River portion was very nice and our guide there was very knowledgeable too.
