Louvre Museum Skip-the-Line Tickets & Seine River Cruise

I liked the Egyptian exhibition best. To shorten the time spent queuing, it's really worth using a different entrance. We went through the "Porte des Lions" entrance and were able to go through without having to wait. If we had gone through the entrance at the glass pyramid, we would have had to wait a very long time.

Everything was super easy in terms of getting to the locations and using the tickets. I don't think many experienced the water level being too high during my stay because I always seen the boats on the water during my trip. I also liked that you could go on the boat ride whenever, I went on my last day and it was absolutely beautiful. Very helpful staff onsite!

The Mona Lisa. My wife was in a wheelchair and we were put in front of the crowd. It felt like we could almost touch her. Wheelchair access very good. Elevators to everything. I smoke and wished that there was a cafe in the central garden where I could go.

Beim Museumsbesuch war alles sehr gut und hat gut funktioniert. Aber ich habe offensichtlich die Tickets für den Audioguide und nicht für die Seine-Rundfahrt erhalten. Deshalb hatte ich hierfür keinen Voucher. Das Telefonat mit der Service-Mitarbeiterin war erfolglos. Sie versprach mir, die Tickets neu zuzusenden (5-10 min). Dies geschah aber nie. Auf die schriftliche Reklamation hin hat Headout aber sehr schnell reagiert und mir einen Teilbetrag rückerstattet. Das war wiederum sehr kundenfreundlich.

Alles hat absolut reibungslos funktioniert 👍 Sowohl der Fast Lane Einlass im Louvre als auch das Boarding auf's Seine Schiff 😀Einfach QRCode scannen und fertig 👍👍👍

I purchased two tickets for the Skip the Line entrance to the Louvre accompanied by my over-90-year-old mother with walking difficulties. Unfortunately, despite the Skip the Line ticket, we had to wait a long time in the ticket holders' queue. I understand the difficulty of managing the entrance to the museum that is always crowded and divided into five queues (1 without a ticket and 4 with a ticket staggered by time), but another access reserved exclusively for Skip the Line ticket holders could have been useful. In any case, admission to the Louvre is a great organizational effort. Chapeau!

We were disappointed because we had no idea how to access the audio guide, they denied my daughter entry saying we only had one ticket, and we waited in like just as long as the others so I'm not sure why I paid extra to "skip the line"

I had two issues. First. For some reason the system at Louvre was not able to scan the code from the app and I was told that I should bring a printed ticket. But the person at Louvre solved it easily and I was able to enter the museum. I would probably not have reported it, if there hadn't been the second issue. The second issue was more problematic. It was related to the cruise. I went to the quay on saturday, but it was closed and there was no information. A guy, who was parking cars nearby, explained that the river was too high. I came back Sunday morning. There were people from the cruise company, who told me, that the river was still too high, but they would open from 4pm. It would have been too late for me as I had to catch a plane. We went shopping and to cafes and by accident discovered that boats were working around 2pm. Then we were able to do our cruise. Such tickets SHOULD NOT BE SOLD in advance, if there is a high probability that boats cannot be used on the river. Nobody informed me about that, when I booked my tickets.

I've arranged to have holiday in Paris with my friends. it helps us a lot on the skip the line ticket to Louvre were there were like so many people queing and it might take us 45mins on the line. So I would recommend Skip the line ticket. Unfortunately we didnt have the chance to use the Siene river experience due to the high level of water on the siene river however I called headout and they process my refund staright away. What an excellent service. I would use headout to my future travel. This type of service is what I want for future plans.

The process was flawless. Had tickets and codes available shortly after booking and via the app at all times. The Seine boat tour is highly recommended. You pass many famous buildings. The Louvre is of course a classic but you have to be prepared for long queues and crowds inside even with special tickets. Unfortunately, the Audiguide app for the Louvre only worked partially, although everything was downloaded beforehand, you need a good network, which is not always the case in the museum. Unfortunately, we discovered the free WiFi too late. Otherwise a very successful experience.

Everything went very quickly and smoothly for the cruise. For the museum, the queue color indications didn't match. The staff sent us outside to queue in the rain. Tedious and frustrating.

We entered the Louvre punctually at the designated time by standing in line for 10 minutes.The audio guide is not easy to use.TheLouvre is very large.I recommend purchasing a guided tour with a guide.It just needs to be specified that the boat departs and arrives from the Eiffel Tower which is a bit of a distance.Even for the boat tour it was easy to access and very nice.

The visit to the Louvre was great! Same with the river cruise. Just that it had a very long line and had to line up for about an hour before we were able to board the boat. Booking was easy and seamless. No issues

The only problem was that the meeting point on site was poorly described. If it had said that you had to line up 15 minutes beforehand at the admission point for the booked admission time, then it would have been better.

Direct entrance to the site ; but the access to the Seine tour was not well explained ( it was very simple : it was only necessary to clarify that the access was direct to the boat !!!!

The German language is not available. As of today, certain objects, sculptures or paintings should be provided with a QR code with the information in any language. The ticket holder at the beginning of March was empty, a special ticket was not necessary. We had bought a combined ticket with a river cruise. However, we were not informed that these river trips had been suspended for some time due to flooding....

It's a beautiful experience, all thanks to Headout for the tickets. It was just awesome and the museum it was clearly shows the footprints of the great art and culture of that time.

It worked very well-we did the view to the Louvre before and after 2 days the cruise as the embarkation point is quite far from the Louvre ( near the Eiffel Tower).

I appreciated being able to enter the Lourve, but the River cruise being 1.5 miles away and a completely separate experience wasn't communicated and it was unclear when the River cruise should take place. I arrived to the Lourve at 10am and was able to spend several hours, but never did the River cruise because I couldn't do it after spending all day at the Lourve.
