Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets & Seine River Cruise

Mouse Louvre visit and Bateaux Moches wonderful! Although tickets for the date we chose were sold out on the museum's official website, we found a super package on Ticket Paris through Headout; visit to the Louvre Museum + cruise on the Seine with Bateaux Mouches. We started with the Louvre Museum; the amount of people queuing for entry was truly unimaginable, but thanks to our scheduled tickets with date and time, the queue in a few minutes was exhausted and we were able to make entry at the museum. Everything was organized perfectly. Immediately after our visit to the museum, we went to the point from which our cruise on the Seine would shortly depart; the convenience that a boat departs every half hour allowed us to better organize our connections. Arriving at the boat, in a few minutes, showing the ticket via app on our smartphone, we got on--and immediately ready to depart on the cruise. A 1-hour tour, in which we saw what most characterizes Paris. Everything was perfect, despite the fact that we were not familiar with the site and the app! The tickets arrived in the inbox the night before our visit, and with the convenience of having them directly on the app even without the use of an Internet connection. Was very suspicious using Headout as had never heard of them before and I struggled to find concrete reviews. I was trying to source tickets to the Louvre in Paris as they get booked up weeks in advance and the trip was quite impromptu. I had been everywhere for them but to no avail. I decided to try Headout and it was well worth it. We booked a river cruise and entrance to the Louvre for 2 adults and 2 children. They state that the tickets will be emailed the day before the event which naturally I thought was a scam. It was not! They rely on their local operators to obtain them usually. Sure enough I received them a day before. Only the 2 adults require paid tickets and one of them was titled as my youngest which had me concerned. I called the helpline and spoke to Alicia who could not have been more helpful. She looked into it and confirmed that it would all be ok after contacting their local operators. She even went the extra mile to send me the tickets again with confirmation that it would not be a problem. Thank you Alicia and thank you Headout we had a great time. You do pay more than the face value of event tickets but the ability to source what is needed when needed is invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will no doubt be using them again.

The Headout ticketing system allowed us to book the visit several days in advance and at a time conventional to us. The reservation also allowed us to reduce the waiting time of the long queue present

The museum was amazing and the booking process very straightforward. One suggestion. Be clear as to when the tickets will arrive. I was told one day, then 60 min, and then 30 min. I chatted support and was told that tickets will arrive two hours before the start time. I would have preferred that was stated from the outset.

The visit to the museum was wonderful, but I received the tickets two hours before the appointment and then couldn't open them at the entrance. It was a bit stressful. My daughter is 17 and didn't really need a ticket, did she? I bought 2 tickets. Excursion by boat was very good, even if my language wasn't included.

The visit itself was great. Headout only provided the ticket 1.5 hours before the event started. That was very annoying. Contact with Headout was only via automated reassurance clauses. As I had read many cases on the internet where customers did not receive their tickets from Headout, I was very unsettled. Of course, I was delighted when the tickets did arrive. However, I had already booked a replacement event and had to change my plans again. A theater like this can only be recommended to a limited extent.

The museum is truly unmissable. The tickets arrived only two hours before the 'scheduled time, moreover postponed without being notified. Also, the 'reserved access did not particularly reduce the ettesa time; we stood in a long line. However, it was worth it.. The well-organized tour on the Seine

Everything went well. Good description. The only thing is that the tickets could be sent by e-mail earlier than 12 hours to create more trust.

Queues cancelled, only 15 minute wait as the informational email read. The arrival of tickets a few hours before the event is the only problem, but otherwise everything was perfect

Tickets for the Louvre on the day of my interest were no longer available on the museum's official website, and thanks to Headout I was able to find them even though I booked at the last minute. However, the tickets did not arrive immediately after payment and I received them only a couple of hours before my visit to the Louvre. This made me worry but then it was fine.However, the chat assostance service cintinued to answer and reassure me that The tickets would arrive, and they did. I also had some doubts about the tickets but I resolved them by calling the available English-speaking assistance, which answered immediately. I suggest getting in line at the Louvre an hour in advance of the booked time.

The experience was positive for the cost of the combined cruise and Louvre museum ticket when on the official website everything was already sold out. The only really negative note is that there was not adequate communication about how to retrieve tickets: only from the headout app and only two hours before the access date.

Everything worked out finally, after I had received the wrong tickets at first.?what I definitely disliked is that the tickets were not issued right away but only in the late morning of the day they were for, As one needs to plan the day, that is simply not acceptable. In addition I would have preferred to receive diwnloadable tickets via mail without having to download some app first!

Online tickets to the Louvre Museum were already sold out, but we were still able to purchase tickets all thanks to Headout! We received our tickets just the day before the reservation, but we got inside the museum without any problems. The river cruise was also a wonderful bonus to the experience.

Museum was really busy, signposting was nearly none existent but because we had prebooked tickets which were sent to me 24ish hours earlier we only had to find the right entrance for our allotted ticket time and we got straight in. Finding the right entry was the only challenge and was fairly straightforward once we stopped someone to ask. Definitely recommend this as the queues to buy/pick up tickets were enormous and we completely avoided that headache.

Very good organization, admission was on time and went quite quickly. The subsequent Seine boat tour is also highly recommended, simply great as a combined booking!
