Herculaneum Skip-the-Line Tickets with Audio Guide

Our Herculaneum/Ercolano trip was very nice, weather cooperated. Tickets were issued without any problem (although a lineup to buy the ticket on the spot was not that big in beginning of May). The only thing to mention is the visit time: the skip-the-line tickets mention the strict time while in fact it doesn't matter, one just get the ticket and goes in. Overall - good, thank you.

There are no words to describe the wonder and beauty we saw here! So sad that the site was buried and messed up by nature! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Linda was an excellent, very knowledgeable and informative guide. She was waiting for us at the ticket booth as arranged and took us at our pace through the site. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every one. Excellent English.

Très pratique de réserver un créneau relativement tôt pour éviter la foule et la disponibilité des audio guides. Accessible facilement et rapidement le site est à visiter de préférence après Pompei.

Je n'ai pas aimé recevoir les billets sur mon téléphone la veille. Je préfère pouvoir les imprimer avant. L'audioguide n'a pas pu être téléchargé car non compatible avec mon téléphone. Décevant.

Nous avons réservé 2 audioguides pour 20€, alors que sur place le prix aurait été de 16€ (10€ pour le premier et 16€ pour deux). Dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu bénéficier de cette réduction sur le site. Sinon tout a très bien fonctionné.

A unique site and not too busy. Visitor experience marred by the poor coordination between location number ing on map, audio guide, and on site. We missed a couple of experiences as a result. Site signage very poor.

M'ha agradat com es veu de be com era la ciutat, es molt realista, es veu que hi ha molta feina a fer, però et fas una idea força clara . Es l'únic lloc on realment ha sigut efectiva la compra on linees de les entrades.

Ticketing experience was super easy but I had to download the app. Place was amazing and not busy at all. Probably didn't need skip the line tickets for our particular day. We went early May on a nice day.

Herculaneum itself was fascinating but I wish I'd just queue for a ticket. It was quicker, easier and far cheaper. Nowhere I on the headout system did it tell me I was paying 50% more than I needed to.

Ticketing experience straightforward. No hassle when we arrived at Herculaneum. Much smaller ruins than Pompeii, but equally interesting.

Herculaneum is a stunning place to visit, with a reasonably clear map to follow. The booking experience with Headout was flawless and pain-free.

Free Lockers for rucksacks which makes walking round easier. We didn't have guide but plenty of interesting things to look at throughout and didn't feel we missed out. 4 hrs is plenty of time to see it all and take it in. Well worth a visit. Not far from ercolano scavi train station to easy to get to. Well worth a visit

On the day I visited the Herculaneum, it wasn't very busy, so you didn't need fast-track entry. Otherwise, I can only recommend Herculaneum. Even though it's smaller than Pompeii, you can easily spend 2-3 hours there.

Excellent information around the excavations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The way into the excavations was beautifully set out. A fascinating day out.

Lived being able to walk about at our own pace and listen to audio though not in the order must if the time. A wonderful experience

We enjoyed seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, but the meeting point where we were to pick up tickets wasn't correct. They directed us to the ticket office, so we wasted a few minutes figuring that out.

Convenient that the ticket was electronic. We could go right in without having to wait and the site is really fantastic. Worth a visit. Only point of improvement: at the entrance there were far too few toilets.

The whole trip was very enjoyable and a great experience. Seeing the ruins of Herculaneum was very interesting and thought provoking as to life prior to the eruption of AD79. The audio guide was very useful as we walked around and covered many areas in great detail. A must visit.
