Was a great experience however I only got 1 audio guide for Pena Palace only. The audio guide wasn't very helpful either. I just paused it to read the available description in each room as I found it to be more informative.

We liked the e-tickets and the instruction. we eeceived the audio for the peña palace but never received the audio for the quinta da regaleira. We had to wait in line and buy our own from 5 euros.. so we wasted our money.

The gardens where closed and they seemed to be doing work on the palace which did not allow to see as much of the inside as I expected but still charged the same rate

We had our tickets ready. However, since it was not high season we had to wait more than people who did not have tickets because they are strict with the schedule. The audio could be delayed or brought forward. At the Pena Palace the audio is free so it is not necessary to pay extra.

The audio guide was not set up well at all. Instructions were poor. Ticket showed French audio guide even though French was ordered. No option was provided to get audio guide another way. Audio guide was not synced with stations or names or numbers on the site. Most our group did not take advantage of audio tour. Very disappointing.

We could not park there and had to go outside, as they did not let us go to the parking lot indicated in the application.
So they charged me for the parking and I didn't use it and on top of that we had to pay to go up to the castle.
They had to refund me the parking fee.

The palace was fantastic. The way in was a bit confusing with queing and directions to the park alsoconfuding. We missed the gardens as we csme too far down to shuttle bus ans my elderly mam was with us so we couldnt go back.up. overall a good experience.

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly - lots of stories to add to the tour to make it easy to remember .
Unfortunately we do not realize we would not see her again when she was busy directing people up the giralda so we did not tip her - any way of doing that now ? It was the double tour of palace and cathedral at 1pm on Saturday in Seville ( Mariam maybe ?)

The site is well worth a visit, but there were a lot of people and we had to wait in line for the castle despite the queue-cutting tickets. The site is very far from the historic city. So it's best to take the bus or other means of transport.

It was not clear how to access the Palace. I had trouble leaving the car parked. I would have liked a clear explanation of the access difficulties and options for getting up there.
