Jerónimos Monastery Tickets with Audio Guide

Great place to visit, but no place to sit (it was really hot and people wanted a place to sit for a few minutes), long line to wait to get inside and the audio tour is not worth it. I would have liked to have more information when visiting.

We were only able to see the Monestary, did not see the high choir room if it was open and the church was not available, the audio guide was confusing and every time you took a picture and returned to the audio guide it had to me downloaded again. (Android device)

We waited around 1.5 hrs in the scorching sun before going in - a long line but needs to be properly equipped for that amount of visitors

The monastery is magnificent! Wonderfully well maintained, but what audio guide are you talking about? There is no audio guide! And paying for something that doesn't exist is very annoying!

The ticketing experience was great, very easy. The Monastery is beautiful, worth the visit! However, the queues are always very long, and you cannot buy a ticket for a timeslot, just for a day - therefore I would recommend to be there at least half an hour before the opening time, or even an hour. It is also worth to check, that the church besides it is open - so you can visit them both after each other, but you need a separate ticket for the church.

The queuing! 1:30. There's no good reason to have a timeline on the ticket. It's amazing of course but that point was disappointed for our program for that day.

Architecture and history but wish there was a better entry system. Even with tickets you wait over an hour in hot sun to get in. And then have to queue agan also outside for the church.

We loved our visit to the monastery. The ticketing process through Headout was easy. And, when we had a glitch with sharing the audioguide, the number to call worked perfectly. The person on the phone got the audioguide to connect to both our phones.

I bought the ticket with the audio guide but the venue said they have no audio guides ever. I would like that part of my ticket refunded because I paid for an audio guide.

The audio guide is not very well indicated, it's not easy to locate the places, it's difficult to find your way around the interior, at the end we did the tour and went looking for the explanations of each room.

Tickets were really easy to obtain and use. Loved the monestary and church - but would have made sense to allow those who visited the monestary to go straight into the church rather than having to queue again.

I bought 2 "experiences" for the Hyéronimites monastery, each consisting of an entrance ticket and an audio guide. Only one of us was able to access the audio on her phone, the other was unable to do so either directly with wifi or by installing the app on either phone (Iphone and Smartphone). The monument itself is magnificent, but not having the audio guide available was disappointing.

I loved the beauty of the venue. The monastery definitely had the detail and history that you would expect. Unfortunately the Jeronimos Monastery is promoted as the resting place of Vasco de Gama's tomb, so we purchased a ticket to see that in addition to the monastery. However once we arrived we waited in a very long and slow moving line (allowing guests to enter at intervals, which we didn't know) only to find out that 1) our audio guide that was purchased was not an option so we were charged for something the venue doesn't offer, 2) Vasco de Gama's tomb is located in the church next door which is a much shorter line, 3) after going to the ticket line and finding out that entry to the church is free and didn't require waiting in another line. I'm sure that if people knew that tickets to the monastery were not required to see de Gama's tomb, that line would not be remotely as long. The church is smaller, but so much more interesting, at least to me and my group.

Hi there, the venue was great but my audio guide did not work for either one of us. I paid for 2 audio guides and we could not get it to play. Are you able to refund me for that portion of the ticket?

It was an unforgettable experience. The architecture, and the pieces of art displayed have a very particular beauty. We recommend visiting the place is beautiful.

I could not enter Geronimo monastery until I got a paper card from the tourist kiosk so still required some standing in line

Amazing monastery well worth seeing. We still had to queue 30 minutes to get in which is a pity. Our audio guide would not download so that was disappointing

Great your online shopping service, unfortunately though being an open day and not at specific times does not allow you to skip the queue. I think they could organize the visits a little more by time tranches as they do for example in Paris for the tour eiffel which allows for less queue. Having said that the rest really everything is super.

Het klooster is erg mooi. Er was wel een erg lange wachtrij. (90min). De audio-guide was minder goed: te veel uitleg die niet rechtstreeks in het klooster te zien was.
