Head out helped us secure tickets - they do not provide a guide as such as the museum have their own guides. We also bought our tickets completely by mistake thinking we were buying tix to Haggia Sophia itself rather than the museum. Having said that, this is a must do after visiting Haggia Sophia. It really helped us piece together some of the complex history behind it.

I did not find the meeting point, I called but no one answered, I basically didn't attend any experience, I sent 3 emails, whatsapped many days and I got no refund. Instead it was said that I should raise another ticket. Very unprofessional! Not recommend it at all!

This was not an experience it was fraud. I paid for tickets to Hagia Sophia and the guide and tickets never showed up and my money was not refunded. I complained to Headout and they told me they will review my case and get back to me in the next 24 to 48 hours. They had no problem taking my money and not delivering on what was to be the biggest highlight of my trip to Istanbul. I gave this 1 star because I can't give it 0, but how does this get any stars when it was just taking my money and not giving any experience.

I was there 15 minutes before the time but I never saw a guide in front of the Dsign Cafe. I had to buy a ticket at the museum ticket counter. I would like to be re-imbursed please. What is the procedure for re-imbursement?

Quite the worst "experience" ever and at Euro 25 a total rip off. Deafening background music meant the narrative of the audio speaker could not be heard. Huge screens far too close. The video moved far too fast and made me nauseous. I had booked thinking this was an adjunct to seeing Hagia Sophia - it was a total waste of time. I could not get out quickly enough but there was no option to leave early.

I bought an experience at Hagia Sophia and I got a pass to the musseum. When I Explain That To The Guide. He tried to reach the company and the person I spoke to was Very Ruth to me and didn't change the tickets. The Way, You announce The experience, and the name of the title It's really confusing.

I purchased a "skip the line + audio" ticket but after I paid and received the confirmation email it was now the "experience museum". Tried to talk to a guide from headout who didn't care and said I'd just have to buy new tickets to Hagia Sophia. He said I probably just bought the wrong thing and that I couldn't prove it. I know with 100% certainty that I did not buy tickets for the Experience Museum. So that was very frustrating and I think you are just a scam.

Hagia Sophia is one of my favorite mosques to visit. I wish the guards had enforced the "quiet" rule. Services were in progress and people's constant chatter was disrespectful.
