Combo: Acropolis Parthenon + Acropolis Museum Tickets

wish I would have known earlier or downloaded earlier to test it audio system. I could have brought my ear plugs to listen and also with internet connection issues. Better next time to pay more to get a real person guide

The site itself is remarkable. It is wonderful to be surrounded by so much history, and i am so glad I went! A little bit busy at the top for my liking, but understandably so, and nonetheless a must see area! I have to mention the booking system - there is no mechanism to book online for children, and really the whole entry system is a bit of a fiasco. I booked online in advance for my wife and I only as you can't book for children, but when you get to the site there is no separation in queues between people who wished to book for that day, and those that had reservations. It wasn't even clear that my wife and i could go straight to the entry turnstiles rather than queue. We got to the turnstiles expecting to have to pay for the kids as we went through, but then were told we needed to book for the children... at the general ticket booths which were by now hours deep in tourists. Due to the timing, we were then directed to cut in line to do so (much to the annoyance of throngs of tourists who had been in line for goodness knows how long. The (very nice) lady at the booking booth then said the children couldn't go with us as our time slot was full... I offered to exchange my tickets for 2 adult ones later where we could all book, but that wasn't permitted. Eventually all was sorted but really it was all rather awkward and coudl easily have been avoided with a better online booking system.

Everything went smoothly. I download the app but didn't need to use it, the tickets were also sent by email. The accompanying audio guide was great too.

Ease of purchase, and entry. Need more flexibility as arrived early and no queue but had to wait 45 min to allocated time.

The audio guide was good. It Allowed us to take in the sights at our own pace ehich was very enjoyable. Not sure why there is an additional charge to purchase of tickets on site?

Pretty easy to order and use the tickets. Didn't have any issues with entry. Thankfully we had a private guide because we paid for but never received the audio portion of the ticket.

It was a useful guide and fairly easy to acces, the only criticisim I'd say, that it would be nice to have a page where it is cleary maked where I have already been and what's left to see, or which way to start, because just based on the description, wondering in the croud it was not clear for us. Also, maybe a QR code to read or a mark to note at the sights so we know where to start the gide, would also be nice. A lot of the times we were walking along with the crowd and suddenly we found orselves closer to the next point in the tour and the next bit of audio started to play automatically withouth finishing the previous one, it became confusing quickly.

Overall it was excellent, tho Im surprised it took so long to get in given that I had tickets (on my phone) already. People who had not purchased tickets online faced a shorter line, and got in faster! I was unable to find out how to get the audio equipment; So I paid for the audio tour, but not did not receive it

Great tour guide Kosta. Got see some lovely spots around Athens. He was very friendly and fun. I would have no issue recommending this to anyone.

easy booking, no need to pick up tickets (received the tickets right away), easy to download and use audio guide. Very high profit margin (regular ticket 20 euro, and this ticket was 32 euro, audio guide is just an app so does not justify such high commision fee).

Great to bypass the lines Pretty expensive though to add on 50% to the ticket price And there should be an advice to download the English speaking guide before getting to acropolis where the mobile network is only edge and not G and getting the English guide was impossible

I loved the ease of booking online and skipping the ques at the ticket office. The attraction itself was everything and more that I thought it would be, to stand on such sacred history and feel the past around you was a humbling experience. The audio guide however would not work and it kept telling me to buy it again for €17.99 so I missed out on that knowledge but read all the signs instead.

A bit confusing as there were several options. I didn't use the audio tour so perhaps could have paid a cheaper price.

I'm so happy a friend shared that we should really go see the Acropolis. Our guide, Tina, was so helpful with sharing the history, past and present, of the Acropolis and Athens. I highly recommend guided tours since I learned so much more than I did. Great view and weather.

The entire collections of 6th Cen B. C armaments, pottery.. Highly appreciate the efforts kept to keep all this stuff preserved

This museum is very nicy, spacious and with skip the line for a few euro's extra its goinng very quick. Theo wardrobe is for free :) On the third level you have an awesome vieuw on the site.

GPS Functionality was questionable, but acceptable. The guide, very authentically, had a strong Greek accent, which is perfect fine, but pronounced some words very differently, not merely with accent, so they sounded like completely different things, eg. "ancient" was pronounced "assients" and "ancestors" was pronounced with hard c, so as "ankestors", just a few examples. There was also a saying she wrapped up almost every sentence with "isn't it?", which in most cases didn't make any sense to say and confused people - I figure it's a Greek saying translated to English, but it confuses in a sentence like "the architects took earth quakes into considering, isn't it?" - what? It was even harder to figure out what the person meant, if you were not a native English speaker. Several people in our group from various European contries simply gave up on the audio guide. So, fine and authentic with the Greek accent, but the language itself, the actual sentences and words used/pronounced, has to be better.

The ticketing experience was a cinch online. At the venue a fast moving queue into the venue did not cause to much delay. Once inside the Acropolis itself is everything was me expects it to be: grand, ancient and intriguing.

The GPS feature is cool - auto-starting the narration is nice. The narration itself could be better and more clear, though. It has lots of information (and is advertized as "written by historians"), but jumps back and forth in time and is sometimes hard to follow.

It was just beautiful. It was my 4th visit and my kids 1st. I was told not to worry about buying skip the queue tickets as it's off season. I was so glad I did. Exceptional weather had everyone out and the general ticket queue went for ages and we went straight through. Highly recommend.
