We booked on line. Skip the line of people going in. Fantastic views. We booked belem tower tickets on line as well We didn't get the same privelages there for our on line tickets Very disappointed. Join the 2 hour wait line we were told. How come.

Our guide Elber was terrific! He was caring and accommodating to our group and explained both sites that we visited in great detail without overdoing it. He was understanding for those of us who wanted to rest at certain intervals, and took care of each member of the group well. He was very personable, and we all enjoyed him very much!

The views from the top of the monument were as good as you could get, we could see so much. There was no queuing and not a lot of stairs to climb. . You can stays as long as you want to and wasn't crowded at the top. A visit we felt was one of our highlight

The app let us buy a same-day ticket for an attraction (Monument to the Discoveries) that closed for the entire day. There was a storm that morning, but Belém Tower remained open, and the storm had cleared by early afternoon. We checked multiple times that afternoon to see if we could get into the Monument (from the Jerónimos monastery and church across the road, which also remained open...). There was no message at any point that the attraction was closed, no offer of a refund for a circumstance beyond our control, and negative language about the impossibility of redeeming our tickets on a different day, even though we'd paid for them. I understand that your fine print no doubt absolves you of all responsibility, but it does seem like your app would be better if it were synched with the attractions so that it would send a real-time messge to a buyer that an attraction isn't actually open as advertised (especially when two major attractions nearby were open, so it wasn't "obvious" that the Monument would be shut) or allow a window where if it's clearly not the buyer's fault that an attraction is shut, the ticket can be redeemed within, for example, the following week. My partner and I used Headout for the tickets for this first day of activities in Lisbon and thought we'd buy advance tickets for activities every day, but this experience meant we preferred after that to simply stand in lines rather than lose money, a choice we could make because we visited in mid-October.

I was allowed to buy the tickets for the day and time, but they didn't come and I lost the tour and 20 euros. I will never recommend the app to anyone
