Combo: Skip The Line Schindler's Factory + Guided Tour of Wawel Castle Tickets

Ticketing with Headspace was straightforward, we picked up the tickets from the Headspace person outside the door. Optional tour if wanted should be bought at time of purchase. We didn't have the tour which meant we could see a lot of the exhibits at our own pace, and we took about 2 hours rather than the tour of 1.5 hours. We thought this is a great museum about life in Krakow before and during WWII. As well as the introductory video with oral remembrances, made in 2010, and the preserved stereoscope, there were lots of contemporary quotes in English as well as Polish as well as important historical pieces. What also impressed us in every part around the one-way route was the design of each zone. Very well done in all aspects!

I liked the way the whole exhibition more-or-less takes you through the Schindler story. It felt surreal being there though, knowing the history.

The museum is good but you need to discuss the customer service skills of your frontline staff . I bought skip the line tickets but was told by 2 of your staff (young girl and older man) at the door to join the line. They did not tell me to look for the lady that had the skip the line tickets for us outside so we waited for half a hour before another guide checked if we were on her list and told us what to do. I am a person of colour and the 2 staff looked at me like I was a nobody and kept repeating for me to go outside and join the queue. Your guidance states to arrive early for entering the museum for our time slot. We were booked for 1pm on Sunday 21st April . I spoke to your staff with respect - I expect the same back . I work in customer service sector for over 35 years and was not impressed. I have mobility issues and standing outside in the cold made a memorable trip unforgettable for the wrong reasons. I noticed someone on trip advisor complained about the same rude and snappy man at the door. We were met nicely by the guide. We were directed to the entrance and visited the very well-informed museum. Our hotel was in the center of the Jewish Quarter and we were able to compare the present with the past in the museum. It is a pity that we were not able to estimate in advance the quality of a guide. It only remains for me to give a big compliment.

Great museum bringing to life the history of Krachow through photos , artefacts and eye witness statements. Learnt loads - was a fascinating visit. Museum is small and narrow in places and the large tour groups do get in the way a bit and spoil your own experience. Great service from Headout - tickets arrived a day before as promised and we were glad we purchased jump the queue tickets as the main queue was huge !

It was very confusing on arrival regaridng getting ticket and getting in, we were nt the only people experiencing this, once in all was good and enjoyed the exhibition.

I walk with a walker and on each floor someone came to me to warn drill the stairs and ,e escorted me to the elevator

Everything :) I enjoyed my stay in Poland. I booked the tickets via app and picked up in the museum without the line. The museum is awesome. I don't have any words.

More than a visit to the original factory and what it represented, the visit is a no less interesting reminder of the life of the Jewish population during the Nazi occupation of Krakow.

A very interesting museum. We enjoyed wandering around on our own but a guided tour may have helped. Make sure to go to the cinema to help with context.

This overcrowded and disrespectful treatment of groups towards individuals. Always standing in the way, not making room, pushing and much more.

The Good Wow. So much history, so many stories, so much heartbreak. The evidence, script, pictures and memorabilia were fascinating and so well put together. It really was a trip through a terrible time, but one we all should be aware of. The Negative. Far too busy. Couldn't move In the opening sections of the museum, including the ticket office. The toilet facilities were poor also.

I love everything about it, the information was perfectly explained and the guide was so patient and calm, I think that's the best to explain this kind of subjects so 10/10 to this tour and thank you very much!

It's really easy to buy the ticket online, but it wasn't so clear to find the person with the tickets.

Well-organized, comprehensive and thorough exhibition in content. Excellent layout of the tour. If I have to underline a flaw, the museum was too crowded so it created long waiting lines in front of the exhibits or installations, you should enforce reservation times

The museum is well organized and structured, with a number of interesting attractions and news items. I will recommend a visit to the museum to anyone traveling to Krakow.

The selected ticket was for 1.25 pm. You should be there an extra 1/4 hour earlier. The gentleman with the tickets didn't arrive until 1.30pm. I already thought that it would be nothing.

The person who was supposed to give us our tickets only had one out of 2. We waited longer than if I had bought them on the spot! It's not worth it for line-cut tickets. But the problem was solved and I got my 2 tickets.

There was a gentleman waiting for us with our tickets outside Schindler's factory 15 minutes before our time. Schindler's factory is a must visit when visiting krakow.

The ticketing was a bit confused. We didnt know where were the tour guide with ticket. Maybe they could have something to recognized them like t-shirts. The Museum closed early that day, so we couldnt visit all peacefully.
