A most interesting tour from start to finish. Really informative, it would be wrong to say I enjoyed it, because of the horrendous atrocities that were committed back then.

We had a lot of issues getting our tickets as we were outside 15 minutes early and no one turned up. We went into the museum to see if the staff could assist. Staff were very rude, saying we had booked through another company and we had to go outside with no explanation given. Finally a guy rocked up more than 10 minutes late and gave us our ticket. The museum overall provided an interesting overview of Poland's history. If this is the experience you are looking for, then the museum is great for that. I attended this museum wanting to hear the story of Oskar Schindler and his actions. The museum barely touched on this and instead became another war museum. If you are going to this museum to hear the story of Schindler and how he saved the lives of many Jewish people, don't bother attending as it barely touches on the story and you don't get to see the factory other than it being a shell for a museum.

Good experience, the only thing I would change is that the person who provides the tickets should also identify himself with the Headout company logo, because if I don't ask him, I would still be waiting.

Beautiful museum with very well made impressive exhibtions. What I didn't like was how you are welcomed at the entrance. For a visitor it's unclear when and where you can enter the museum. You have to wait outside (in the heat or rain...) until a member of the staff comes out to give you the actual tickets. Not very professionally. Come on guys, you can do better than that!
