Gardens are beautiful and the well with grottoes was fantastic! The only negative was the slight disorganization of the line up, would be better with two lines, one for the current time slot and one for the following time slot as there was a lot of overlap and people crowding everywhere.

Beautiful place, but unfortunately we were there on the day of the blackout. It closed early so we did not get to finish our time there. We were unable to see the well of infinity due to no power. Not your fault - just a bad day.

Beautiful Palace and grounds. It would be much easier if each location had a number on it that matched video guide and more signage. We exited grounds before we even found cafe which was unfortunate as you cannot re-enter.

The access to the Castle was quick and fluent. But the content of the audio guide was under my expectations. It answered to the question "what do I see and where do I find it", but not to "why it was necessary, what symbols should I look for, what is the meaning behind, how unique and popular were these practices". I dont think it is worth paying extra for it.

Ticketing experience was easy and quick. Everything was accessible on my phone within minutes.
The instructions for downloading and audio was simple and stress free.
I would go to Regaleira first, then Monserrate Palace. It is a one way road.

The park. It would be good if you didn't just rely on the audio guides, but also put up signposts and information in English.
We got lost several times with the audio guide and didn't find everything

The ticket was ready to use. We immediately queued up at our time slot to enter the premises. They did not let anyone enter in a minute earlier, but let you be 50 min late to your scheduled time slot. You save 5 euros buying it online than at the entrance, but you can enter right away if you bought at the entrance.
It worked perfectly for us since we got there only 10 min before our 2pm entrance slot. Overall, a great purchase and the grounds are so enchanting.
