The maritime museum was the absolute highlight for my family and "saved" our trip to Belém.
Crowd management at the entrance is very poor and even with an advanced purchase, the line in the morning was an absolute turn off.

The app was not allowing me to sign in (not a username/password issue, it just wouldn't bring me to my account) and thus I had difficulties opening the tickets. The staff at the venue were able to assist however and it worked out, but customers should not be required to download the app in order to pull up the tickets. Tickets should be included in the confirmation email (like how every other ticket provider does it).

Funcionários super atenciosos e cordiais .
Tour completo e auper explicativo
Incrivel conhecer as dependências do estádio.

It was an excellent stadium tour. Luis the guide was exceptional. The only disappointment was not seeing the home changing room. Whilst I appreciate this is possibly a privileged thing, it would have been nice to see a glimpse of the area as the away changing room was sterile and neutral. I have been on many stadium tours of top European teams and seeing the home changing room was definitely the highlight. This tour was the first that we were not permitted

Ticketing was fine. The lines were long on a day with rain showers . We waited until 430pm having visited the church around 2pm. At that time the lines were much shorter than earlier in the day.

The monastery was pretty good! The only complaint would be the organisation of the queue, it was a bit confusing to know where we need to stand in line. But all in all it was very good experience.

I did not realize this was NOT a skip the line ticket - almost an hour wait to get in and this was after I did other things so went later in the day. I would not have gone had I known. Also paid considerably more as I am a senior. Won't use again

The monastery was beautiful. However not really enough to see for such a long wait in the lineup or the ticket hassles.

What a beautiful place!!! The monastery was a wonderful experience. The line was long but moved quickly. We got there a little late and the church was closed. However an organ concert was just about to begin and we got to see the church after all and heard a beautiful concert. A very worthwhile visit!

Liked: monastery sculptures
Disliked: no historical aspect of the site, no reading, no documented research of the monument
Ticket too expensive
No audio guide

The cloisters were wonderful, but we had to wait for a very long time on a warm and sunny day to gain entrance. We then would have liked to gain access to the chapel and were told we had to join another queue......
Information on your booking form about the less busy times to visit would hsve been appreciated.

The monestary is beautiful. We especially love the intricacy of the carvings and the room with the story of Joseph. The one notable downside was the incredibly long wait to get into the monestary. We waited about 1 hour and 50 mintues to get in. We are not sure why you cannot let more people through at one time.
