Liked the ability to buy ticket online, quick entry to the site, the easy access to all parts of the castle, clean washrooms, signage.
Did NOT like that I couldn't get seniors' rate online, and entry felt expensive. Some steps without handrails. Gift shop very underwhelming.

Totally worth it. Was told that it wasn't worth it but turned out to be great. Spent an hour. Great views. Definitely a workout to move around and go up and down stairs.

All ok! There was a huge queue to buy tickets at the box office, so I bought them online right at the door! It's a little more expensive, but it was worth it just to avoid wasting an hour in line!

Don't purchase audio guide on this web site the venue has a QR code available for free. Spent £6 on something I didn't need. A bit sneaky. The audio can be listened to on loudspeaker no headphones required.

The 3 Euro upcharge per ticket for the audio guide was absolutely worthless. 4 minutes of canned info about the front gate and the statue of St. George. No actual tour details. We would have loved to know what we were looking at as we wandered aimlessly around. Great views and the peacocks were nice.

The incredible view all across Lisbon.
The fact I walked up to the gates infront of a very ;ong queue of people and just bought my ticket from the QR code on my phone and went stight through the turn stiles. No waiting, no queing.

The whole tour itself included a very interesting dance performance, the costumes, the steps and the music. The view is really the best in Lisbon, the museum is very good and the peacocks are a surprise gift in themselves
