Combo (Save 5%): Hercolaneum & Pompeii entrances

Ticketing experience was super easy but I had to download the app. Place was amazing and not busy at all. Probably didn't need skip the line tickets for our particular day. We went early May on a nice day.

Enjoyed exploring the ruins of Pompeii and Herculean. It was not very clear when booking however, how far apart the locations were. It was not very clear about where to redeem entrance tickets either.

This was an amazing experience. Loved the walk through history. These are not skip the line tickets, they are only vouchers and you will still have to wait in the long ticket line to get the actual tickets. Making the whole purchase through head out pointless. If I'd known we would still have to wait in line, I would have just purchased tickets on site.

Pompeii is beautiful the guides available. Mine is a suggestion: there are few guides and controls and people might deface such a beautiful place. Also I think it needs better organization for tickets and ticket lines at the entrances. Otherwise the place is beautiful and the experience was very positive.

The reservation was very fast and the entrance was the same! The timetable is not fixed, so you can adjust during the day (and within the allowed time slots) how it works best and schedule some more activities. Pompeii is incredible! You have to dedicate half a day to do it at your leisure. You are allowed to enter with food and drink. Wear comfortable shoes to walk a lot and with ups and downs.

Without queuing, we immediately got the audio guide and tickets, although of course many people had visited Pompeii.

The excavations of Pompeii are a must-see, to think that an entire country submerged by the 'eruption of Vesuvius can be visited is a wonder, something truly exceptional

A beautiful spring day amidst the fascinating ruins of Pompeii. Everything went very well, from the online purchase to the on-site ticket pickup, thanks in part to the precise directions given to me. Fully satisfied

The reservation was easy but redeeming the reservation for a ticket later on makes you wait in 2 or 3 different queues and it is not well explained in the ticket purchase, otherwise everything is 10.

I received and was charged for 1 child admission instead of 2 adults i ordered. Therefore I was overcharged. The experience st Pompeii was wonderful. Very interesting.

Herculaneum itself was fascinating but I wish I'd just queue for a ticket. It was quicker, easier and far cheaper. Nowhere I on the headout system did it tell me I was paying 50% more than I needed to.

The city is in a superb state of preservation, allowing us to imagine what life was like for a Roman of that era.

The site itself is exceptional. But the explanations for collecting the tickets are less so. Next time, tell us that tickets can be collected directly from the ticket office.

The venue's restrooms had no soap for washing hands. That's gross. There are street names on the maps provided, but no street names on the streets. Had a hard time navigating. P

Ticketing experience straightforward. No hassle when we arrived at Herculaneum. Much smaller ruins than Pompeii, but equally interesting.

Herculaneum is a stunning place to visit, with a reasonably clear map to follow. The booking experience with Headout was flawless and pain-free.

Memorable memories, and a great way to share them as a family. Our son plans to do his next presentation at school. The preservation of the site is top-notch, and the audioguides, also tested by my 7-year-old daughter who knew how to use them perfectly, made her visit very interesting. Beautiful view from the towers. It's a pity there aren't more fast-food outlets for water and sandwiches, as the tour is long. There wasn't just one outlet and we didn't want to wait more than 1 hour. So we skipped lunch. It's a pity it's not possible to reserve parking in advance (like for Vesuvius), which would avoid the €30 scams.

Arrangements work very smoothly. Pompei awesome. Make sure you take water with you as it's a bit site and when we were there only one cafe was open.

Being able to wander around the ruins and get close to the remains of frescoes and mosaics. The fact that you can wander freely in the ruins means you're more immersed, which makes for a fascinating experience.
