Go City Singapore Explorer Pass: Choose 2 to 7 Attractions

The ticketing experience was really smooth. Didn't face any kind of problems. I wish the pass had Singapore SEA aquarium on the list. Had to buy a separate ticket for that attraction. Definitely will recommend and will personally buy another one for my next destination.

Had trouble with two other websites, had no prob at all with this site, only got time to use 2 of the 3 but had a great time doing the 2 we did do which was the zoo and cable cars

So far all the experiences we have tried were awesome. The Gardens by the Bay and the Hop on Hop off tours were great!!! We are doing the Duck tour today!!!

Needed physical ticket at Night Safari and other places. Otherwise it was a smooth ride with the pass. Didn't have to queue up anywhere.

Each venue could not scan the ticket. The gardens had to input the code and Marina skypark took a picture because it would not work. Then waited over 40 minutes for the hop on hop off bus which never arrived. We were at the correct spot. Saw 3 go on the yellow route but none on the red route

Lots of activities to choose from and easy to access using the app. We got our money's worth but depending on which 7 activities were chosen depends on how much it is value for money

It was easy to use, and most of the places that I thought I had to pre-book, didn't require it. Very flexible and worth the money 😊

Unfortunately the River Wonders boat ride was not working and the Duck tour did nit run as the Duck broke down. I was advised that I would receive a refund for the duck tour so I would appreciate knowing how to process this request.

Worked as advertised. Saw some lovely things. Highly recommend the flower dome, beautiful nature in air-conditioned temperatures. I thought the avatar experience was going to be a gimmick, but it was beautiful.

I chose the 7 attractions option si that I could pace myself. Probably could have done more than 7 in two days had I hurried. I didn't like waiting in the same long line as on-spot ticket buyers at the cable car.

I want to make a COMPLAINT on redeeming the entry ticket of Birds of Paradise. According to your list, we need to redeem the ticket at Singapore Zoo. However, after being waited in a long queue and got my turn, I was told that I need to get the ticket from the Birds of Paradise. Even I argued that I followed your instruction in the list, they said they have already infomed Go Ticket about the change of location. It wasn't their problem. So I needed to rush back to the bus station to catch the shuttle bus and queue again for the tickets at the Birds of Paradise. What's more to cause the frustration was, I brought my parents along and they needed to walk extra miles and waited for extra time. Because of this, I wasted more than 1-hour (more than 3-hours for 3 pax) of getting to-fro the 2 parks till I finally got the tickets for 3. Please UPDATE your list asap to avoid such frustrating situation happen again to other people, especially those who bring kids and senior folks along.

Good to have one pass that made ticket purchases much easier. Savings were not as great as initially thought.

Great price and products but just a bit hard for us old folks to work out how to make it work but got it sorted
